Chris was an excellent host! His helpfulness and accommodations allowed my group to feel right at home.

Perfect stay for a family in the closest residential part to south beach. Everything was as described and the host was very communication. As a bonus, they also went above and beyond helping with the parking situation.

I would highly recommend this place as it’s a really nice place with everything you need and just a 3 minute walk to the beach. The rooftop is also a stand out with a great ocean view. I really loved my stay here! It’s also very quiet and the neighbors are super nice.

The pool and gym is unavailable. The drive to the estate is long and cumbersome.

Winston was awesome. Came by and chatted with me and my guests for over an hour one night. He’s not only a great host , he’s a great friend. Will be back !

Great host. I love the city. Location is not bad, There were some homeless guys across the yard but they didnt bother us. Just an fyi for single travelers. Easy to find and responsive host. It was 3 of us so Id definitely stay again.

Very good location! House is used and remember decades but maintained quite well but do not expect luxury. Layout is good for more families. House is very spacious and location is the key here. Parking no problem. Restaurants and beaches in minutes. Great host, well communicating. Overall excellent.

Nice little setup. Very clean, well maintained. Combo washer/dryer was a new experience that took some doing to figure out how to run DRY cycle only. A/C worked well. Beds were a little too firm for my liking, however they were in good shape. Upstairs stand alone bathroom vent fan is very loud, so be careful turning it on if people are sleeping in the 2 bedrooms next to it. For those who like really dark rooms, the curtains don't close completely so let light in a bit. Jimmy was very responsive and helpful with having trouble figuring out the lockbox. Kitchen was well stocked with supplies. Ice/water from fridge worked well. Parking at night was a bit tough to find the spot marked '74' as someone was parked in one of them, and the paint is almost completely faded on them. Would recommend to others, was an overall positive experience.

I shared this house with two colleagues for a conference at one of the large, nearby hotels within a 2-mile range. Compared to our colleagues who stayed at that hotel or surrounding hotels, we won the lottery finding this place- 3 bed, 3.5 bath, beautiful living area and pool. It was outstanding. This home is beautifully located at the end of a street so it is quiet and the neighbors are wonderful also. Darlene, the owner, was kind, responsive and welcoming. Uber was $5-7 one way to the major hotels and if we did drive around, easily accessible to other parts of Miami. All Ubers were great, nice area. The 3 bedrooms and baths are upstairs so if you have suitcases, etc, the stairs are marble or granite just be careful. It's beautiful and theres a rail, we had no issues. Mentioning for seniors. Darlene checked on us and was amazing throughout if we had questions. This place is great for families and professionals. Location, accommodations, decor, all excellent. Highly recommended!

Very clean place and good location. The hosts were responsive and responded promptly to all our questions during the stay. If you are looking for a place to stay in Miami for a family vacation or a large group trip, do no hesitate!

Such a gem! Chad was an amazing host and made everything so easy from start to finish. He was extremely responsive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The home was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We loved sipping coffee on the balcony and being just a short walk to Coconut Grove, the grocery store, and tons of great local restaurants and bars. It made exploring the area super easy and fun! Uber and Lyft were easy to get with reasonable pricing, and the location was a quick ride to South Beach and other top-rated spots in Miami. It’s the perfect balance close enough to enjoy Miami’s beach and party scene, but also a peaceful place to unwind or enjoy a fun night out in the Grove. Chad’s place is perfect for couples, families, or friends. Highly recommend and we’ll definitely be back!

I loved my stay here so much! I really enjoyed how beautifully decorated the unit was. It was super clean, cozy, and close to a lot of different stores/restaurants. There’s no doubt that I would definitely stay here again when I’m back in town!

Beautiful house located in a quiet private development right on the water. House was full of all the necessities plus more! Backyard pool and dock make this your own paradise. Would highly recommend and would come again.

The house is spacious, clean, and very well located. It has everything my team and I need.

Great location and very nice. Very spacious. The beds were very comfortable and the windows had blackout curtains to allow you to sleep late. Very clean and uncluttered. Robert was very responsive to messages, normally within in few minutes but sometimes immediately. We may be heading back to Kendall in a few months and will definitely try to stay here again if it is available.

Modern and clean place with great proximity to Coconut Grove and University of Miami. Host was super responsive to all our needs and requests. Note that if you have a large SUV, like we did, it will fit in the driveway but the gate won’t close behind it. The master bedroom and bath are huge! Our group also enjoyed the outdoor area and pool.

Very clean place to stay , accurate website description, pictures match the reality, kitchen fully equipped, the host available and answers any question immediately, my only concern is the place needs sofa bed to accommodate number of 4 people to sleep. Over all it is a wonderful house and I recommend it to anyone who think about renting it.

This is a beautiful place to stay at! Private backyard, spacious and pretty. Yara was an amazing host. Considering she is a new host I have no doubt this airbnb is going to be very successful. Whoever said this is ghetto clearly never been to the ghetto because this is not it! As a solo female traveler I felt very safe here. Even walking my small dog at night felt safe. Yara made me feel right at home and made sure all my needs were met. I will definitely come back. As a frequent airbnb traveler, I highly recommend this home. Very satisfied!
