Cedrine was an outstanding host! From the moment I arrived, she was responsive, and helpful. The place was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and in a great location. What really stood out was how thoughtful and attentive she were throughout my stay. It made a big difference and truly enhanced the whole experience. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Absolutely loved this place was perfect for me and my GF. You get that city view and local to some really good restaurants.

We stayed for 3 nights. Upon entering the apartment you receive an exquisite aroma, you find a very spacious atmosphere and a great view. Everything was very clean. Both the living room and the kitchen and the bedroom are spacious and with that beautiful view. The decoration is perfect, very well cared for, the furniture, the fabrics, the detail on the cushions all very tastefully. The King Size bed is super comfortable with soft sheets the same as the padding. The amenities the building offers you are excellent, very neat pool with optimal water, the gym with new machines and a games room that we did not use but it was in very good condition. I would really return again and again. Super recommended.

The location is excellent; it's very close to restaurants and other places of interest in downtown Miami, which is a plus. Another thing I'd highlight is the views, especially from the pool area. From there, you can see a large part of the city. It's beautiful. We'll return in the future.

If you want to have a bird eye view of Miami then you can’t get a better view than what u get from this apartment. Amazing location with great views and amenities. Solid value for money.

Our stay at this Airbnb was truly exceptional. The apartment offers a breathtaking view of the ocean waking up to such a stunning panorama each morning was a highlight of our trip. The space itself is impeccably clean, thoughtfully furnished, and extremely comfortable, providing everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The location is another major advantage. Perfectly situated in the heart of downtown Miami, it allowed us to easily explore the area on foot, with quick access to restaurants, shops, and cultural attractions. This property combines luxury, convenience, and comfort in one of the most vibrant areas of the city. We highly recommend it and look forward to returning in the future.

Naomi was the perfect host. Everything was perfect 10 out of 10. I would definitely be visiting Miami again and I plan to keep using Naomi‘s rental as long as she has it available. Naomi was perfect with communication. She was perfect with instructions. She was very responsive very polite and very flexible. The Airbnb was located in the perfect area. The drives were not far. The Ubers were not expensive please please please don’t think about it just book with Naomi. She was amazing. The views were amazing. The pool was amazing. The coffee shop located in the building was awesome.

Small but in a great location. A few steps from the metro mover and a block away from bay front park. Very well equipped but the oven is not the easiest to use. The rental uses an app for access that can be a little unreliable. I'd need to remove my magsafe phone case for the app to work properly.

Condo looked just like the pictures. Very clean very nice building as well. A lot to do in the area no driving needed plenty of places to eat and shopping as bayside is across the street. Host was very quick with responses. Would visit again! Love this place!

Had a great time staying at Jennifer’s place! The apartment was bright, clean, and had gorgeous views of the city. The location was perfect for exploring Miami downtown, and the building amenities were a great bonus. I've stayed a few times at the Icon but man this unit beats them all. At the 47th floor, you feel right on top of the world and the views are STUNNING. The building itself is located just a 5 min walk away from Brickell City Centre and pretty much a 2 - 5 mins walk away from the hottest restaurants in town, not to mention you have both Ciprianis and Cantina la Veinte in your building, plus a rooftop restaurant too. The ammenities felt like a 7 star hotel, including the gym, spa, and pool. Can't recommend this enough!

Lovely apartment with amazing views and very comfortable furnishings. Excellent layout with a long inside hallway that separates the bedrooms from the entrance and living areas. Nice new washer dryer. Pleasant outdoor space. The apartment worked well for us and we will definitely return!!

This place is beautiful. My wife and I enjoyed the place. Great balcony where you can view the bay and the pool below. We will be back. We recommended this spot to our friends and family.

The first thing that stood out once booking was completed was kash’s communication. He was very responsive from the time of booking to the time of check out. Everything was beautiful and spotless even down to the amenities where food can be brung to you while sitting aside the pool. And last but not least the location is amazing and close to everything you need. Thank you for this amazing experience. We will definitely be booking again!
