Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Brickell, Miami

The apartment was exactly like the pictures, everything was very perfect ! I will come back at the same place for my next Miami trip. I really recommend this place

Close location to downtown, bayside is very close also. Pool was on the rooftop were you’re able to see so many amazing buildings.

Incredibly great spot on SoBe with everything within walking distance. The flat is beautifully furnished and spotless clean. Have stayed several times and will return!

I come to Miami very often. First time booking an Airbnb in Miami & I must say great stay. John communication was superior, location was perfect and close to everything. I would stay here again in the future. I had no issues and no complaints about my stay here!

This place is a midtown gem. Walkable to many places. Love the decor and all the amenities. The Host was the sweetest and very attentive! I plan to come back and stay here again. Thank you!

This place is amazing. We enjoyed our stay here with access directly to the pool and great views of the bay. The accommodations included gym access, parking, game room, laundry room and security. The apartment was fine, small but had everything you needed. It's conveniently located, but sometimes complicated due to traffic and the high-rise parking, making it difficult to get in and out. There are no major supermarkets nearby yet. Communication was very good, just to improve: check-out :)

We had a wonderful stay while we celebrated our son's graduation. The home is perfectly set up for entertaining and relaxing. The pool is lovely and the patio has numerous sitting/relaxing areas for eating or visiting. There are also numerous ways to "play" from a pickleball court and basketball hoop to pool toys and a zip line! The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you might need, including many lovely serving pieces if you entertain. The hosts are responsive and lovely. Highly recommend!

Really enjoyed my stay here. Would love to book again. We didn’t realize how far out it was from South Beach but it was worth coming back to every night. Really enjoyed the pool. I was shocked to see the number of iguanas that patrolled the area in the morning but that isn’t a complaint. The hosts provided basic necessities for us. They were very responsive when we needed them especially come check out. 10000000 / 5 star rating for me.

This house was Wonderful, I booked for my Wife’s birthday and everything was PERFECT. Our host was very accommodating and responsive, the overall experience was just fantastic.

We had an amazing weekend at Dana's condo. It's a wonderful unit and we definitely recommend it! We door-dashed groceries and cooked most of our meals, the full kitchen is great and that saved a lot of money. We ate at the bar downstairs for dinner one night. We skipped the pricey breakfast buffet and cooked our own breakfast. The view was simply amazing! The spacious balcony stole the show. We used the beach chairs and arrived at the beach a little before 8 am so we could be in the front row. The pool isn't super special, but it was nice to take a dip in. There's a review that mentions a ledge on the beach- there is a slight ledge, but it's maybe 2 ft or so. It's not bad. We stayed over Memorial Day weekend, which might be why the construction next door wasn't going on. I can't speak to the noise. It was a bit of an eye sore, but also did not ruin the trip at all. We would definitely come back!

My family and I loved Federico’s condo and its location. First off, Federico and team had easy and clear communication throughout our trip. The location is in walking distance to everything that you need. The condo was in pristine condition with great views. We spent a good enough time cooking in the spacious kitchen and enjoying the balcony views throughout the day. The pool and gym were the icing on the cake for a wonderful spring break. Thank you Federico for accommodating us and providing a white glove service throughout our stay.

Great stay for a short weekend getaway! Highly recommend for location near restaurants. There is even a Publix next door for your everyday needs. Major points for parking pass! Would definitely stay again.

Really nice apartment in a secure block. The apartment was well located within walking distance of the Design District and close to main routes to Miami South Beach. Well equipped and furnished if a little noisy next to the main Biscayne Blvd in the main bedroom, although it never became an issue. Facilities in the block are great with a nice pool and gym area on the 6th floor. Would certainly stay again.

This was a great stay! It was walking distance to plenty of places, my favorite was the Brickell Shopping Center! The room was very nice and our host was great! 10/10!
