Kaum zu beschreiben wie schön es in dieser Unterkunft ist. Man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail fehlt es an nichts. Romantische Stunden im Sprudel. Sterne beobachten in der Glaskupel oder nur in wenigen Gehminuten im kühlen Nass am Fluss. Außergewöhnlich schön und absolut empfehlenswert. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Das kleine Haus besticht durch seine optimale Lage mit gradiosem Panoramablick auf den Comer See und die Berge von der Terrasse aus, dem eigenen Garten, der direkten Strandlage und dem eigenen Pool, der im Gegensatz zu den Fotos noch verbessert wurde. Ansonsten geben die Bilder einen realistischen Eindruck wieder. Man muss wissen, dass das Haus wirklich klein ist und es direkt an der in der Hauptsaison sicherlich recht belebten Strandpromenade liegt; also man sitzt auf der Terrasse sozusagen fast auf dieser Strandpromenade, die aber nur für Fußgänger zugänglich ist. Dafür ist es dann aber auch nur ein paar Schritte zum Ufer und hinten raus hat man ja auch noch den schönen Garten und einen kleinen Pool ganz für sich allein. Und in der Nebensaison dürfte dies ohnehin kein Problem sein, es ist alles sehr idyllisch. Daher ist die Unterkunft ein wirkliches kleines Paradies und vermutlich die beste in der direkten Umgebung. Auch unser Hund war sehr willkommen und hat sich sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Möblierung könnte ein wenig anspruchsvoller sein angesichts des Preises, andererseits macht die phänomenale Lage dies locker wett. Die Kommunikation mit Rita war hervorragend und unkompliziert und wir können diese Unterkunft daher von ganzem Herzen empfehlen. Wir sind sehr froh, dieses Schmuckstück gefunden zu haben.

Der Aufenthalt im Rustico war super! Es wurde für uns sogar ein Babybett in die 1. Etage trotz schmaler Treppe installiert. Ich werde die Unterkunft sicherlich weiterempfehlen. Der Garten ist auch in der Dunkelheit Dank der guten Beleuchtung benutzbar.

We had a fantastic time staying in Dervio at Francesco’s place and exploring the towns surrounding lake Como. The place is perfect for so many reasons, the location is great, right on a small beach with amazing views and a walking path that takes you into town. It’s a short 7 minute walk from the train station and 10 minutes to downtown area with restaurants. There are tons of old walkways that allow you to explore the area. We spent a couple days taking the train and ferry to Bellano, Veranna, and Bellagio (very happy to be in Dervio). We also have two small kids and found the place was great for families with crib, beds with guard rails, and a high chair, along with a playground that just out the front door. The gates were excellent for preventing kids from going to the road or to the lake. The best part was Francesco and his family, they are very warm and welcoming! We spent time with him, his father, aunt, and cousin and very much enjoyed getting to know them!

Beautiful place! Right inside a horse farm. The apartment is located on the second floor above the farm office. Two huge bedrooms and two very large bathrooms. New and clean washing machine. We traveled with our children and they were thrilled with the place. The owners of the property were very friendly and highly available by phone (whatapp) Great place!

If you want to disconnect from your routine and escape alone in nature, this place is perfect for you! It is surrounded by a beautiful forest with a view on the mountains. I would advise you to consider this mountain hut more as a shelter as you might spend most of your time outside (the interior is quite dark and not that clean). Stefano was really kind and responsive if we had any question! (And by the way, there is a super new compost toilet)

Cinizia was the best Airbnb host I've ever had, hands down!!! Her place is so special, and she went out of her way to greet me when I arrived and explain everything to me thoroughly. She is the absolute sweetest, and she puts so much thought + care into her cabins. My stay there was truly special. Her garden is absolutely beautiful. 10/10, I can't say enough nice things about Cinizia! xx

A great stay in a very charming apartment with a great host. The location is wonderful, a steep but short walk down to the centre of Bellano, with decent bars and restaurants in walking distance. Percival was very accommodating, responded rapidly and was able to share tips for the local area. A truly beautiful spot and a rare treat to have a private garden with such a stunning view

Liebe Deborah, ich danke euch für die tolle Zeit in diesem schönen Häuschen. Ich konnte die kurze Auszeit bei euch in vollen Zügen genießen. Die Aussicht auf der Terrasse ist überragend! 😊 Ich habe mich von Anfang an sehr wohl und vor allem willkommen gefühlt. Diese Unterkunft ist absolut zu empfehlen! Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war von Beginn an sehr freundlich und herzlich. Keine Frage blieb unbeantwortet. Ich habe tolle Tipps für Wanderungen und Restaurants erhalten. In unmittelbarer Nähe vom Haus starten tolle Wanderwege, unter Anderem, zu zwei Wasserfällen! Herzlichen Dank für die tolle Zeit! 🤗

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit bei Elena im oberen Haus. Uns hat es absolut gefallen, so wie auf den Bildern, sauber, gut ausgestattet, ruhige Lage, ideal um sich zu erholen. Wir haben jeden Tag gekocht in einer super ausgestatteten Küche, Kräuter aus dem Garten verwendet, waren viel wandern und haben viel entdeckt. Elena war gut zu erreichen, hat uns beim Gepäcktransport geholfen, war mit guten Tipps immer ansprechbar. Die Kirchenglocken läuten stündlich, für uns war es kein Problem, eher friedvoll. Wir hatten viel Glück mit dem Wetter, einen absolut erholsamen Aufenthalt und kommen sehr, sehr gerne wieder. Auch unsere Hündin hat sich sehr wohlgefühlt. Für uns war alles perfekt.

A star rating is useless for this gem in Northern Italy. It’s so far above a “stay” and The Farmhouse is an experience not to be missed by those who align with an authentic natural setting with uniqueness off the charts. And you’ll have to make the effort to enter the property. If effort is your entrance fee then look elsewhere. It’s more than worth the steep hike on a short trail to enter this palace of solitude. Ken is the ideal host and even offered up his garden for our salad.

We very much enjoyed our stay and the boat ride was amazing. Thank you for reserving that for us. I’d recommend the 2 hour boat tour with tour of the famous gardens for the Villa del Babianello. If we were to do it again we would bring more food to grill at the nice charcoal bbq provided as restaurants are a jaunt down the hill and we would often just want to stay in. Lovely host and lovely place. Thank you!

Wir haben uns in diesem schönen gemütlichen Häuschen sehr wohl gefühlt.Die Einrichtung haben die Housts mit viel Liebe und super Geschmack eingerichtet.Grosses Kompliment!! Für einen gemütlichen und entspannten Aufenthalt können wir das Häuschen sehr empfehlen!!! Ale und Nancy sind super Housts allen nur zu empfehlen.

Une très belle semaine passée en famille dans les hauteurs et la fraîcheur (bienvenue!) du lac de Côme et de la magnifique ville de Varenna. Le logement se situe dans un écrin de nature. Nous avons eu la surprise de découvrir un jacuzzi ! Les extérieurs sont très agréables et bien équipés ( salon de jardin, chaises longues) . L intérieur est très conforme à la description. Un bon emplacement pour découvrir à la journée le lac de Côme. nous avons également passé une journée à Milan en prenant le train à Varenna. Patrizia à été très réactive à toutes demandes d infos.

Alles war zu vollsten Zufriedenheit. Die Aussicht aus Garten und vom Balkon ist grandios. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Haus ist für 4 Erwachsene und einen riesigen Hund schön geräumig. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Wir haben das Haus ( laut Anschrift) nicht auf Anhieb gefunden ...ich war schon bei Google Maps verwundert,als ich via albonico 2 eingab. Diese Anschrift ist ein paar hundert Meter weiter...aber letztendlich alles gefunden 👍 wir fanden die Ruhe nach einem Sightseeing -Tag einfach herrlich. das Haus können wir zu 100% weiterempfehlen!

Wir haben die drei Tage in der Unterkunft Ende Mai sehr genossen! Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Es gibt am Abend lange Sonne (keine Morgensonne). Unsere Kinder fanden das Rustikale toll (für kleine Kinder nicht empfehlenswert, da es zu den Schlafzimmern eine Holzleiter gibt). Danke Alberto!

Ce rustico est simple mais accueillant. nous avons particulièrement apprécié la vue, le calme et la nature environnante. un bel endroit pour se reposer.

If you are looking for something more private and quiet, yet charming don’t look any further. Located in a picturesque small authentic village, which is lovely to walk trough. I enjoyed sitting in the garden looking at the scenery and listening to the birds. A car would come in handy, if not the busstop is nearby. Manuela & Mario were quick to respond if I had any questions. The appartement had everything I needed. Would love coming back here!
