Cottage holiday rentals in Lombardy

The house and the property are an absolute dream. It is completely fenced, which was great for us with a dog. It was clean and the location absolutely fantastic - as in the pictures. Gino as a host is absolutely great, he responded quickly to every question and organized everything very well. Absolutely recommended!!!!!!!! Thank you, we will definitely come back!

It was a paradisiacal experience for us, if you want to unplug from the hustle and bustle of the city and immerse yourself in nature, it is the right place. Regenerating. Getting to know Patrizia was a pleasure, a super host and a beautiful human being who welcomed us making us feel at home.

It's hard to describe how beautiful it is in this accommodation. You immediately feel at home. With a lot of attention to detail, nothing is missing. Romantic hours in the whirlpool. Watch the stars in the glass dome or just a few minutes' walk away in the cool water by the river. Exceptionally beautiful and absolutely recommended. We will be happy to come back. We loved this little spot. It's near a campsite and you are right on the lake and have direct assess to the water. This little cottage in front of a lakeside path and you can walk to many excellent restaurants, as well as two grocery stores. You're on the lake, not on the street, so it was very quite. We were there at the end of September, so the weather was still nice, but most the tourists were gone. Rita was very welcoming. We had everything we needed. We needed two twin beds, and that's what they had. Everything was spotlessly clean, and it has its own pool which we didn't use, but would have loved too. We can't wait to go back!

It was amazing. The place is SUPER NICE. I strongly recommend this place. The house is super well located. In 20min you can be down in Verona. Many wine vineyards around to go and visit. Thank you Francesca for all you attention and kindness. Hope we see you soon.

We had a fantastic time staying in Dervio at Francesco’s place and exploring the towns surrounding lake Como. The place is perfect for so many reasons, the location is great, right on a small beach with amazing views and a walking path that takes you into town. It’s a short 7 minute walk from the train station and 10 minutes to downtown area with restaurants. There are tons of old walkways that allow you to explore the area. We spent a couple days taking the train and ferry to Bellano, Veranna, and Bellagio (very happy to be in Dervio). We also have two small kids and found the place was great for families with crib, beds with guard rails, and a high chair, along with a playground that just out the front door. The gates were excellent for preventing kids from going to the road or to the lake. The best part was Francesco and his family, they are very warm and welcoming! We spent time with him, his father, aunt, and cousin and very much enjoyed getting to know them!

Beautiful place! Right inside a horse farm. The apartment is located on the second floor above the farm office. Two huge bedrooms and two very large bathrooms. New and clean washing machine. We traveled with our children and they were thrilled with the place. The owners of the property were very friendly and highly available by phone (whatapp) Great place!

Completely fenced, my dog could explore the beautiful garden and we could watch him from the terrace with a glass of wine. The cottage is small and charming, really sweet! Serena not only welcomed us in a friendly manner, she was also immediately on the spot when we needed help. And even in the pouring rain! An all-round successful stay with a dog!

A very nice week spent with the family in the heights and freshness (welcome!) of Lake Como and the beautiful city of Varenna. The place is located in a natural setting. We were surprised to discover a hot tub! The exteriors are very nice and well equipped ( garden furniture, sun loungers) . The interior is very as described. A good location to explore Lake Como by day. we also spent a day in Milan taking the train to Varenna. Patrizia was very responsive to any inquiries.

The location of the cottage was as wonderful as the pictures suggest, you're far enough from the waters edge to have a sprawling view, and close enough that nothing interrupted the view. Cinzia was very responsive and helpful and the added touches (pastries/wine) were much appreciated. Nesso is beautiful little spot, it can get reasonably busy because of the waterfall and the road from Como to Bellagio is rarely quiet (although we couldn't hear it from the bungalow). Be prepared for some hilly steps though, we clocked up 110 floors of climbing one day (for info, the Twin Towers were also 110 floors!). We found and Cinzia recommended a wonderful restaurant called Il Briisa which we would go back to in a heartbeat. The food, wine, service and ambience were all spot on. Overall, fantastic, it was a surprise break for my wife's 40th birthday and it delivered perfectly.

Everything was to your complete satisfaction. The view from the garden and from the balcony is magnificent. The kitchen is very well equipped. The house is nice and spacious for 4 adults and a huge dog. The bed was very comfortable. We did not find the house ( according to the address) right away...I was already surprised on Google Maps when I entered via albonico 2. This address is a few hundred meters away...but ultimately everything found 👍 we found the peace after a sightseeing day just wonderful. We can 100% recommend the house!

Dear Deborah, thank you for the great time in this beautiful cottage. I was able to enjoy the short break to the fullest. The view from the terrace is outstanding! 😊 I felt very comfortable and above all welcome from the beginning. This place is highly recommended! The contact with the landlords was very friendly and warm from the beginning. No question went unanswered. I got great tips for hikes and restaurants. In the immediate vicinity of the house start great hiking trails, among other things, to two waterfalls! Thank you for the great time! 🤗

We had a wonderful stay here! The bedrooms were very clean, each room had AC which is a luxury a lot of times and the bathrooms were spotless. Almost felt like a lux hotel but nice to have 3/4 rooms connect as it made us feel at home. Sergio was an amazing host, providing us with breakfast and cappuccinos daily. Everything was delicious we wish we could’ve have stayed longer! So we will definitely look at coming back!

A great stay in a very charming apartment with a great host. The location is wonderful, a steep but short walk down to the centre of Bellano, with decent bars and restaurants in walking distance. Percival was very accommodating, responded rapidly and was able to share tips for the local area. A truly beautiful spot and a rare treat to have a private garden with such a stunning view

From the first contact, Matteo was extremely helpful and attentive, helping us with useful information about the attractions in the area. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with fresh drinks in the fridge, what a pleasant surprise! The cottage is even more beautiful than the photos show: well-kept, welcoming and immersed in tranquility. the house is very nice, very well maintained and super clean, you can see that Cristina cares a lot about her home and the well-being of the guests she was very kind giving us precise directions and welcoming us on arrival, since I said that I am sensitive to the cold she made us find the house nice and warm the garden is magnificent, kept to perfection, too bad it was raining when we arrived but as we told Cristina we will return next year in the summer Paola

First of all: this was the most beautiful Airbnb I've ever been to. The small apartment is located in a beautifully renovated old house and is superbly equipped. Bathroom and kitchen are ultra-modern and with everything you need. There is even a dishwasher and a rain shower. Everything is very tastefully furnished. Claudia is a super nice hostess and saved us with an emergency meal on the evening of arrival. Only the somewhat adventurous narrow path that leads 3 kilometers up to the accommodation is a tiny minus point. But the view from above will make up for it.
