Great location with lovely views. We stayed for our wedding and Lucy was very accommodating with deliveries etc dropping things off in the morning. Lucy's place was very clean and had all the amenities you could want. A great place!

Just got back from a weekend at Mezs Lodge. Exactly what we were hoping for when booking and as described and the pictures show. Peaceful and secluded, sweeping views of from the Lodge and hot tub and lovely private walkers through around the area. Mez was so helpful and accomadating, en route was a road closed sign and diversion was an hour plus going wrong way, dropped Mez a message and he checked to see he could find. Gave instructions on how to get through and we arrived later than expected at 22:30 to a lovely warm lodge with a fire in, fresh eggs and got a message from Mez said could pop down if needed. Lodge is perfect for a break away, all the necessities you could need and more. Clean all round, well looked after and lovely comfy beds. Location is a dream, and the hot tub is lovely addition to really make the time there special and enjoy the views with its perfect placement. Mez is a star, there as much or little as needed ensuring you have a enjoyable stay.

we had a wonderful stay at Carolyn's so peaceful. The cottage was clean and tidy and Carolyn was available if needed. Carolyn gave us a lovely welcome and showed us around the cottage explaining how everything worked.We had a nice welcome pack and information about the surrounding attractions.

Lovely cottage and felt right at home with the dogs. Very secure and safe to let them run free. Cottage very cosy and bonus of a hot tub. Peaceful area to chill out and enjoy the scenery. Many thanks lesley and tigs we will be back with are four legged best friends 🧡 💙❤️🐕

We have just arrived home from our beautiful stay at beili glas cottage. An absolutely stunning location and service, peter and lydia communicated extremely well and even got a slightly earlier check in. Very peaceful and couldn't have asked for more. Looking forward to our next stay.

We had a wonderful time at the Ranch. Suzanne was a great host. She gave us clear instructions on how to reach her place and provided us with everything we asked for including the Hot Tub. Will definitely book again!

We have had a lovely few days staying here. Was exactly as described and we made use of the hot tub and fire pit every day. The communal building would be very useful on wet days or larger gatherings. Will come back another time.

A Wonderful Stay – Peaceful, Comfortable and Thoughtfully Hosted We stayed at the Wye Valley Forest Retreat while attending our son’s wedding nearby, and it truly made the whole weekend even more special. The cottage is stunning – peaceful, spotlessly clean, and surrounded by breathtaking countryside. It felt like a real escape, yet close enough to everything we needed. Jayne was an absolutely fantastic host. Although we didn’t meet her in person, her communication was outstanding – friendly, clear, and helpful from the moment we booked. She couldn’t do enough for us, always quick to respond and thoughtful in every way. We were especially touched to find a lovely bottle of wine waiting for us on arrival – such a kind and personal gesture that made us feel instantly welcome. The cottage itself had everything we needed and more. We were blessed with amazing weather, and being able to relax in the hot tub and sauna during the days around the wedding made the whole experience even more

My mom and I had an amazing long weekend stay at the cottage! The location was so peaceful, and it was very thoughtful for Emma to leave some breakfast foods (bread, eggs, and milk) for us. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, and the beds were very comfortable. Being able to walk to Pen y Fan, Cribyn, and Fan y Big was absolute perfection. We even walked into town for groceries and ice cream. We were sad to leave. I would definitely recommend a stay here!

The accommodation is situated in beautiful countryside with good walks in all directions. Its spacious and well equipped which led to a comfortable stay. Rhayader is nearby with shops, pubs and restaurants, ensuring we had everything we needed for a good holiday.

Our stay was a perfect base for the surrounding areas of hay on wye, Ross on wye and Hereford city centre. Lovely, cosy accommodation. Danny was a lovely dog too, so friendly and welcoming as much as the hosts! Would definitely return with our own dog so they can make friends! Thank you for making a wonderful weekend even better.

We’ve stayed in lots of Airbnb places over the years and Oak Farm is up there with the best. We had a fantastic week with Alicia & Chris being excellent and friendly hosts. They went out of their way to make our stay extremely comfortable and they were very generous with their time and the extras they provided. The location is superb with outstanding views across the hills, we spent many happy hours sitting in the Sun loungers reading. It’s also a great location for exploring the wonderful hills around Abergavenny . Our dog loved it too with a secure area of woodland for him to play and explore we would love to return one day and will be recommending this place to our friends and family . Really lovely place to stay, very comfortable space and everything you need. Surroundings are beautiful which can be enjoyed from the balcony. Very easy to walk into Hay and to get to the festival. Jan and Andrew were lovely hosts. Thank you very much.

Judith was great, as I had not read that the oven was a small box type. I brought a massive lasagne and I think it was slightly beyond the oven’s capability. After 40 mins when it was still not cooked through, I messaged Judith and she put it in her oven. She knocked later with my steaming hot perfectly cooked lasagne and a smile on her face. She was very helpful.

Comfortable and well equipped accommodation in a quiet location. Well placed for exploring Hay and the beautiful surrounding countryside.

We had a fantastic week here, the views and setting were just amazing. The accommodation was clean and cosy, Danielle and Tom were great hosts- so friendly and very very responsive and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble! The kids loved the swimming pool and its long opening hours. Although there were other families staying in the other cottages it always felt very tranquil and peaceful with us often having exclusive use of the pool. It was great having a washing machine to use daily, as well as lots of other bonuses. We will definitely be back!

My family and I have just returned from a 5 night stay at David's lovely home and we can't wait to hopefully return one day. Our children were in tears when we arrived home because they missed the holiday home and the swimming pool and club house so much! The scenery was picturesque and it was glorious how peaceful it was. The cottage had a lovely sense of privacy, making it feel like our own little retreat. The swimming pool was a big hit, especially with the kids—they had a blast! It was the perfect mix of comfort and tranquility. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy quality time with family.

You never know what an accommodation will be like but you should hope it would be as nice and clean as this particular bungalow. However this is a gem of a holiday cottage in a beautiful and peaceful setting. The accommodation is very well equipped and every care is taken to make our stay comfortable. The cottage is well looked after and as described in AirBnB. All basic necessary items were provided including silverware, cutlery, fridge, microwave/grill combo and oven/hob. The holiday village is serene, lending itself nicely for a nice rest after long days of exploring the area. The swimming pool is a very welcome plus for families with children, although the pool has no shallow area for kids younger than 7 or 8 years old. Overall highly recommended. We'll definitely consider coming back.
