Great quirky, spacious, 3rd floor attic flat with high-quality modern fitout, interesting beams and angular walls. Good views of the boats in the harbour. Well-located within a 20-minute walk to the old town and a few minutes' walk from a range of excellent restaurants, near the head of the harbour. Underground paid parking opposite is expensive; however, free on-street parking is available 10 minutes walk away most days. No lift but good stairs. We enjoyed it very much.

If you come by train, the accommodation is 2 km away. Possibility of taking buses. It is very well located in relation to the very pretty port of St Goustan.

We had a great weekend in this very pleasant apartment, directly on the beach. It carries very well its name "feet in the water", the sea view is exceptional and once in the apartment you feel like you are on a boat. From the apartment, activity on the sea is important and we witness the races of oars, sailboats, triathlon training...Everything is done on foot (shops, market, restaurants, walks along the sea to the beautiful village of Lomener). Listing as described. Clean, nothing is missing, the bedding is excellent. Courtyard to park the car, the land is closed for children. The accommodation is in a very quiet cul-de-sac close to shops. Plus a breathtaking view of the Ria d'Etel. The coastal path begins at the bottom of the garden. Patrick is a particularly friendly and accommodating host. To be repeated, in the meantime I recommend it without any problem.

As a couple, we benefited from the accommodation during a stay in Brittany. The accommodation is stylishly decorated and its location allows you to reach the key points of the region. We followed Gaëlle's advice and were not disappointed by the restaurant mentioned in her guide. The coast is quickly reached 15-20 min for surfing on different spots. I would highly recommend this listing.
