My mother and father in law stayed at the Annexe while visiting the area. Communication from Ted and Kate was exemplary - timely and always in a warm and courteous manner. They thoroughly enjoyed their stay. The annexe was immaculately clean, homely and within a quiet location with lovely views. Some very thoughtful finishing touches also such as milk and some snacks. They said they had everything they needed and couldn’t have wished for anything better. They won’t hesitate to stay again and can’t speak highly enough of their stay. Many thanks!

Our stay at Apt 1 - Ground Floor Apt - Southover Beach was somthing else! Honestly the location everything about this stay was amazing stones throw away from the beach for our daily adventures with our dog. We will most definitely be staying here again. Hosts were quick and responsive. ☺️

Just to say we had a lovely stay at Christine’s which was local to our family to visit. Had a lovely time and the home spotless. Christine was always on hand for any queries. Thank you for the welcome pack of tea,coffee and chocolate biscuits and essentials in the fridge (Milk and butter). We will certainly be returning later in the year. Thank you for making us welcome.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The home was lovely - the open plan living room and kitchen was perfect to get together. The place was very bright and had a lovely outdoor space. It’s a perfect location for walking and to reach the beaches nearby.

Spent a lovely week in Woolacombe Bay. The apartment was exactly as described and the super king bed was very comfortable. The views were absolutely stunning with a beautiful beach just across the road. Super contact with Julia, can’t fault anything.

Stayed at Scotts for 4 nights. The flat is very comfortable and has all you need. Scott was on hand when we arrived and showed us round and told us about the local amenities. Its just a few hundred yards to the beach, restaurants and pubs in the village. Easy access to the coastal path in both directions and well placed to access other attractions in the wider area. Parking space a real bonus. Would happily return for our next visit to the area

Very comfortable and worked well for us with family nearby. Felt like a true home-from-home. Designated parking space and parking for visitors very useful. Happily stay there again....

We wanted to extend our stay in the area at the last minute. We contacted Deborah quite late in the evening & she responded immediately. We are so pleased that we did as The Annexe is such a lovely spacious place to stay. Perfectly suited for us & our elderly spaniel We would certainly highly recommend

Stunning views overlooking Woolacombe beach. We were taken aback from the moment we walked in. Very easy to walk down to the village, with everything you need within 5 min walk. We had very chilled evenings just taking the world in watching the tides rise and fall. Already looking forward to our next visit.

This is the second time we have stayed in this apartment building and we were not disappointed. The home was as described, very clean and has the most beautiful view. The surrounding area is great for beaches, food and family friendly activities. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful view!! Beautiful place in a fab location. the walk to the beach is steep but so worth it especially with daily visits to the great café. The beach is amazing. Excellent flat, very comfortable bed and warm and quiet. The swimming pool is a great bonus too.

We had a lovely few days at Diane’s apartment. She had mentioned that it can sometimes feel like you are on a ship and, sat on the sofa looking out over the sea view you can completely see what she means. Can’t imagine there is a better placed apartment in the town. Thanks for letting us stay.

Jennifer was so helpful during our stay - going out of her way to get non feather duvets for our kids with allergies. The flat was super clean and the rooms are all even bigger than they look in the photos. We all loved the pool.

Exceptional. Only way to describe our stay. Beautiful location; not just neat and clean but with every small detail thought of. From a small bottle of milk to a lovely wine, and a good selection of glasses it was all rather nicely done. Don’t miss the hot tub. Don’t let the pre arrival Terms & Conditions and fines worry you much.. staff we interacted with were excellent - both on-site and online.

A beautiful apartment in a fantastic location… We just spent the week here in apartment number one on the ground floor and it was fabulous. We travelled with our three-year-old son and his bedroom was perfect for him. The master bedroom was lovely and spacious with a very well appointed ensuite bathroom. The outside area was a real bonus and the hot tub was a fantastic addition, and very thoughtful of the host to ensure that it was cleaned and maintained before we arrived and whilst we were there mid week. We have been visiting Croyde for years now and we have kissed a few frogs in the past but this apartment definitely deserves its five star review. It is head and shoulders above other places that we have stayed at in the past and offers everything that you need for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. We have already booked for next year!

We had a lovely stay at The Egg Shed for my partners 40th- the place was cozy, comfy, very clean and as described. Fantastic hotub too, and a gift left for the birthday! Would highly recommend! Thank you.

What an amazing place to stay in Ilfracombe. The View has exactly that but much much more, its a beautiful apartment with great amenities and easy to walk to the Town and waterfront if you need to. Add to this the clear instructions and responsive host and its a perfect match. We will definitely be back.

The flat was absolutely immaculate and the views were stunning! It was spacious, but still cosy and was equipped with everything you could possibly need. The beds were really comfortable and the ensuite bathrooms were really clean. Check-in was really easy and Sharon provided great details for directions and parking. We couldn’t have asked for anything better from our stay, and we’d love to return in the future!
