The accommodation has its' own private entrance hall. With a shower room off the hallway, a door leads through to a kitchenette, leading upstairs to a large light, airy attic room, with a double bed and a single day bed. The room is perfect for a couple, 3 friends or a couple with one child. Linen and towels are provided. There is on street parking opposite the house. There are outside chairs. Situated in the village of Northam, it is a short drive to the beach and close to the SW coast path .

Room annexed to my house in lovely coastal village setting. Private entrance and private patio area. Sit outside , enjoy a takeaway and a glass or two 🙂 Only two-and-a-half miles to the very famous Hartland Quay beach, and absolutely stunning coastal walks. There is a nice cafe+ 3 Pubs that all serve excellent food within the village,so plenty of choice without having to drive!! within 5 mins of the annexe you can be walking down the vale which is a beautiful place to walk and unwind.

Recently refurbished bolt hole located just 2 miles from the glorious beaches of Saunton and Croyde. We offer a studio room with a separate entrance & on street parking. There is a luxurious king-size bed, Large TV, dining table, sofa and a large walk in en-suite shower. The Kitchen area has a sink, oven, microwave, dishwasher & a small fridge freezer. Outside there is a private seating area with table and chairs for you to enjoy a chilled start to your day and a relaxing end to it.

Valle Vue is a quite rural warm cosy place, on the end of the bungalow with is own private entrance, private off road parking right outside, A King sized double bed with adjoining en-suite, & a separate WC. Located in part of our riverside property on a quiet street, this new light & airy guest suite is ideal for short stays, visits to Exeter Uni, weekends watching Exeter Chiefs, enjoying walking and cycling the South West Coastal Path. Parking is on the driveway if requested. It’s a 5-10 minute walk to the town with all the cafes, pubs and restaurants. We’re 10 minutes walk to Topsham train station and a few minutes to the nearest bus stop, providing access to Exeter, Exmouth and beyond.

This is a self contained cheerful spacious top floor. There are 2 bedrooms plus a large living area with dining table and sofas. The area sleeps 4 (plus 2 on request on sofa bed). The space is a no converted loft of detached bungalow, set back from a peaceful Cul de Sac, a few miles from the beautiful local beaches and a short walk/drive to the village of Braunton. One private parking space on the drive. Well behaved pets welcome for fee £25. Experienced super host.
