Velmi příjemné ubytování v klidné části Mittersillu v patře rodinného domu se samostatným vchodem. Hostitelka s námi aktivně komunikovala, zprostředkovala nám SommerCard a připravila čisté a hezké bydlení.

Der Aufenthalt war großartig! Die Gastgeberin war jederzeit gut erreichbar, super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation lief reibungslos. Die Lage der Unterkunft war einfach perfekt – zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Klare Empfehlung, ich komme gerne wieder!

Eine sehr angenehme Unterkunft, professionel geführt, in der man es sich auch bei Regenwetter gut gehen lassen kann. Wir waren im Mai dort. Zwischensaison zwischen Skirummel und bergwandernden Sommergästen. - Großer Vorteil: wir waren fast die einzigen Touristen im Ort. Gleichzeitig großer Nachteil dadurch: alle Gastronomien, Bergbahnen und viele Geschäfte am Ort und in den Nachbarorten hatten zu. Spontane Restaurantbesuche unmöglich. Zum Glück konnten die gute Küche in der Wohnung, zwei fußläufige Supermärkte und unser Wille, selber für Kulinarisches zu Sorgen dieses Manko zum Teil kompensieren.

Fantastik place with great hikes and restaurants close by! Beautiful view, very clean and peaceful. Veronika was a super host, good communication and made us feel at home. Can highly recommend!

We loved our apartment. Fantastic location, short drive from town and so peaceful and quiet. Spacious and comfortable. Good variety of utensils for self catering. Hosts were charming and friendly. We stayed for 6 nights and could have stayed longer. A tip for parking in Mittersil, a parking card is necessary to avoid a fine - from experience :(. 100% recommend this accommodation for lovers of hiking and outdoors.

Der Aufenthalt in der schönen Wohnung von Katharina war sehr erholsam. Von hier aus haben wir alle Aktivitäten, die wir uns für den Urlaub vorgenommen haben gut erreichen, gleichermaßen aber war es schön ruhig gelegen und und außerhalb der Ferienzentren. Katharina selbst und alle weiteren Bewohner des Hauses waren sehr freundlich und haben und herzlich begrüßt. Katharina selbst hat uns etliche Empfehlungen für zahlreiche Ausflugsziele gegeben. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft mit einem tollen Ausblick! Gern kommen wir mal wieder.

A great place to stay. Deniz communicated clearly and always responded quickly. The apartment is in a beautiful location ideal for exploring the whole area. There is everything that you need in the apartment to make your stay easy and all the equipment and furnishings are of the highest quality. We met the hosts who were extremely friendly and welcoming. Would not hesitate to recommend kaiserfleckerl if you are looking to stay in the Tirol region.

Sehr nette Gastgeberin und tolle Unterkunft. Wir waren im Februar zum Skifahren da und es war wirklich alles da, was man brauchte. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und toll ausgestattet. Man hat alles in der Nähe was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Had a lovely time at Apartments Shema. The place was clean and felt very welcoming even better than the photos. The check-in process was easy, and the peaceful surroundings made it a perfect spot to unwind. Would definitely stay here again if we’re back in the area!

Wat een fantastische lichte woning om in te verblijven! Alles was aanwezig voor 4 personen, heerlijke bedden en een prachtig uitzicht op de piste en bergen. Je kan overal naar toe lopen, je zit aan de piste en hoeft alleen deze over te steken en je bent bij de smaragdbaan. De familie is ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het was boven verwachting. Als het kan komen we graag een keer terug. Heel erg bedankt!

Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht, ist bei der Familie Kirchner bestens aufgehoben! Frau Kirchner war jeder Zeit erreichbar.Für uns und die Kommunikation war tadellos, genauso wie Ihre Wohnung! Es war alles Blitz Blank und alles auf neusten Stand! insbesondere die Küche, welche mit sehr hochwertigen Geräten ausgestattet ist! Auch möchte ich erwähnen, das Frau Kirchner ( Eigentümerin der Wohnung ( bevilla hatte diesen Punkt verschwiegen, trotz Angabe), sehr relaxed auf unseren Hund reagiert hat! Danke dafür. Die Gegend um Hollersbach ist was für absolute Wander/ Natur/ Bike Freunde und mit der National Park Card, welche man vor Ort erhält, sehr attraktiv! im Ort selbst gibt's einen Bäcker und 2 Restaurants, man ist aber auch schnell in Mittersill, wo es sämtliche Supermärkte gibt und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten! auch gut mit dem Bus erreichbar, wenn man das Auto Mal stehen lassen möchte! Fazit, wir kommen wieder! Bewertung ist Für die Fewo nicht für Bellvilla! Da hier nur eine KI antwortet!

Wir haben eine schöne Zeit in der gut eingerichteten Wohnung verbracht! Die Aussicht vom Balkon war wunderbar. In den bequemen Betten haben wir sehr gut geschlafen . Zur Gondel konnte man gut zu Fuß laufen und zum Einkaufen war es nicht weit. Gerne kommen wir wieder!

Had a lovely stay at Carina's place. Her husband picked us up from the train station and offered to drop us back after checking out. Communication was fantastic and Carina sent recommendations of activities we could do based on the weather. Everything was clean and tidy. Only improvement I would suggest is some additional things such as tea, coffee, sugar etc. Location was great, scenery in the area was fantastic, with a lovely walk along the river into the town. I highly recommend a stay here, in summer anyway!

We loved our stay in Rosenheim! We came to visit family and Leopold’s place was the perfect place for us to stay! The balcony and big windows are beautiful and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again!

Jacqueline is a wonderful host. She welcomed us with a big wave onto the driveway and was incredibly proactive, friendly and responsive throughout. She gave us clear instructions on arrival and the apartment had everything we needed plus essentials for our dog. The apartment was wonderfully decorated, so well that we did not want to leave. The whirlpool worked fantastically with a great back massage function and the log fire made our evening more magical. However the stand out of it all is the extremely comfortable bed and pillows. We had the best nights sleep we have had our entire three month trip. We cannot recommend Jacqueline enough.

An outstanding place to stay! It's huge and perfectly set up. The interior design is amazing, a great modern interpretation of traditional Tirolian style. The huge hot tub, which was ready to use when we arrived, and the Finnish sauna are amazing highlights.. The apartment is located in the center of the small town with stores, restaurants, and wonderful trails in easy walking distance. This stay was a special experiance that we will remember for a long time to come! 10 out of 10.

Franz und Astrid sind sehr liebe und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und haben alles gut erklärt bekommen (Wohnung, Pool und Sauna). Wir haben viele und gute Tipps für Unternehmung in der Region bekommen. Im Zirbenschlafzimmer konnten man sehr gut schlafen. Wir waren zu viert mit unseren beiden Hunden, die sich auch sehr wohl fühlten. Der Hof liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, die zum entspannen einlädt. Auf jeden Fall sehr zu empfehlen ❤️👍

Stay and place was great with a character. Only downside is due to no direct access to wellness facilities and no changing rooms, it makes great sauna and wirpool experience at some point not practical due to outdoor location and no comunal access from Genesis apartment. Thank you Host.

We had a blast. The room exceeded our expectations. The ski slopes were only short rive away with free parking available. Ski bus was also available. Amazing place to stay.
