I'm very satisfied with the room and the service. I had a very enjoyable trip with fast replies and lots of information. I would stay there again on my next visit!

David’s house was very clean, quiet, and located in a peaceful neighborhood. It is close to a bus stop with quick access to downtown Charlottetown, though it's important to note the bus doesn’t run on Sundays. The house has two floors—David and his family live downstairs, while the upstairs has guest rooms available for Airbnb. My room was upstairs, and there were also two other guest rooms, but they were unoccupied during my stay, so I had the floor all to myself. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed, and the upstairs had its own thermostat, allowing me to set the temperature to my liking. I slept very well thanks to the quiet environment. During my stay, I accidentally broke a glass while washing dishes, but David was very kind and understanding about it. He was also easy to communicate with, very helpful, and even provided taxi contact information for getting around Charlottetown. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend staying here!

Such a great stay in Stratford! The place was surprisingly spacious, with a billiard table that added a really fun touch. The kitchen was small and cute, everything had its place and was super clean. The bathroom and bedroom were both really nice and well-kept – overall just a very comfortable space. The hosts were incredibly kind and even gave us some goodies when we arrived, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Definitely a 5/5 experience – would happily stay again!

J'ai pris une location d'un mois et j'ai toujours été très satisfaite de mon choix d'emplacement. Mélissa et Alex sont tellement accueillants. Propre, confortable avec beaucoup de rangement, la chambre est intime et on se sent en sécurité. Proche d'un magnifique parc, du centre-ville, de l'Institut culinaire si on a envie de plats préparés, d'une épicerie locale toute proche, vraiment tout à portée de main. J'ai vraiment apprécié mon séjour à Charlottetown et j'y reviendrai.

The place is secluded enough that you get a nice peaceful getaway, but has enough within decent walking distance to feel like you are not stranded in the middle of nowhere. everything is pretty much within a ten minute drive that you could possibly want. The property is spacious and you never feel like it's too cluttered.Based on sharing it with others, the large field in front of all of the properties, it makes for a beautiful view out into the bay. it is a cottage and has all of the listed amenities working. Just right, as well as a completely end entirely responsive host, who is always able to assist with any issues in my case.Assistant starting the barbecue 🤣

We had a fantastic 3-night stay with Marc and Scott at their beautiful home in PEI. The property is peaceful, quiet, and surrounded by birds of all kinds, it felt like a true escape into nature :) They were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, even offering us complimentary yoga passes due to the rainy weather (such a thoughtful gesture, even though we didn’t get the chance to use them!). The home was spotless and perfectly organized, down to the neatly folded towels. I especially appreciated the cute elephant towel in the bedroom and the fresh spices they went out of their way to buy for our stay. It’s also pet-friendly, which made everything even more enjoyable for us. Marc and Scott also gave us great restaurant suggestions, and we ended up going to one in downtown PEI (Slaymaker & Nichols, I believe), which was a convenient and lovely spot to enjoy before catching the Anne of Green Gables show at the Holland College Theatre. Highly recommend staying here!

What a hidden gem 5 minutes walk from down town I am surprised it does not have many reviews. it's a place with so much love care and abundance. everything you need right till that coffee powder to vanilla brew to vanilla cafe mate, to sugars, salt, filters disposal glasses , pots and pans cutlery washing machine shower gel shampoo conditioner , everything is provided.. and walking to the heritage walks was a breeze, and fortunately the other room was not occupied so I had the whole cottage to myself. Iris is a loving caring host. don't forget to walk to the ward and enjoy the live music n sea food! I bless this home with all my heart.
