Absolutely perfect for our 2-night stay with our adult son! The space was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed. Though it’s a basement apartment, it felt totally private and peaceful. The living area was huge—with a ping pong table, bar seating, and a sectional big enough to sleep two. The hosts also provided comfy twin mattresses that worked great for our son. 1.5 baths made things super convenient for the three of us, and check-in was a breeze. We never saw the hosts in person but felt completely taken care of—super responsive and thoughtful. Plus, Hyattsville is an awesome, safe little town with fun bars, restaurants, and easy access to DC. We’ll 1000% stay here again!

This was, I believe, our 5th year staying at Kate’s. Always comfortable - always spotless! In fact, this is by far the cleanest Airbnb we have ever booked. Kate is a very responsive host as well - super helpful with any questions we have ever had! We will continue staying here for our annual NIH visit as long as it is available to us! Amazing stay all around ! Super comfy space and super clean! The only thing is that while the listing says “Entire home” it is just a seperate space basement, but a huge spacious one at that! Olu’s airbnb is definitely worth all the while!

It was perfect for what we were looking for. Location was convenient to Annapolis, but in a quiet area and right on the water. It was a peaceful and restful weekend!

After losing out on three different rentals we found this house. We were staying the week for our son’s graduation from the Naval Academy. It was perfect for our family. We didn’t care about being in downtown Annapolis and this place is perfect for some quiet time and relaxing from the hustle and bustle of graduation week. Would recommend this place for everybody. The home was beautiful, looked better than the pictures. Beds were clean and comfortable. Added bonus was a private balcony and small outdoor area that our kids loved. It was peaceful while being a few min driving distance to several businesses-Starbucks, Chick-fil-a, Target, plus many more. We drove around 35min into DC and 35min to spend the day at a small bayside beach so the location was great. Host was responsive and helpful, we would definitely stay here again if in the area.

What an amazing experience! This house truly felt like a home. You wouldn't know that it was an Airbnb. It felt like we were staying at a friend's house. The owners were extremely gracious. My wife and I were there for almost two weeks with my elderly parents. I can honestly say that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to making this an annual trip back home to MD. This was my second stay at this Airbnb, and it was just as fantastic as the first—if not better! Returning felt like coming back to a peaceful little retreat. This time around, I was able to fully enjoy the private outdoor patio, and it truly elevated the experience. Whether sipping coffee in the crisp morning air or winding down with a cocktail in the evening, it quickly became my favorite spot to relax. The hosts continue to go above and beyond—warm, responsive, and clearly dedicated to making every stay exceptional. I’m already looking forward to my next visit. Peter and Co-hosts were awesome. The place was easy to access, and Peter was proactive in sharing details and was awesome to let us park nearby after check out. Would definitely recommend, and would stay here again when and if returning to DC. The location was tucked away enough to be away from traffic but close enough to access the big sites if you have a car. 10/10 recommend. And he’s right. The most affordable place you’ll find!!

I came and stayed here for 3 days. My best friend and I came to stay here for our SZA and Kendrick concert in DC. Not only we had a great time at the concert. The place was the perfect place to unwind. Also I really appreciate the things that were provided for us. Will definitely book with this place again.

This is the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at. Everything you could think of was provided. Very clean. Great instructions and Guest Guide. Large 1 bedroom/1 bath basement apartment.

Highly recommend Ann’s place! We traveled with our toddler, and it was perfect for him. They supplied a pack and play and tons of board books. My only thing to note is that the walkway to the space is not paved so be aware with small children and suitcases.

This space is absolutely stunning. The natural light, the calm atmosphere, and the beautiful design all made it feel like a peaceful retreat. The gas fireplace was my favorite feature. It brought so much warmth and comfort to the space. What really impressed me was how well it is set up for longer stays. Everything was thoughtfully included, from the efficient washer and dryer to the kitchen area, steamer, and other essentials that made my business trip easy. The hosts were kind, attentive, and made everything feel smooth. I felt right at home and definitely recommend this place.

Perfect location for exploring Annapolis attractions via walking including Naval Academy and downtown. A bonus for me, all areas were wheelchair accessible (except balcony). Very clean and well maintained! Bed was super comfy!

Tucked in the heart of Bethesda with a quiet charm that somehow still feels central to everything, this stay was a gem. Getting around was a breeze—whether by foot, metro, or last-minute snack run to the 24/7 CVS or 7-Eleven. The apartment itself? Immaculate. Fully stocked with everything we could possibly need—and then some. The internet didn’t blink, the TV was streaming-ready (a blessing for our nightly Netflix ritual), and we barely had to buy a thing beyond food. Rodrigo was the kind of host you wish all hosts were—attentive, responsive, and refreshingly clear with every detail. Winston, the building manager, was also incredibly kind and helpful. Bonus points for the cozy terrace, which turned into our favorite nighttime hangout spot. All in all, one of the most exceptional Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. Would come back in a heartbeat—no hesitation, no second thoughts, just pure comfort.

Great apartment! Sean’s apartment is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. It is completely quiet at night and the bed is good. There is a good vibe in the neighbourhood and the apartment is less than five minutes from a Green Line metro station that will take you directly to the best art museums in the city. Sean and his co-hosts are very helpful and responsive. I hope to come back to Washington one day and if that happens, I will definitely try to book Sean’s apartment again.
