A great weekend at Élise's! The house really offers very comfortable services. Everything is clean , well decorated , nothing missing, everything is well thought out! A very nice exterior, the big plus is the covered pool + covered terrace!!! There's plenty of games for the kids . I recommend this place 200%. Jacques was very flexible on our check-in schedule not easy to determine when we have roads and little ones😀. The apartment is spacious and overlooks a west-facing courtyard, it's nice in the evening to have an aperitif outside letting the children stretch their legs. You can access the center of Nantes quickly with the inconveniences, the edges of the sèvre easily accessible as well as the Intermarché not far away for shopping. The sound insulation is not the most efficient so we hear a little from the neighbors above but otherwise nothing to complain about, the stay was pleasant.

Very nice stay despite the weather that did not allow us to enjoy the beautiful exterior. Attention: the 3rd double bed is in the common area.

Laetitia's place was perfect for our winter holiday with our teenage grandchildren. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, and the kitchen is modern and well-equipped. The location is amazing, close to the old city and main attractions in Nantes, yet quiet and peaceful because it is in a courtyard. We want to return to this apartment next time we visit Nantes!

Spacious and pleasant accommodation, in a quiet neighborhood. The windows are made of single glazing, so there may be a little bit of noise when the cars pass, and it can be a little cold without the heating.

Access by the stairs was a little complicated for my 85-year-old mother (high steps, very steep to access the first floor). Noisy neighborhood at night, noise that passes a little in the background; if you are sensitive, plan to bring earplugs. Finally, the terrace did not seem of any interest to us. I could recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay at Julie's. The apartment is great! It's beautiful, clean, convenient, close to the tram, bike station, bus and lots of things can be done on foot. Close to supermarkets (crossroads and biocoop). For a long stay it's great😊.

Great relaxing stay at La Gatee. William is an excellent host providing all the necessary information beforehand and also being extremely responsive during our stay with recommendations. The house is very spacious and is in a beautiful tranquil setting and is exactly as described. Our kids loved the two cats which are super friendly but not overbearing. Many thanks William!

Quite easily the best place we have stayed at through Airbnb. Julie and Isabelle were a joy to deal. Nothing was too much hassle including providing a boules set half way through our stay & a couple of inflatables for the kids to use in the pool. The gated villa is located in a quiet suburb of Nantes in a private secluded cul de sac & isn’t overlooked by any properties. There is a nice boulangerie a 5 minute walk away. There are several huge supermarkets within easy driving distance. We caught the tram into Nantes with the tram stop a 10-minute walk away. A taxi back to the villa cost €15. We were a group of 6 adults & 6 kids (aged 2-5) & at no point did we feel on top of ourselves. It’s beautifully decorated with huge rooms & a flowing dining room/living room, leading onto the well-kept gardens (& secret boules court) & the heated large swimming pool that our kids rarely left all holiday. The villa is immaculate & well stocked.

What a beautiful home. It was an absolute pleasure to stay here for a week with our children. Bertrand was a great host, very responsive and helpful. We found everything we needed and the location was right next to a huge park, the journey into Nantes was easy and the airport 20 mins drive away. Very comfy beds, gorgeous pool area and we had everything we could need.

A super large house with 4 bedrooms and everything nice on the ground floor! Sweet and good reception from Mireille, that was also very pleasant. Within walking distance of a bakery, fishmonger and supermarket, a nice market in the square weekly. Our kids enjoyed it too. Small station is within walking distance and always easy and the trains certainly do not make any noise. In short, wonderful house to relax and unwind.

Beautiful property with a responsive and friendly host! We were there to celebrate an engagement with a small party and we did not want to leave. It was relaxing and perfect for hosting. A little bit of a journey to the centre, but taxis and buses were regular and easy to access. There were lots of additional services available at a charge. Thank you Amelie!
