Cosy little appartment with parking place

Attention radar trap, 30 km/h.The appartment ist located 3 min from highway A81 at the main street of Empfingen.There is a lot of traffic noise during the working days (windows with noise protection!). About 1 hour to the lake of Constance, 50 minutes to Stuttgart. 12 Min to the historic town Horb.About 35 min to Tübingen and Rottenburg. In our village there are 2 bakeries, a butcher's shop, 3 restaurants and 2 supermarkets. The parking place is situated about 5m from appartments entrance.

Rosi's Cottage Black Forest / Terrace with Garden

You will stay in a village with good infrastructure, in an idyllic location on the edge of the Black Forest. A small, old, beautifully renovated guest house (Rosi's Häusle) awaits you on two floors and with its own small garden area, with a cozy terrace, sandbox and a small turtle enclosure. Ideal starting point for hikers, families, motorcyclists and cyclists. Garage for two-wheelers available by arrangement. Check-in after 3:00 pm in person or with key deposit by arrangement.

In the Gräbele

The apartment is located in a part of the building that used to belong to the adjacent brewery and where the wine bottling plant for the brewery's own wine was located. Even today you can admire the old, empty wine barrels in the basement of the building. The building was lovingly renovated over two years. Although the rustic charm of the former industrial building is still recognizable, the apartment offers a cozy atmosphere where you can feel comfortable.

Black Forest Girl

The self-renovated apartment is located on the 1st floor of an apartment building and can accommodate 4 to 6 people (5 adults). Children are welcome, but the apartment is not childproof or handicapped accessible. A highchair and a baby travel bed are available on request. The kitchen is fully equipped. 1 sofa bed is located in the adjoining room of the bedroom and is only accessible in this way. In the living room, the sofa can also be converted into a bed.

2-room Heidi-House surrounded by woods and meadows

Our Heidi House is located in the middle of the Black Forest, in a small valley surrounded by green meadows. Next to the Heidi house is the farm we live on. The Heidi house is detached and has a separate entrance, so your privacy is guaranteed. The farm is located at the end of a road, with no traffic passing through, and is surrounded by meadows, fruit trees and forest. Our own stream and a small pond with a bench on the property invite you to relax.

Waldidylle vacation home

This beautiful attic apartment is located in a quiet, small place in the Eschachtal and is about 7 km from Rottweil. The property is ideally suited as a starting point for walks, excursions, hikes and cycling tours around the Black Forest and Swabian Alps. The apartment has a spacious living/dining area with access to the balcony and views of the forest, a bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower, bathtub and a fully equipped kitchen.

Neckartal Vacation Rental

We renovated our apartment with a lot of love in 2024, but the bathroom was completely newly built and underfloor heating installed. The 30 sqm apartment is located directly on the popular Neckartal bike path. Oberndorf is a conveniently located starting point for activities in the Black Forest, the Swabian Alb or Lake Constance. This apartment is centrally located. Shopping, downtown, bars and restaurants are within walking distance.

Modern 2-room apartment on A81

Spend relaxing time in a modern apartment. You can reach the A81 motorway within 2 minutes. Despite the proximity to the highway, it is idyllic on site. In the village, two bakeries offer a fresh and delicious breakfast from 6.30 am. The 411 km long Neckartal cycle path runs through Oberndorf. You can experience Baden-Württemberg from its most varied side on probably the most swallowish of all cycle paths.

Within walking distance to the edge of the forest is our log cabin with 3 rooms and offers up to 4 guests a cozy stay. Our motto: coziness and relaxation paired with nature and sports. Look forward to a place of recovery and turn off. Two e-bikes are at your disposal to explore the surroundings in a relaxed way.
