Holiday rentals with a patio in Bosham

What a fantastic find, so close to the sea, pub locally for food and a fish and chip van too. The accommodation was spotless and the owner couldn’t have been more helpful. We had a wonderful few days thanks and hope we’ll be back again soon.

Monika and family were great hosts. The apartment was perfectly placed to explore all the lovely places to eat and visit in Portsmouth. The apartment itself was clean, spacious and had all you could need to be comfortable. Monika and her family made the whole process very easy, they were so friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again :)

We had a fantastic time staying at Mark’s. The accommodation was really quiet and short walk to village and Chine. Close to Seafront which was our favourite place. We were visiting friends and would love to stay again. And the welcome pack was a lovely extra touch.

Stayed for work for over ten weeks great place to stay.

Great location which is at the end of harbour road and very peaceful. View is great and nature reserve is really pretty. All amenities were exactly as described. All the vintage games consoles et. Makes the place very unique and quirky. 1 minute walk to the beach which is also quite unique in the way it has been shaped by the sea. Shops 10 minutes walk. Pubs 20 minutes walk.

Thanks to Wendy and Barry for a lovely stay at The Hideaway. It is a delightful little place and they have thought of every practical thing needed for a comfortable stay, including some welcome treats! We have no hesitation in recommending The Hideaway for a break in Hampshire.

This was our second stay here. It is perfect in every way. The Old Exchange is lovely. Spotlessly clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Joanne goes out of her way to make you feel welcome and is a great host. We particularly appreciated the food and drink items that were left for us. You will not be disappointed if you stay here.

The carriage was lovely and situated in a perfect spot , 5/10 min to nice pubs , beach and funfair . The kids loved the alpacas in the field next to us . Only one issue , not enough cooking/bbq pots pans and utensils for 4 adults and 3 small kids but overall we had a great time and would love to stay again .

Stayed here last weekend for a family birthday. We could not have chosen a more perfect location or property. The amenities were perfect for a leisurely get away, loads of space inside & out. Exactly as described in the advert or reviews. All communication made for an easy arrival/check in/out and a very generous welcome hamper We were extremely lucky with the weather and sat the first evening eating & drinking outside watching red kites, hawks and the finale being a barn owl feeding in the next door field. What a treat to watch. The hot tub and electric BBQ made for an easy and fun evening. We did not explore as much as we would have liked but it was the perfect location for our weekend at Goodwood just 15 mins away. I cannot recommend highly enough if anyone needs a large space to entertain or just enjoy. I will definitely return to explore the wonderful attractions and scenery on another occasion. Beth's place is fantastic. The beautiful views through the big picture window were just amazing. The house is lovely with many thoughtful touches. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept well. I would highly recommend Beth's place to anyone visiting the island. It's a great base to get around and a lovely place to come back to.

We loved our stay at Monica's place! It was exactly as described and photographed. Clear instructions and everything was perfectly clean and tidy! We happened to meet Monica when we arrived, who is lovely and friendly without being intrusive. We would most definitely recommend this as an excellent place to stay!

We had such a lovely time at The Gables. It was a beautiful space and perfect for the whole family, we will definitely book again!

Had a lovely relaxing break here, the space was fantastic and the surroundings were peaceful and quiet. Excellent location - the village pub is a must visit!

The clever architectural design has created a stunning barn conversion. This is complimented by the carefully chosen fixtures and fittings and the warm but understated colour palette. The kitchen dining lounge space has some quirky and rustic touches and is a lovely room in which to gather. There were some very thoughtful welcome gifts left for us and everything you need is provided for cooking and eating. The 3 en-suite bedrooms are all fabulous and the kids twin was accessed by a ladder, with its own shower room below. This end of the barn can be closed off for some privacy and has its own kitchenette, sofa and TV. The barn is warm and quiet and private even though the main farmhouse is right next door. The hosts are unobtrusive but there if you need anything. Our party of 6 adults, 2 young boys and a baby worked well in the space. We loved West Wittering Beach, the Itchenor Ferry and walk to Bosham and pottering around Chichester. The barn was so lovely that it was hard to leave!

This was the perfect short break in a cracking location. My teenage daughter and I did some lovely walks, sat at the windmill at sunset, sketched at the ruined Abbey, went to Chichester for lunch via bus. Everything was just so easy and the house was impeccably clean, with beautiful quality furnishings and a really welcoming feel to it. We loved it. Thank you!

We had a fabulous weekend in Ventnor. The accommodation had everything we needed and more. It’s a light and airy space with wonderful sea views. It’s close to town and for lovely walks. Plus parking! Rodney was the perfect host. Thank you.

The 'nest' was an idyllic getaway for us and our young dog, with plenty of walks from the doorstep and just a short drive to the seaside. Nestled in a beautifully quiet part of the world filled only with the sounds of nature. We loved our time there and would highly recommend a stay with C&C.

We agreed with all the previous reviews, and would like to add, Elmer is a great place to visit, and the proximity to the beach is fabulous. Robs information was second to none!! The walks were breath taking. Our special visit was Arundel, the castle, gardens, and town were amazing. Ok, now for our one grump, the fridge is a bit small!!! i know, ridiculous but we didn't know whether to put the wine or the milk in the door, so had to drink the wine, and put the milk in the fridge....sorted. By the way, the welcome basket was very much appreciated.

Beautiful spacious apartment in a great location. Apartment very clean and well equipped. Nice outdoor area in a quiet location. Michelle very helpful and quick to respond. Short walk to beach and shops. West Wittering beach is definitely worth a visit. A few minutes in the car. Would recommend.

Nice and clean, easy access from the back if you want to avoid the steps, roomy, modern and well catered.

Really lovely comfortable, well laid out property which was spacious and well equipped. The welcome breakfast goodies was a really nice thought and much appreciated.

This apartment really is a home from home. It had absolutely everything you could need for a getaway, it was cleaned spotlessly and was so comfortable! There was a guest book with all of the information that you would need, which was so useful too. We really enjoyed our stay here, it was a peaceful and beautiful apartment and would love to stay here again 😊

The Lobster Pot was just the perfect place for me and Ratty my dog. It was so lovely - and beautifully prepared for my arrival. It really is just two minutes from the beach - and what an amazing beach. East Wittering is quite delightful. I hope to be back. Belinda
