Das neu renovierte Apartment befindet sich in zentraler Lage der Rosenstadt Eutin, 50 Meter neben dem Wasserturm.200 Meter bis zum Großen Eutiner See. In 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Marktplatz. Inmitten der idyllischen holsteinischen Schweiz und einer wunderschönen Seen-Landschaft gelegen ist es ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die idyllische Umgebung. Bis zur Ostsee sind es. ca. 20 min. mit dem PKW. Lübeck, Kiel und HH sind gut zu erreichen. Parkmöglichkeiten sind vor dem Haus möglich.

Friendly 2-room apartment between the lakes

Our apartment is located on the lower ground floor of an old building, is very bright and friendly and not stuffy due to the thick walls even on the hottest summer days. In the garden you can enjoy a wonderful sun breakfast or end a beautiful beach day with a glass of wine. Our house is located on the edge of the forest between two lakes, each of which can be reached in about 5-7 minutes on foot, to the city center it takes about 20 minutes on foot, to the Baltic Sea by car about 25 minutes.

Holiday home on a large plot

Start by bike or on foot from the house or go canoeing on Lake Plön. At the house you can enjoy the peace and quiet and the 3 secluded terraces on the natural property. The large property, which is fenced off towards the street, offers opportunities to play outdoor games or to relax. In the evening you can spend time together in front of the fireplace. Living / dining room are separate. The property is NOT a lake property, the walk to the lake takes 5 minutes right through our small village.

Staying at a private lake incl. jetty

In dieser Ferienwohnung kannst du mit einem entspannten Blick auf den See deine Erholung ab Tag eins beginnen. Für Ausflüge in die Natur fährst du mit dem Fahrrad von der Haustür aus los. Wer mag kann direkt am eigenen See grillen oder mit dem mitgebrachten SUP oder Paddelboot paddeln gehen. Unser Privatsee hat keine „bepaddelbare“ Verbindung zu anderen Seen. Beim Fernseher kannst du dich mit dem eigenen Account von Netflix & Co anmelden. Beim Timmendorfer Strand bist Du in 30 Minuten.

Quiet but still central

Söhren in the municipality of Weede is quiet but central. It is about 10 km to Bad Segeberg, 25 km to Lübeck and about 30 km to the Baltic Sea. On the upper floor of a detached house, you will find 1 bedroom with a large double bed, a living room with a pull-out sofa bed (2 people), a kitchenette and dining table as well as a bathroom with shower. Unfortunately, there are no shops or places to eat here. Are you traveling with children? No problem: a crib and high chair can be provided.

Hello and welcome to our cozy shabby-chic apartment, located in the middle of the beautiful Plöner lake landscape. Your domicile is located in the basement of our DHH, which is a house built on the slope and the apartment thus runs to the rear ground level. So you still have daylight. The apartment has a room of 20 square meters plus kitchen and shower bath. A terrace with separate access. The location is very quiet, rural. 200 meters to the lake where you can swim. It is 12 km to the Baltic Sea (Neustadt), Lübeck 35 km, Kiel 45 km, Hamburg 85 km. Massenat with its lakes and the possibility to rent canoes/kayaks is 15 km away. The nearest regional train is 9 km away. The landscape is hilly. There are many forests, fields and lakes.

My place is suitable for couples and solo connoisseurs who appreciate a beautiful view.
