A beautiful and high-quality furnished house, good mattresses, beautiful terraces. On the roof terrace, we had a very nice view of the sea. We enjoyed it very much. We will be happy to come back.

The unique sea view directly from the house was unique. The beach, which we had almost to ourselves at this time of year, was great, within walking distance in 5 minutes. The place was very clean and conveniently furnished. The landlords were always reachable for questions.

We spent two weeks at Antonio's accommodation, we (family with two teenagers) liked it very much. Beautiful beaches were just a few minutes' drive away. We particularly liked the Baja Cuggioni beach, as there is a great beach restaurant in the immediate vicinity with good local cuisine. We had a very nice vacation.

We are extremely pleased we booked to stay here. The view from the deck was so much better than the photos showed, it was absolutely stunning. The location was incredibly peaceful and the villa, which was built by Vincenzo’s grandfather was beautiful and very spacious and authentic. Although there is no air conditioning the windows had mosquito screens so could be left open all night to allow a breeze. Vincenzo was extremely helpful and answered any questions we had promptly. The jetty was only a few minutes walk and a great place to swim. We highly recommend staying here and it was quite nice to not have wifi. The only inconvenience was having to throw away our rubbish but maybe this is common in Alghero as we saw other cars doing the same. Thank you Vincenzo, staying in your home was a highlight for us.

I recently had an amazing vacation in S 'Archtu in Sardinia, and can only highly recommend Antonio's rental via Airbnb. The welcome was warm and considerate. Antonio was an exceptional host, always available to answer our questions and give us tips on the best local activities and restaurants. The house was clean, comfortable and perfectly equipped, offering beautiful sea views. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Thanks again to Antonio for his hospitality.

Very nice outdoor spaces with turtles and cats. The rooms are big. The kitchen is very small and lacks a lot of equipment. The hob is not working well and there is no dishwasher, no microwave and no toaster. Difficult to adjust the temperature in the rooms, it was cold. It is important to know that the rooms on 4 different levels. The host was very kind and very responsive to our requests.

Perfect House for a quiet peaceful stay with AMAZING view , directly at the sea! Exactly like described. Well equipped Kitchen and Garden, even swimming gear and umbrellas! Places in the shade to eat and hangout! Amazing beaches in the area IF you even wanna leave this place! A week was too short we will be back! Even with hot weather during the day the evening and nights were perfectly chill!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Michele and his home. It was absolutely stunning and met every hope we had. The pool was gorgeous and we spent almost every day at it. Michele was so helpful and incredibly responsive with lots of recommendations. We would absolutely stay again and recommend to everyone.

We (6 adults, 2 children) were here for almost 2 weeks at the end of May/beginning of June: a really large property with olive trees, a Mediterranean flowering garden, many birds and (highlight!!) a large pool. The house is very well equipped, even if not everything is always brand new. Sabrina was always available, always helpful, gave good tips. Conclusion: a very nice hostess of an absolutely recommended holiday home!

We felt completely comfortable, beautiful house, with lots of nice details. The pool is huge with 50m length, but salt water. Of course, the bay with the free sunbeds and sunshades is even better. In our travel time, it was 2/3 evenings very noisy from the small restaurant by the pool, sometimes until 3:30 am. But fortunately not daily. 2x we had a visit from the wild boar, despite the locked gate Once we had a visit from two deer on the neighboring property. It should be taken into account that the nightly larger shopping is at least 25 minutes away, a small shopping shop with few expensive products is nearby. The villa was stunning, high-quality furnishings and equipped with every modern comfort. The large garden is meticulously maintained and was the perfect place to relax. The pool is cleaned every day. Anna and her family are fantastic hosts, very friendly and helpful. The location is great, very quiet area, but strategic to reach all the beaches in no time, avoiding the city traffic. Alghero is easily reached in just over 10 minutes. We had a great time and were really sorry to leave. We are very keen to come back!

We stayed in the house with 2 families (4 adults and 4 children). We enjoyed it very much. The sea is right next door, it's so beautiful. At the house, the terrace and the barbecue area should be highlighted. Everything is also good inside the house. The host was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely rebook.

Lovely setting with views over the sea to the front, and hills at the back. We enjoyed the terrace. Peaceful location and friendly donkeys in the field nextdoor. Roberto met us to guide us to the home. Located centrally to explore the coast. If we were in this area again we would stay here again. Thanks Roberto.

Sara's villa is a great place to have a good time with family or girlfriend. The property and incredibly large, as well as the pool. There is a lot of space inside the villa, so there are plenty of retreat options. The villa exceeded our expectations and we will certainly be happy to come back. This is not least because of Sara, who is a great hostess.

We spent two nights in the place and enjoyed the tranquility, the view and the beauty of the garden. The terrace is really a highlight. Rita welcomed us very warmly and left us plenty of care. It should be noted that the accommodation is still very secluded in the countryside and it is best to ask for additional instructions to get there so as not to get lost.

From the beginning, we felt at home with Maria and Stefano. Check-in was possible earlier, as agreed. Both have always been very interested in knowing whether we are satisfied with everything. From various recommendations for restaurants to tips on how to get to which beaches, both were always at our side on request. It is particularly great that each room has its own bathroom and all bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. In addition, an open kitchen with plenty of seating inside AND outside on the shady terrace. The pool and garden are very well maintained and you feel like you are in a botanical garden. The property is close to a central transport link, but is absolutely quiet, you live in the middle of a huge villa or garden complex. In short, there is hardly anything left to be desired for a relaxing and restful holiday. A great family vacation with the kids. Many thanks to Maria and Stefano.

Communication was fast and easy at all times. We had a few requests during the stay that were always kindly accepted. The house is very nice, large, with a swimming pool. There was another apartment, but we were alone. Thanks for everything, we hope to be back soon!
