The cabin is surrounded by lush nature with hiking opportunities in the area, and by the lake just below the cabin you can sail, fish and swim.

Small cabin, 52 sqm, sunside terrace exposed to sun all day. Wide view over lake Høvringen. 30 m from parking, but hidden from the road. Old-fashioned, simple, but good cabin standard: indoor biological toilet, cold tap water in kitchen, electric stove for cooking, cooler and freezer. Wood stove and electric oil stove for heating. Personal atmosphere, with relativelhy old, well-kept furniture. Lovely bird-singing around.

The cottage is located in quiet and rural surroundings in the beautiful village of Åraksbø. The cottage is idyllically located on the east side of Åraksfjorden with sun from early morning to late night. Good opportunities for swimming, fishing and mountain trips. Åraksbø is a good starting point for day trips both west over Brokke -Suleskaveien to the pulpit and Kjerag, and north towards Hovden and Haukelidfjell.
