Villa Romance is a true hidden gem! If you're looking for a peaceful retreat away from the city, this is the perfect place. Nestled at the foot of Lyulin Mountain, the fresh air and tranquility made our stay incredibly relaxing. The villa itself is beautifully maintained, offering a cozy and comfortable atmosphere that feels like home. It had everything we needed for a perfect stay, whether for a short getaway or a longer visit. The proximity to Bankya’s Health Alley was a great bonus, and we also enjoyed exploring the nearby forest. Liubomir was warm, welcoming, and ensured we had everything we needed. If you’re looking for a serene escape while still being close to Sofia, I highly recommend Villa Romance. We would love to return!

Nice apartment. Clean and tidy. A small fridge is outside the apartment. There is also a next door apartment and the door is not so soundproof so when someone is outside we hear everything. The kitchen is at another building just a few steps out of the apartment. It is not so convenient when it rains or if you are with your underwear to go out to cook. The sewer pipes from the upper floor go through the bathroom so when someone flashes the toilet you can hear the water coming down. The heating is an air conditioner which is doing a good job! Well, overall is a good choice for a short period stay.

Luca’s place is in a great location - under a minute to the nearest tram and super walkable to central Sofia. The flat itself is wonderful, with plenty of entertainment options, lots of space, a modern bathroom, A/C, and was super clean. Luca is a tremendous host - always super responsive, helpful, and full of great recommendations. Highly recommended!

El alojamiento es perfecto para pasar unos días y visitar la ciudad, cuenta con una terraza grande en la que poder estar, la única pega es que el baño es bastante pequeño, el resto todo genial

I spent 8 wonderful days and nights in Anita’s tasteful, bright and open-spaced place. The efficient heating was essential with the chilly outside temperatures. The shower was one of the best I’ve experienced. The house is situated within a short walk from an array of restaurants, cafes and shops, without another tourist in sight! Would thoroughly recommend Anita’s place.

We were 4 people and stayed for one night. It is located close to a lake with gorgeous views. It’s very off the beaten path and is a wonderful place to relax. Our host gave us many tips for the area, provided us with fishing rods for the lake and was incredibly hospitable. The apartment itself is very rudimentary. It’s nothing luxurious, but it’s appropriate for the price. If you want a simple, yet scenic, place to stay, I recommend it.

We loved our stay here in Borovets! The apartment is ideal for a group of friends, so cosy and warm, and exactly what you need after a day of snowboarding. It is close to the ski lifts and also very close to restaurants. So affordable, and with such friendly hosts!

Lovely apartment in a peaceful location. It took us around 20-25 minutes to walk to the main ski area but we had young children with us. Without young children, I reckon you could do it in 10-15 mins. Very clean and great value for money

Chamkoria Chalets е чудесно място за отдих и предлага всичко необходимо на своите гости. Веска и персоналът са изключително отзивчиви. СПА зоната е съвсем достатъчна за релакс след ски ден. Апартаментът, който бяхме наели, беше уютен и съобразен за комфортен престой на 2 семейства. Единствено локацията е доста извън Боровец и пътят не е много добър, но транспортът до курорта е добре организиран с маршрутен бус и е включен в цената. Бихме се върнали отново - благодарим!

Exellent place, i highly recomend this flat

Tanya was a great help when we struggled to get to the hotel. She was friendly and always available to make our check in smooth and painless. The resort is extremely peaceful and alluring. The spa was opened specifically for us and even the sauna was turned on, outside of working hours. Great apartment with a lot of space and an amazing forest view. Thank you again Tanya for the hospitality and pass on our appreciation to the hotel staff!

Apartamentul este curat și bine întreținut iar bucătăria utilata și dotată cu tot ce-ți trebuie. Ne-am simțit foarte bine. O sa revenim cu siguranță.

Lovely studio on the ground floor, well insulated with floor heating, host let me use his BBQ and made us pancakes on the last day.

Charming small apartment with very tasteful design. It’s everything you need for a short period stay. Location is very good right in the middle of the city center but on quiet and peaceful street. Nikola was super friendly. Enjoyed my two stays already! :)

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Der Balkon geht in den Hinterhof, wo es sehr ruhig ist. die Wohnung liegt nicht direkt auf der Einkaufsstraße, sondern neben einem großen Park und ist trotzdem sehr nah am Geschehen. Viele Restaurants und Cafés in der Nähe. :)

Easy to follow instructions to enter the building. Friendly host. Beautiful place, nice furniture. Clean and modern. The shower was very powerful and never ran out of hot water. There’s 2 lifts to the apartment. Lovely balcony with loungers. You can get the sun all day. There’s a nice bakery next door which is open every day apart from Sunday. There’s a restaurant bar across the road which is good. Menu in English. There is music but you can’t hear it in the apartment. There’s another good restaurant round the corner. There’s a small mini mart a couple of doors away and 6 minutes walk to a large supermarket. There is a bus stop outside although we choose to use the metro which is about 6 minutes walk which gets you to the centre in 4-5 stops. Highly recommend this apartment. Can’t find anything negative to say about the place or host.

The house is ventilated, bright and spacious. It is a 15-minute walk from the train station and a 40-minute walk from the main attraction, the Nevsky Cathedral. There is a billa supermarket in a 7-minute walk. However, there are few restaurants and businesses around. The door opening method given by the manager is not very convenient. 1. The digital password should be pressed from bottom to top, instead of from top to bottom as people are usually used to. Ich benötigte kurzfristig eine Unterkunft und Martin hat es mir ermöglicht. Extrem schneller und verlässlicher Kontakt. Da war alles akkurat und hat gepasst. Tolle Wohnung auch, alles da was man benötigt, sogar mit schöner Terrasse. Hier kann man definitiv nichts falsch machen mit der Buchung.

La casa era bellissima e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno piacevole e rilassante. L'ambiente era accogliente e curato nei minimi dettagli. Il quartiere era tranquillo e ci ha permesso di riposare bene dopo le giornate di lavoro. Io e il mio ragazzo siamo stati qui per motivi di lavoro e ci siamo trovati davvero bene. L'host è stata molto disponibile rendendo l'intera esperienza ancora più positiva.
