Holiday rentals with lake access in Borough of Harrogate

We loved the cottage very comfortable amazing views in a beautiful setting. The hot tub overlooking the lake was idyllic. Sarah was a fabulous host nothing was too much trouble. Children friendly games etc well equipped the grandchildren loved the cats visiting, feeding the goats treats and playing in the garden. Plenty of wonderful walks we loved the canal walks stumbled across great cafes pubs and local shops...the local pub the junction had a great menu and food was delicious. We would definitely come back again thanks again Sarah

We stayed here for my sons 12th birthday for 2 nights end of May 2025. The house itself was beautiful, tastefully decorated and felt fresh and clean. The beds were all very comfortable with good bedding. The Hosts were very friendly and we felt the check in was easy and hassle free. The games room, sauna and hot tub were great additions and again well looked after and clean. We would definayely book here again.

The Mistal was the perfect getaway for us, our 1 year old, dog and their grandparents. An idyllic and peaceful location, the grounds are well kept and the horses and sheep were a lovely addition for our little one to enjoy. The accommodation was clean and tidy and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking in. We would highly recommend Jeff and his lovely property to anyone.

Nick's place is a gem. A beautiful old cottage which is clearly loved and cherished. Tastefully appointed, furnished and decorated. Good sized bathroom and excellent shower. Large bedroom and lounge with space for our stuff. Kitchen had all we needed too. Garden is immaculate. Such a peaceful location. Nick's messages were helpful, informative and friendly.

Clean, modern and well equipped accomodation. Ideal location for exploring Lancashire/Yorkshire. The external areas do suffer from some road noise and it's not completely private. Would recommend.

We had a lovely at the Hideaway Cottage. It was centrally located and perfect for the local pub and evening meals. The beds were extremely comfortable. It had a fantastic shower and the kitchen was well equipped. It even had a slow cooker which was perfect when coming home and the house smelling so lovely! The only downside was the Wi-Fi was extremely poor and the TV was lacking mainstream channels but apart from that the house was fabulous and served as well as a family of four.

Flexible check in. Was a little later than we expected due to a family emergency but once inside felt homely. Tea and coffee left for us, possibly a little milk would have been helpful but only 2 min walk to the shop so wasn’t a problem. Later check out was perfect. Tv in the lounge was a great extra. Few bits left in the draws but didn’t affect our stay. Thank you

Fantastic modern house that was clean and very comfortable. Well equipped and a good location for local countryside and getting the train to Manchester (10minutes train to Manchester Victoria). Beds were very comfortable, plenty of towels.

Beautiful apartment on vast estate. Furnished to a high standard, well equipped kitchen and comfortable furnishings. Great feel of space, light and superb views. The hall is 20 minutes drive from the local town. If you’re looking for somewhere peaceful and off the beaten track, you’ll like this. Dog friendly accommodation, Paddy our Cockapoo, thoroughly enjoyed the walks. Thank you Ellie.

What a beautiful place. Simon the host was always in touch before our stay to answer any questions we had and also throughout our stay making sure everything was ok. Nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation is amazing and the setting absolutely beautiful. The accommodation provides everything you would need for a very comfortable stay. The property is private and quiet yet transport links are on the doorstep. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone. It was just perfect for us.

Although I had some challenges finding the lockbox to check in, the flat was absolutely stunning! It was so modern and really nicely decorated. There was plenty to do in media city and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Great little apartment. just what we needed for an overnight stay. Tea and Coffee a nice touch. previous reviews mentioned lack of a bathroom mirror, this has now been rectified. heating easy to adjust as required. it is on a busy road, but this would really only affect people staying on the sofa bed in the lounge area. 5min walk to local pub and 15min walk to nearest village. would stay again.

Raya was an amazing host. After needing somewhere else to stay last minute I found Rayas place available. Raya was very responsive and we quickly made arrangements for my booking she was very helpful and was there to welcome us when we arrived and offer local information to where we could go eat and have a look around. We had everything we needed and I would happily stay again. Thanks Raya for being a great host.

Beautiful apartment Helen’s instructions were really clear & check in was seamless. Didn’t really get to appreciate the surrounding area except for the stunning views. This was a brief visit as our son was competing in the Lakes Ultramarathon. We were very grateful for the welcome hamper this allowed him to refuel post race. We will definitely be back ❤️

The accom itself is great, everything you need for a nice nights stay and it's location is perfect for going to some great restaurants and pubs all walking distance. Just looks a little rough from the outside and parking isn't ideal. Otherwise it's well worth the money!

We loved our stay at the Piggery Barn. The accommodation has been beautifully restored, the attention to detail amazing and the welcome pack of goodies and essentials were very much appreciated! Mel & Chris were great hosts, very welcoming and each spent time with us to understand our holiday plans and make great suggestions of places to see and eateries.

Loved our stay here! The location was great, very peaceful and tranquil. The house itself was lovely, really cosy and clean, and looks just as advertised on images. Lots of places to explore nearby too. The host was friendly and responsive. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed a couple of nights in this lovely cottage whilst visiting family nearby. Comfortable and very nicely decorated and furnished. The location is excellent with walks around the reservoirs and up onto the moors from the door, plus 10 minutes walk to the shops, pubs and cafes in Station Road

Such a lovely place. The hosts thought of all the extra little details and communication was great. Welcome drink, bread, eggs and milk were a very nice extra touch. It’s actually even nicer than it looks in the pictures. Walkable pub/restaurant so no cooking was required but a well equipped kitchen if you do want to cook. A tablet that explained how everything operated as well as things to do in the local area. A quiet and relaxing place that I would definitely return to.

5* accommodation! Comfortable, elegant, quiet and clean country house with welcoming garden in a beautiful part of the countryside. Well provided kitchen, pristine decoration complemented with nice and interesting ornaments. Being there is part of the weekend break.

Lovely cottage in a great location. Walking the surrounding area from the house was great and very near to a pub and tearoom which both served great food. The hot tub was an added bonus!

Wir hatten zwei sehr schöne Tage in Debbies Unterkunft! Vorab haben wir ganz viele hilfreiche Infos bekommen und vor Ort war alles wirklich toll ☺️ ein kleiner Willkommenssnack für uns und unseren Hund gab es auch 🥰 Die Wohnung ist total gemütlich und geräumig. Trotz des Wetters war das eine perfekte Zwischenstation für uns.

We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in Pateley Bridge. We verbleven met 4 volwassenen en 1 kind. Het huis was ruim, schoon en gezellig en van alle gemakken voorzien. De instructies over aankomst waren duidelijk en we kregen goede tips over waar te eten in het dorp. Het dorp zelf is gezellig en heeft een paar leuke pubs en eetgelegenheden op loopafstand. Ook de speeltuin bij de rivier (met ijskraam!) was een bonus. Al met al warm aan te bevelen!
