The house is located in the heart of the small exclusive hamlet of Cabasson, overlooking the fort of Bregançon, the President's summer residence. It is nestled between the Var hills with beautiful trails, the most beautiful wineries and the large white sandy beaches. The nearest one is down the street. The house offers great comfort for 6 people, a beautiful living room with fireplace and its kitchen with its cooking piano, and a large outdoor space. Peace & Nature by the Sea ☀️

New modern house, heated pool and walking distance to the beach 'plage du Pradon'. The villa is also on a hill with a view of the peninsula 'presqu'ile de Giens'. The upper level has the kitchen / living / master bed and bath. A large outdoor patio gives on to the pool . Master bed is 200x200. Downstairs on the lower level, 3 guest bedrooms give on to a large wooden deck and a sand field to enjoy relaxing and play games. Beds are 140x190, 130x200 and the 3 single beds are 85x190

Guest house restored with passion, it will offer you a superb stay in the middle of nature and a few minutes from the beaches. Independent of our house, you will have a large room in country stones and exposed beams, a beautiful bathroom with walk-in shower and a large terrace with its SPA. Attention: it’s a no-smoking area
