In a word: SU-PER. Great welcome and very good advice; great atmosphere of the apartment with its terrace where you like to sit whatever the time of day; great St Clair beach and great environment, the coast as well as the hinterland. A quick note on the situation: we arrived 2 days after the floods, having been reassured by Laurence and Nicolas (thank you again for the late-night exchanges) and, indeed, the media coverage was disproportionate to the local reality. Only a small sector of a neighborhood was affected (very affected, of course) but most of Le Lavandou is intact and everything works perfectly.

We loved our stay in Besse-sur-Issole. It was the perfect spot during our trip—peaceful, charming, and full of local character. The Airbnb was clean, comfortable, and in a great location for walking everywhere. One of the best parts? The croissant from the local boulangerie—hands down the best we’ve had so far in southern France. We really enjoyed walking into the village square each morning, grabbing coffee, and popping into the little shops and restaurants. Everyone was friendly, and the vibe was relaxed and authentic. A great stop if you’re looking to enjoy a quieter side of Provence. We took multiple day trips, super easy from this cozy retreat. The Gorge du Verdon is a must. We had fun visiting Canne, Antibes and Nice. Great day trips, best was coming back to Besse. Thank you Helene and Roxane. We loved Berg….❤️. Thank you!!

We had a pleasant stay. The apartment is located at the foot of the mountain of Bormes-les-Mimosas in a quiet place and yet everything is nearby: shops, village center, resort, beaches... It is nice to be able to play tennis in the residence. The apartment has all the necessary comforts and is very functional. Air conditioning is a real plus. After a few hustling days in Nice, exactly what we were looking for. A great house with a fantastic pool in a beautiful setting. During the day we could relax well, barbecue something delicious and in the evening we visited St. Tropez. Karine has an excellent taste and the house both lovingly furnished and everything great and tastefully decorated... you immediately felt at home. There is a beautiful beach within walking distance, be sure to bring the bikes to explore the area. Great bike paths along the coast. Karine sent valuable restaurant tips right after arrival. We will definitely be back. Thank you.

The villa is very beautiful, though it lacks in details. For instance, we booked the villa for 7 people and they only left 1 nespresso tab for the coffee machine. Plus there was no showergel or bathroom mat. Also the bed linen in one bed had a big stain. When we arrived at 11.30pm at night we had to call the host via facetime to get the exact location of the key lock and of the villa. It would have been a lot easier if he would have sent us a photo beforehand of the villa location and key lock. But he responded fast so it was ok after all. All in all it was great but there’s room For improvement.

Our stay was a complete success! The location is very quiet and ideal for relaxing. The bed was extremely comfortable, so we could sleep wonderfully. The pool was a real highlight: large, refreshing and perfect for cooling off on warm days. The house itself is spacious and very well equipped (dishwasher, washing machine…) with a large plot around it. The walk into town is quite steep, but doable. In about 20 minutes you are in the center of the beautiful village of Le Lavandou, where there are many great restaurants. Particularly noteworthy is Christine, who was quickly reachable at any time and immediately took care of everything. Merci beaucoup!

We had a great time at this place on the family property. Isabelle and Elodie were both available and friendly. The listing matches the listing, and the view of Bormes is breathtaking.

LOVELY! The garden, the tranquility, the multiple seats in the garden, swimming pool and jacuzzi are very pleasant and well maintained. House clean and hygienic. Sébastien and Melanie are discreet but stand by if you need them. God willing, we will return, and for us, it is very exceptional to go to the same place more than once.

We spent 4 wonderful days at Adelé's house. Beautiful location, very close to the beach and all services (supermarket, restaurants, etc.) within walking distance in a few minutes. The apartment has recently been renovated with taste and is equipped with all comforts. We really enjoyed the outdoor space, which is ideal if you have children. Adelé was very kind and answered all our questions from our arrival until the day of check-out, providing us with lots of useful information and suggestions on what to see, the most beautiful beaches in the area and recommending excellent restaurants. We will definitely come back for a longer period next time😀.

Great stay I had at this place! The setting is quiet, the beach is 5 min walk, everything is clean and warm, the balcony is comfortable and well decorated. For a relaxing stay in the south, it's perfect!

Very good stay in a refurbished and very well-equipped apartment :) Secure residence a five-minute walk from the center of Sainte Maxime and its beach. At the foot of a waterway with the possibility of walking to the sea. I recommend it!

We had a long and pleasant weekend in the accommodation. The hosts are very welcoming and accommodating as well. The accommodation has a lot of storage and this one has two bathrooms, very convenient. I highly recommend it for families with children because the residence is quiet and everything is within reach. No need to go any further, the setting is beautiful. You can even order dishes and bread on the premises.

Alex responds to the messages and requests very well. He made the process very easy. The place is exactly like the pictures, the view is even better in person! The only thing to note is the bathroom has a sliding door which doesn't close fully, might be best to be aware when staying with someone else :)
