We had a very pleasant stay in the B&B, the rooms were clean and we did not experience any problems with the shared breakfast room.

Ivana runs a beautiful bed & breakfast & we very much enjoyed our stay. The apartment is immaculate with comfortable beds & fabulous bathroom/shower. Ivana provided home made treats for breakfast & cleaned daily once we had left the apartment. She was very easy to communicate with prior to our stay & flexible with our changing check in times. The restaurant next door is wonderful & if you're lucky enough to stay on a weekend you'll be able to experience the brilliant local markets.

We had a fantastic stay at this location. It was a perfect retreat after several hikes throughout the Dolomites. We felt right at home from the moment we checked-in. Alexia was very responsive and provided us with excellent recommendations for dining and activities like renting e-bikes. It was a great base location for daytime exploring. The breakfast was phenomenal as well!

This was such a nice treat! The host was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast and coffee were unreal. It was nice to be just outside of the hustle and bustle of downtown Venice, Where we could have secure space to park our car and access the city quickly. The room was well appointed, with great hot water pressure and nice linens. We would recommend.

Thank you very much Valentina and Matteo, the location of the house is convenient to go to Venice and Mestre, the house is clean and tidy, the wooden structure is very quiet, and the large garden is very suitable for children.Our family spent a relaxing and comfortable weekend. The apartment is an excellent starting point for the Val di Fassa and further on to the Sellaronda. The ski bus stops just 100 meters away. The apartment is located on the main road, shops and cafes in the immediate vicinity. There is a simple ski room available. A highlight is the breakfast, which Daniela brings directly to the door in the morning as desired. The apartment is meticulously clean, well equipped. Very chic bathroom and a nice infrared heat cabin. The kitchen is functionally equipped. Very comfortable bed. Daniela is a lovely hostess, helpful and very friendly. We felt very welcome.

We stayed at this property from December 21 to 24. The hospitality of the place is nothing short of fantastic considering the view, the ease of finding the place and parking just a few steps from the entrance. The staff was very nice in the welcome and service. The room was perfect, also equipped with pleasant details. Excellent mattresses and pillows, hairdryer, microwave and punctual breakfast as well as abundant and varied, both sweet and savory. Pots, cutlery, cups all perfect as well as the cleanliness of the room. The village of Capriana in the evening only makes it even more magical. Highly recommended!!

Sabrina and Riccardo, with their kindness and friendliness, made us feel at home. The house is wonderful, surrounded by greenery and is very easy to get to the village. You can take beautiful and relaxing walks nearby starting directly from the house on foot or others more challenging by driving a few tens of minutes. Very cozy B&B with alpine style interiors, spacious and well furnished rooms, shared but large and clean bathroom, kitchen equipped with every dish, fireplace on in the living room, breakfast with strudel muffin cakes and strictly homemade jams. Kindness, courtesy, and helpfulness of Hosts.

Andrea was a wonderful host and this beautiful place is definitely worth a visit! The breakfast is stunning and Andrea is very helpful giving information about local places and restaurants to visit in the area.

This was the perfect spot to visit Venezia, and Mariangela and Lorenzo made us feel like at home. Large and comfortable bed, huge bathroom and direct access to the terrace. We parked the car inside the gate and left it there as the train station is 1 min walk (25 min into Venezia). Plenty of cafes and restaurants in the same town also walking distance. Thanks again guys I won’t hesitate to come back!
