For antique lovers, every second Sunday of the month in Castelleone, only 6 Km from Fiesco, Castelleone Antiquaria is an important antique and vintage market.

This wonderful bohemian apartment is nestled in the beautiful countryside of northern Italy. 10 min car ride to Pavia and a 15 min walk through the rice fields, takes you to one of the most beautiful Monasteries in Italy. Milano is a 20 min drive away, by car or by train. The apartment is situated in an old charming farmhouse containing a living room with a dobble bed, a eat-in kitchen and a big bathroom. The dock of Villa Sardagna

The Darsena di Villa Sardagna, since 1720 belonging to the noble villa of the same name in Blevio, is a one-of-a-kind open space, made of ancient stone, white wood and glass. It overlooks a splendid panorama characterized by the historic Larian villas, including the Grand Hotel Villa D'Este. It offers a magnificent sunbathing terrace, ideal for romantic sunset aperitifs. Il Nido is a structure made entirely of natural wood, 20 square meters, designed specifically for 2 people and equipped with all comforts. It is perched on the rock, with a small solarium garden, and for a unique experience, it also has an outdoor jacuzzi tub with water that you will have to heat with the special wood-burning stove, NOT AVAILABLE FROM JANUARY 7 TO FEBRUARY 10. From every corner you have a wonderful view of Lake Como and the mountains that surround it.

Cascinetta is a short walk from downtown, with free parking outside the property. Ground floor: garden, porch, fully equipped kitchen with large living/living/work area,bathroom. First floor: thinking room, 1 double bedroom and a large bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and double shower + 1 double bedroom, both with ceiling paddles. Flooring in parquet and stone, very nice furnishings with contrasting elements between the vintage and the modern works of the artists owners.

124 acres of fields and woods surround this restored barn built in 1730, part of a tiny private village dating back to the 13th Century. Wonderful view of the hills and countryside, wide country garden. Swimming pool. The place has been published on many lifestyle magazines. To get to the property you need to drive through about 600 meters dirt road (unpaved). For safety reasons, children less than 12 years old are not admitted.

The apartment features a spacious 70-square-meter private terrace overlooking the lake. Given the secluded location, we suggest traveling by car, there’s no public transportation nearby the house (closest bus stop is 1,2km away).
