The apartment is correspondingly newly renovated and furnished. For us, the Baltic Sea has long been our second home and has become our new home. You are welcome to find your second home in our holiday apartment. In the bedroom there is room for two and a cot also finds its place.

Our exclusive vacation home Somerset is located in a walking distance of about 350 m as the crow flies to the beautiful Baltic Sea beach. The house was built in 2019 in massive construction and extends over 3 floors including underfloor heating, on approx. 90 square meters of living space. The bright and friendly semi-detached house furnished in a maritime style can accommodate a maximum of 6 people.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful home on the wonderful Baltic Sea coast just 150 meters from the beach. The place is located at Radweg between Kühlungsborn and Warnemünde.
