The apartment is in the basement of our Georgian Town House and a 20 minute walk into Liverpool city centre. It's entirely self contained with a modern bathroom, a large combined living room and kitchen with a double sofa bed, washing machine and double bedroom. The apartment is full of character with an Aga and bare brick walls and full central heating . No stag or hen parties please. Free on street parking. A lovely 2 bedroomed house . Located 30 mins walk from Liverpool centre, 5 mins walk from Princes Park, 2 mins walk from Tesco Extra (massive supermarket), 2 minutes from LIDL supermarket and 15 mins walk to the Bohemian area of Lark Lane, - with restaurants, pubs, and shops galore. My wife and I live around the corner from the property and make sure that everything you require is always there.
