Cottage holiday rentals in Bonita Springs

We had an amazing week at Mona’s Enchanted Cottage! Enchanted we were! Mona is so friendly and communicative, offering tons of great local recommendations. The cottage is cozy, clean, private, and had everything we needed. We loved kayaking—fed turtles, saw manatees swim by, birds, and even an owl! A few small gators kept their distance but not curious enough to bother. Fishing from the dock was fantastic—I caught 25+ fish across 5 different species. There’s definitely more than you can count though. The bait shop with the funny name further down the road had the best bait and tips. The hot tub spa is the super nice kind. We grilled dinner most nights and had no issues with the internet to stream shows when it rained. The town is small and cute. You can definitely find a place to listen to live music every night. Our dog adored the doggy beach, and Barefoot Beach was super close with easy parking at 10 AM. We didn’t want to leave, 10/10—already planning to come back!

Federico was amazing! he went above and beyond when we had a minor emergency with our 3-year-old daughter and helped us get some medications (and a humidifier!) for her on the mainland without us ever having to leave the island. he was always very helpful and responsive whenever we had questions about his place or the island. The space was very kid friendly and though it is a shared Deck with the house next door we hardly even saw or heard from The neighbors. oh and because it's not completely obvious from the listing you do not have to share the hot tub with the other house. There is one at each house. also, the description is a one minute walk to the beach probably needs to be updated given that there is now houses backyards you have to walk through if you take the most direct route. Other than that the area underneath the house was wonderful for our kids to play in when we weren't at the beach and the 6 person golf cart was just big enough for our party of five. A+ highly recommend

Séjour très agréable, calme une vrai vacance, belle maison propre, piscine et spa, et la maison était équipé de tout, rien ne manque. De très belles chambres avec des lits très confortables. La cour arrière donne sur un petit canal, de toute beauté de voir les bateaux passer, les gens nous salut. Très agréable. Tout est à proximité, épicerie, magasin, resto, la marina TARPON POINT à voir wow de wow tant la vue avec les bateaux que les restos succulent et les boutiques. A tout les samedis matin, à environ 10 minutes de la maison il y a un marché en pleine air, le Market Farm, super bien, et après à côté il y a le restaurant le Rusty’s pour le dîner belle terrasse. Et tout c’est endroit avec la possibilité d’amener votre chien. L’hôte Ingrid est très gentille, comique, et répond très rapidement à vos questions. C’est une maison à réserver. The place was very clean, and everything that required was provided. It was in a park setting, which suited us just fine.

Very nice 1 bedroom house in a quiet residential neighborhood. House was well equipped and having a large screen porch was a bonus. Tina responded very quickly to messages and check in was easy with directions and keypad lock.

Had a wonderful stay during Christmas vacation 2024. Here are few things that worked for our family of four: -The house is spacious and clean with all basic amenities that we needed. -My teenage kids throughly enjoyed the outdoor pool and hot tub. -David and Irina were very friendly and responsive if we had any questions or concerns. - The location is great! It is 10-12 min walk to the Vanderbilt beach and Mercato area (upscale stores and restaurants area) - Quiet neighborhood - The beds were very comfortable with good pillows.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay! Martina was very helpful, responded quickly, and gave wonderful local recommendations. The location was also perfect for our trip, and the swimming pool nearby was a wonderful added bonus. I highly recommend staying here!

Yuliya is a wonderful host, and we felt right at home! She was very responsive, kind, and left a binder that included some local attractions. The home was extremely clean, and included nice amenities as well. Thank you Yuliya!

Clean and spacious inside with a large yard for dogs on a quiet street. I would definitely stay if I return to the area. 5 stars.

Michael and Lorna were super friendly and easy going but, at the same time, respected our privacy. The guesthouse was super clean with state-of-the-art appliances and had absolutely everything we needed to prepare our own meals in the beautiful kitchen. The pool area was gorgeous. The weather was on the cool side while we were there, so we didn't get in the water, but we loved sitting outside in the patio area enjoying the beautiful and peaceful surroundings. As an extra added bonus, they have two adorable puppies that were out a few times a day. We loved our extended stay at Las Tortugas Azules and would definitely consider staying there again if in the Naples area.

Alina’s house was perfect for our stay. It was clean, close to everything, easy to get to. Alina was a perfect host—responsive and flexible.

This place was a hidden gem! We lucked into it being available last-minute for a three-night stay and couldn’t have been any happier with it. The place was clean, welcoming, and nicely decorated. The kitchen had new appliances, and enough cooking equipment to easily make multiple meals a day. Bathroom was spacious and clean, with a really nice shower. The lot is remarkably quiet and private given its proximity to several main highways. Plenty of restaurants, bars, stores, and more nearby. There’s even a park a just a few-minute walk from the property.

Lisa helped resolve minor issues beyond her control and her place is amazing. Highly recommend!!

One of the best air bnbs I’ve stayed at in a long time and a great host. It always is so nice when the host provides extras like a few waters, beach chairs, a snack or two, etc and this one had all of the above and then some!

Great stay! We enjoyed the bikes that were available and the area was so peaceful! Would stay again!

I hesitate to write this because I do not want the word to get out, but this is the perfect vacation spot. We are a family of five who had to cancel international travel last minute and were looking for something peaceful to spend time together. Our stay at Turtle Trax was everything we needed and more. The home was a perfect location on the island and fully appointed with anything you might want/need during your stay. Tortuga Properties goes out of their way to make it all easy. We filled our days with beach walks, pool swims, kayaking, and taking in all the nature of the island. The only hard part to this vacation was deciding which sand dollars to keep and leaving North Captiva. We will be back!

Loved the stay everything was as expected and more, the only thing I'd change was the ac unit wasn't through the entire house just the living room area
