Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Bonita Springs

We had a fantastic time staying at this beautiful home in Naples, FL. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed and just a short drive to the beach and great restaurants. The house itself was spotless and very well-maintained, which made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. A really thoughtful touch was the welcome snacks and bottle of wine waiting for us on the counter—it was such a nice surprise and much appreciated after a day of travel. The backyard was definitely a highlight. Between the clean, inviting pool and hot tub and the spacious lanai, it felt like our own private oasis. The lanai was perfect for morning coffee or relaxing in the evening—it really added to the overall comfort and enjoyment of the space. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Naples, and we'd love to stay here again!

Very comfortable place to stay. Listed pictures do not do it justice. It was beautiful and has everything you need for a vacation. Neighbor was great not to much noise. House is located in a great location lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Beach was not far just get there early for good parking, it fills up early. We really appreciate that they had beach chairs and umbrella in garage for our use. It was a great place for my family of 7 adults. We made some great memories and all enjoyed the stay at Imperial Gardens.

We had an amazing vacation! The weather was beautiful and the house was perfect for our group! Spent a lot of time in pool and hot tub. Beach is awesome and so close we walked there! We had a tiny issue with the hot tub but the hosts called us and walked us through the issue! They’re very responsive and friendly! Thanks again for letting us stay and take time to actually relax! This was the best Airbnb I've stayed at. I will stay here again when I'm back in the area. The house looked exactly like the photo's and was in excellent condition - furniture, appliances, tv's, the pool & outdoor furniture. The house was fully stocked with everything you need to cook in, go to the beach, or chill at the pool. The location is like 10 minutes from anything (beach, gas, grocery store, etc) yet tucked away on a quiet street giving you privacy and quiet. The host was always responsive when needed. Me and my family were very happy with this house and look forward to coming back.

I had a wonderful three-day vacation with my family. The house was exceptionally clean and equipped with all the necessary kitchen appliances for a comfortable stay. Its location was convenient, not far from the beach. The pool and spa were particularly enjoyable, providing a relaxing atmosphere, especially during sundown. I look forward to returning again"

Wonderful place—spotless and well-maintained. Our family of five felt at home and very comfortable in the luxurious accommodations at Cape Haven. We drove to the beaches in Fort Myers (about 50 minutes) and Naples (around an hour), both an easy trip. We loved the outdoor pool area! You can tell this is a newer build with thoughtful touches throughout.

I cannot come up with enough adjectives to fully describe our experience. This impeccable immaculate spotless property was simply breathtaking! The quality of the accommodation, the amenities, indoor and outdoor toys and sheer luxury exceeded our expectations. John and Tammie were delightful hosts with so much attention to detail. They thought of every need, making our stay a comfortable memorable experience for our multi-generational family, age 6 month to my 81 and 87 year old parents. There was something for everyone! The location was perfect, near fantastic restaurants and grocery shopping. The whole experience was amazing and will go down in our family history as one of the best family reunions of all times. This was our second stay at this location, and it was great again! We did have a couple of issues when we first got there, but they were resolved quickly and all of the maintenance staff that came were so kind and polite. Can’t ask for much more than that!

Great house. Very family friendly. We spent a lot of time in the pool and spa. Having 3 full bathrooms was nice. Hosts were very responsive. Close to restaurants and stores.

This was one of our favorite houses we have stayed at on vacation. The house was amazing, and the pool, hot tub and patio were perfect. The house facing west provided beautiful sunsets! The house is close to shopping, restaurants, beaches, everything you want on vacation. I would highly recommend staying here as we will be staying there again!
