Family-friendly holiday rentals in Bonita Beach

This is the second time my family has stayed at Connie & Dale’s. We absolutely love it. The home is gorgeous and well equipped with everything you need. The outdoor patio area and pool/ jacuzzi is amazing. So beautiful and relaxing. Will definitely be back !

Justin’s condo had everything we needed for our stay, and then some. Would stay again for sure.

We rented the house for a family reunion of 7 people, we ended up going only 6 people. We had a great time , we spent most of the time by the pool and inside the Jacuzzi and the pool. I will suggest to the Host to a couple of Lights or Flood lights in the back patio by the pool area. If you want to cook a BBB, you have to do it before it gets dark, the only light is the one inside the pool.

Truly amazing location, perfect for family trips, we found the place with an AC problem and they quickly responded to it, they could not fix it right away,, because it was a Holiday but they brought a temp unit that partially offset the heat issue.

We really enjoyed spending our Thanksgiving holiday at this location. Watching the sunsets every night over the lake were spectacular. The pictures of the place were accurate. The host was wonderful and very communicative.

We had a wonderful stay! We came to Florida for our anniversary and were happy to find Kevin's place. The Condo was beautiful and supplied with everything we needed. It was very quiet and private. We enjoyed the view of the Gulf from the balcony. The pool area was very clean and not crowded. Flippers Restaurant had exceptional food every time. We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommended.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house had literally everything we needed. Eric has done everything to make it a smooth and easy process for check in and check out. Everything in the house was labeled, which made it super easy to find things and put them back as we used them. The kids loved having their own rooms and would have stayed in the pool all night if we had let them! The walk to the beach is a little farther than we had anticipated with kids, but that wasn’t a problem. Vanderbilt Beach parking is right down the road so we loaded up the car, dropped everyone off at the beach and parked. They also had everything we needed for the beach. It truly felt like home for 7 days. We will definitely be back! Thanks for sharing your home.

Overall we were very happy with our stay. We loved having access to 2 kayaks to enjoy the canals. The pool and hot tub were awesome, and the house was amazing. The only things that were slightly annoying was having a member from the rental stop by bright and early on our first and last day to go over the status of the rental. When traveling it's a bit annoying to be woken up super early on your first day. I would also suggest changing the timer on the sprinklers. They would go off about 930 at night when we were trying to enjoy the hot tub. While they wouldn't always hit us, the water had a very strong smell of rotten eggs which made us not want to stay outside anymore. Thankfully they didn't come on every night.

We had a wonderful week at Nancy’s place! It was just right for my husband, me, and our small dog. Location is great and it’s an easy walk to the beach! While small, the apartment has all the necessities. We particularly liked that there is a bike rack and the house is beside a bike path.

Location is close enough to bike into downtown FMB and to the Publix, and we did both during our stay! The kids enjoyed the pool. House was stocked with everything you'd need for a day at the beach, which was much appreciated!

Had a great stay. House was clean and comfortable. Would recommend to anyone!

It was a wonderful stay! Ben was very kind and provided wonderful service during our stay. He provided bikes so we wouldn’t have to pay for parking and it was only 10 minutes to the beach. If you’re looking for a quiet vacation, this is the place to be! The home was plenty of space to host friends family or even furry companions.

It was very nice! It was close to Sanibel island and near by restaurants. The place was clean! We stayed here on a work trip and it worked for us

Amazing host! Super responsive and understanding. Stayed with my cat, it was a very pleasant experience. I was so surprised by the amount of things it had, good shampoo, conditioner, coffee maker and even some coffee pods! I highly recommend this place, neighborhood quiet and beautiful.

Enjoyed our stay! Home is decorated in a lovely beach theme that makes you feel like you are on vacation the moment you walk in. Very well stocked with everything needed plus some. We brought our boat and found it very easy to get out to open water and the marina. Easy access to Sanibel beaches where we anchored with hundreds of other boats to enjoy the shallow calm water for Memorial Day weekend. Would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Derek’s place. Quite frankly, it is the perfect Airbnb. It is a beautiful house in a beautiful neighborhood in beautiful condition. Everything worked perfectly, and Derek was always available within information to assist us with anything we needed. I look forward to the time where I can stay here again.

absolutely gorgeous condo with walkout to the beach. it was spacious and clean and he was accommodating in allowing us to get in a little earlier than normal check in. high recommend this place I will defiantly be booking here again!

Kelly was extremely responsive with clear check i/building access instructions. Pictures don’t do the unit justice and it bugger than we realized. Beautiful view of ocean and canal. Walk to ocean is approx 5min and easily accessible through private walkway. Thank you for the wonderful stay and look forward to returning!

Best house we have stayed in. We rebooked for next year! The host went above and beyond for our 3 month stay! Can’t wait to come back in December!!!

This is the second time we've stayed at this house, and the third time with Marc and Anne as hosts. They're great! The house is very complete, tidy, there are plenty of towels and the kitchen is a 10. I recommend opening the windows and letting the sun in. It's a super bright house. The patio is always our meeting place: between the pool and the barbecue. We had a problem with the dryer, and Marc was absolutely prompt, attentive and helpful. The weather didn't help, but we still had a FANTASTIC time. The house has bicycles, which we enjoyed riding around the neighborhood, which is beautiful. Thanks for having us once again. We really take care of and feel at home in your home. Because that's how you make us feel, really well taken care of. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING ❤️

We had a fantastic stay! The house was incredibly well-equipped—there were plenty of essentials like paper towels, toilet paper, and all the little extras that make a stay comfortable and convenient. The pool and hot tub were both in perfect working order and made for a relaxing time day or night. The canal out back was a real highlight—great fishing with a wide variety of fish, including catfish, gar, and more. The house also came with five bicycles available for tenant use, which was a nice bonus, and there were TVs in every room—perfect for unwinding after a long day. The home felt truly luxurious, especially for the price. Jeff was a great host, and everything went smoothly. Highly recommend!

Carla's place was definitely worth the price. The home was meticulously clean and we really appreciated the modern kitchen appliances, which we used daily to cook and clean the dishes. The furniture is very comfortable, although we found the extra mattress topper in the master bedroom making the bed too soft. The master shower is amazing! Kids and I loved the pool and the partial shade throughout the Am morning and evening. Everything was supplied - beach chairs, umbrella, pool toys and fully stocked kitchen. Even rice cookers, crock pot and air fryer are available, as well as 3 ways to make coffee ☕. Publix stores and Walmart very close by, Loudermilk park/Beach within an 18- minute drive. Thank you, Carla, this would be a place to come back to if visiting area again.

Very nice, friendly apartment. Lovingly decorated and very well equipped. We especially appreciated the beach equipment. Quiet, relaxing environment. Everything has been brand new renovated, including the tennis courts. We can highly recommend the apartment and Ryan & Nicole are very attentive, courteous and helpful hosts who always responded within minutes. Thank you for everything! Hopefully we will be back soon :)
