Lake Hallwil can be reached in 2 minutes via a staircase. The "Tennwil" bus stop is in approx. 3 minutes. Garage and parking available. Close to shopping in Meisterschwanden (Coop, Volg) A travel bed and a Tripp Trapp are available for small children.

We are renting out a new, refurbished studio on the ground floor of our house in Sarmenstorf. It is situated in a small village in the countryside between Zurich and Lucerne. Nearby is a beautiful lake (Hallwilersee) and many other interesting sights. It is easily accessible by train / bus or by car (free parking available). There are shops situated in the village.

The apartment is located directly on Lake Lucerne. No public path or road lies in between. Balcony with magnificent lake view, private terrace directly on the lake and private lake access. Lucerne is about 40 km away and can be reached by car, bus, train and also by boat. Zurich is about 70 km away. Tourist tax and final cleaning are included in the price.

This stylish place to stay is perfect for group and family trips. It can also be used as an office or showroom. It has a large double bed as well as a sofa bed. There is a bus stop right outside the door. A restaurant, a hairdresser and various shops and bakeries are very close.
