Superb apartment. Breathtaking views, very peaceful. The apartment was spotless and homely. Great kitchen, all amenities you could need. Bus stops very close for quick ride to Bondi and a the city. Ben’s apartment sits at the highest point of North Bondi, and the views truly live up to the photos. Every room offers a stunning outlook—Bondi Beach from the front, and the open sea from the back. On clear days, we even spotted whales! If you’re looking for a place with unforgettable views, this is the one. The North Bondi area is peaceful and has a unique charm. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the shower was amazing—strong and hot, perfect for cold winter days. There’s also a convenient parking spot, which made things much easier for us since we had a car. Ben was a fantastic host—kind, responsive, and super helpful during check-in. We really appreciated his support and felt very welcomed. We had a wonderful week and would definitely love to come back. The view alone is more than enough reason to return!

Lexi’s place is a must stay. The homely feeling of the interior design makes you feel right at home. Just a short walk to Bondi Beach to enjoy everything it offers. I wish I could stay longer!! Just perfect.

Had a great one month stay at Vik’s place, it was perfect for settling in to Sydney. Vik was very helpful, and kindly offered flexible times for check in and check out which really saved me especially upon arrival. Such a beautiful little apartment in Bronte! Upon arrival, we were spoilt with delicious welcome treats and felt very comfortable and at home. The place was a little chilly given it's June however there are heaters in the living area and bedrooms. We particularly loved the heated bathroom floor and the apartment's aesthetics. We found unlimited on-street parking conveniently right at the front entrance. The Favoloso cafe on the corner is delightful and loved our walks to Bondi Rd, Tamarama beach and Bronte beach. We had a wonderful stay and look forward to returning.

A couple of minor issues were either solved by ourselves or by a quick response from Lucy. Otherwise the property suited our requirements perfectly.

I think the fact we returned to this Bondi apartment for a second time this year says it all. Have stayed in many Airbnb's in Sydney and this is our favorite. Beautifully designed - comfortable bed and spacious living area. Very nice kitchen and just 2 blocks from the world famous Bondi beach. The 2 parking spaces are highly coveted in the busy Bondi area. The apartment is a 3rd floor walkup and does not have A/C which was not an issue for the seasonal weather. Very happy with our host Contemporary Hotel and had a wonderful stay!

We had a great stay in Maria Monica’s studio! The Bondi neighborhood has a lot of good restaurants and is close to beautiful beaches. We stored our food and snacks in the fridge since we did see a few cockroaches in the kitchen area, but we had heard that Sydney has a cockroach problem in general so it wasn’t too concerning. Overall the studio had everything we needed for our stay and we would recommend it to visitors in Sydney!

We recently had a fantastic stay at this property. Superb location one block back from the beach in a leafy quiet area but only 2 minutes easy walking to cafes and restaurants. Thiago is an exceptionally professional host with very prompt service and is obviously fully committed to providing a quality product and experience. Highly recommend this property for a superb Bondi experience. Would definitely choose this property when staying in this area in the future.

The apartment and location were amazing. The hosts were super responsive and flexible around our check in, which was very helpful as we arrived very early from a long haul flight

Absolutely gorgeous apartment in an ideal location - walkable to everything buzzy in Bondi or the smaller more peaceful beaches in the other direction (Tama, Bronte, etc). Perfect location a short walk from Tamarama beach and the VIEW!!! Apartment is lovely and modern inside, very comfortable and feels very private. Victoria was an incredible host and managed to arrange an early check in and late check out when she found out my flight times. Would absolutely stay again!

Fredericos home was wonderful! The balcony and views are amazing and the location is fab. We managed to lock our phone in the house as we were leaving and Frederico was so helpful in us getting back in!

Coco’s place was perfect, great location and everything we needed for a Sydney city stay. The apartment has everything we needed which made or stay super easy. Coco met us and checked us in and is a fantastic host.

Rita was an excellent host! Offered lots of suggestions of places to see and things to do. The place was nicely decorated and felt very clean. The bed was comfy. It had everything you would need (chargers, slippers, q-tips, etc.) The location was perfect. Walking distance to most things or the train station was less than 5 minute walk. I would totally stay here again, it felt like home away from home. Felt very safe.

This place is excellent for excursions into the CBD. Public transportation is close and will get you everywhere else. For the price and amenities it’s hard to beat. We’ll definitely stay here again when we come through!
