The main on Brighton Boulevarde with our letterboxes and the lower entrance, 2 floors down on Ramsgate Avenue. The view pictured is a location shot taken from the stairwell in the hallway, (not the apartment itself). With just a 100m walk to Bondi Beach, this lovely apartment is perfect for couples or singles wanting an escape from everyday life.

Located in a cul-de-sac, this apartment is at the front of the property and enjoys extensive views from both balconies. Private stairs from street level take you to a bright open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. The area opens to a large balcony with a gas barbecue. Another staircase takes you to an equally bright airy master suite. The modern bathroom has a shower, large spa bath and double sinks. There is a television on each level and a Sonos sound system throughout.

Private entry to queen size room with private ensuite bathroom and mini kitchenette. Mini fridge, jug, toaster and microwave. (Does not have oven or hot plates/cooking hob). Quiet leafy outlook on culdesac street. Constiata doors overlook our private garden and pool. Peaceful, leafy quiet sanctuary. 2 min to train, bus, restaurants and bars. Internet access. Please also be advised the entrance sliding door is also used by elderly mother and not lockable. Bedroom is lockable.

We booked Rick’s place for my parents and grandfather, and they absolutely loved their stay. The house was spotless, comfortable, and had everything they needed for a few relaxing days in Bondi. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, great cafes, and everything they needed. Rick was a fantastic host, very responsive and helpful throughout the stay. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay in Bondi!

A lovely, cozy apartment that had everything I needed. Added extra of Netflix TV. Great value for money. I felt right at home. The apartment is walking distance to Bondi Beach, and all this environment offers. Great location! Margot is super friendly and helpful. She got back to me straight away with any inquiries. She let me have an early check-in and a later check-out. I highly recommend staying here.
