We had such a great stay at Paola's apartment. It's beautiful and in a great location in the old town. Everywhere is super walkable and the apartment itself is gorgeous. Paola was super responsive and really helpful. She allowed us to check in after midnight and also booked us a taxi for our early flight home! Would highly recommend 😍

Soggiorno meraviglioso! La host, Elisa è stata fantastica…. Ci ha spiegato e mandato tutto per tempo in modo da arrivare tranquilli, la casa è stata un sogno e ci ha pure fatto trovare una piccola colazione. La casa splendida, meglio anche che nelle foto. Tutto in ordine e pulitissimo. Inoltre, un plus della casa è stata la cucina super fornita. Zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa. Inoltre, è molto comoda per raggiungere il centro, con supermercati e bar vicini. Un soggiorno da rifare assolutamente

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento per qualche giorno e ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene. La presenza del parcheggio è un grande vantaggio, soprattutto a Bologna. L'appartamento è arredato con gusto in stile moderno, accogliente e funzionale. Il letto è estremamente comodo, perfetto per riposare dopo una giornata in giro per la città. La posizione è buona: il centro si raggiunge facilmente a piedi in circa 20 minuti. Nicola ha risposto subito alle mie domande Se torneremo a Bologna, sceglieremo sicuramente di nuovo questa sistemazione. Consigliatissima!

We kwamen terecht in een oase van rust. Een bewuste keuze die we maakten. Klein maar fijn, voorzien van alle basis voorzieningen. Als uitvalbasis voor bezoeken aan Firenze (vanuit het dorp met de trein) en Bologna was dit perfect. De prachtige zonsondergangen blijven voor altijd op ons netvlies gebrand.

Alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig. Heel compact ingericht. Perfecte ligging, in het centrum van Bologna, vlakbij resto’s (om de hoek), supermarkt op 5 minuutjes stappen, en helemaal geen nachtlawaai! Top, aanrader.

Beau gîte avec un jardin calme et très accueillant. Lits très confortables. Gentilles intentions de la part de Tiziana qui avait confectionné de bons petits biscuits appréciés aux petits déjeuners pris dans le jardin. Bonne adresse pour visiter Bologne Parme et Modène...

ci siamo trovati molto bene, la casa è graziosa, pulita e ha tutto quel che serve. Il giardino è carinissimo e ben arredato con comode poltrone da esterni, tavolino, un grande ombrellone e l’amaca. Ci è dispiaciuto un po’ non sfruttarlo perché siamo stati praticamente sempre in giro. Parcheggio privato all’ombra, cancello automatico e quartiere elegante. Wi fi perfetto, la doccia ha un bel getto potente e uno scarico ben funzionante (non è per niente scontato nella mia esperienza). Casa molto funzionale e arredata con buon gusto. La proprietaria è stata molto gentile a venirci incontro col check leggermente in anticipo. C’erano le cialde per la macchinetta del caffè e bagnoschiuma e shampoo nella doccia. Zanzariere alle finestre della camera e aria condizionata in soggiorno che ha tolto umidità in tutto l’appartamento. A 5 minuti a piedi ci sono frequenti bus per il centro, poco oltre un ottimo bar pasticceria per la colazione e altri negozi. Promosso a pieni voti

Federica’s home was absolutely amazing. We were welcomed with genuine hospitality and treated with the utmost respect. The house was in perfect condition and offered several beautiful, relaxing outdoor spaces. We've stayed in many vacation rentals, but this was by far the best—so comfortable and inviting, we truly felt like family.

We had a lovely 4-night stay in this beautiful apartment while my husband participated in a nearby tournament. The apartment is modern, clean, and beautifully decorated, exactly as pictured. The neighborhood is peaceful and still conveniently close to the city center. The host was very responsive and provided clear instructions throughout our stay. Everything went smoothly, and we truly enjoyed our time in Bologna. Highly recommend!

Our main area for feedback relates to the host's detailed guidelines and the approach to housekeeping. We found the apartment came with a very comprehensive set of rules. Similarly, the weekly cleaning service, while appreciated, was more involved than expected. For guests seeking a more independent and private experience, this might be something to consider. Despite these minor points, the flat's many positives – its quietness, spaciousness, and suitability for extended stays – still made for a wonderful base for exploring Bologna and its surrounds. We would certainly recommend it, provided they are aware of the specific approach to house rules and cleaning.

We stayed here for a month and really enjoyed it. Excellent location - walkable to railway station (25 mins) for days out and also to the central Piazza Maggiore (15 mins). It is opposite the excellent Trattoria da Me (book well in advance), there is a bakery right next door and a supermarket 5 mins walk away. It is also just 5 minutes walk to the local covered market ‘Mercato delle Erbe’ for provisions. There are lovely local restaurants at the side of this market, bars behind it and even an ice cream place at the entrance. This is a lovely apartment, no noise, air-conditioned, washing machine, decent internet, with a great roof terrace where we had breakfast every day in the sunshine. Kitchen is small but well-equipped with a Lavazza pod coffee machine. Our host Alina was always quick to respond. Highly recommend

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment right in the heart of Bologna. The flat is spacious, and very comfortable. The terrace is absolutely perfect, a lovely spot to relax. Everything was well-equipped, and the location couldn’t be better. Highly recommended, we’d love to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment in Bologna. It’s located in a peaceful and very green area, yet just a short walk from the historic center — the perfect balance of quiet and convenience. The apartment itself is truly luxurious, well-maintained, and very comfortable. We especially loved the small private backyard, which was covered in lush greenery and added a relaxing touch to our stay. Everything we needed was provided — kitchen utensils, soap for the washing machine, a drying rack, and more. The parking space was convenient, and the instructions for getting the keys and entering the apartment were very clear and easy to follow. Out of all the places we stayed during our trip through Italy, this was by far the best. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Bologna!

Great apartment, super central and lovely interiors. Walkable to everything and in the thick of it but felt very secure and quiet at night. Sara&Gabriele were very responsive and let us leave our luggage early and late as we were only there one night - also gave local recos. Thank you!

Perfekte Ferienwohnung! Alles war top! Die Wohnung ist groß, sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet , man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Die Lage ist super, ruhig und doch nah an allem, was man braucht. Die Gastgeberin Lucia war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Ci siamo trovati bene sin da subito! Con me e mia zia c’era anche il mio bambino di un anno e mezzo e gli spazi erano sicuri e puliti, accoglienti. È stato tutto perfetto, il soggiorno, le varie stanze, la posizione, proprio tutto! Sicuramente chiederò disponibilità nel caso dovessimo recarci di nuovo a Bologna. L’host è stata gentile e amichevole, abbiamo comunicato facilmente ed è stata sempre presente quando ho avuto bisogno di aiuto. Nell’appartamento c’era tutto il necessario é stato come essere a casa. C’erano anche di verande, abbiamo potuto stendere da una parte e rilassarci nelle sedie dell’altra veranda. Comodo l’accesso col passeggino sia nella rampa che con l’ascensore. Insomma ci siamo trovati davvero bene in tutto e per tutto! É stata un’esperienza e un soggiorno di 3 notti bellissimo! Torneremo! Sara, Valentina e Leonardo 💙💜🩵

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in dieser Superwohnung, klein, aber fein. Vor allem der kleine Balkon mit der Aussicht über die Dächer und zur Chiesa di Santa Maria dei Servi hat es uns angetan. Früh am Morgen assen wir da unser Frühstück und abends liessen wir den Tag da ausklingen. Tagsüber war es viel zu heiss. Sara hat immer prompt auf unsere Fragen reagiert und gab gute und hilfreiche Auskünfte. Sehr sympathisch und freundlich. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral in der Altstadt, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuss gut zu erreichen. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Simona a été une hôtesse extrêmement chaleureuse et accueillante. On s’est retrouvés sous la pluie et elle a emmené mon mari voir où on pouvait se garer. Son appartement est adorable, extrêmement propre, moderne avec une touche d’ancien ce qui lui donne beaucoup de charme. Il y a une petite cour ombragée où vous pourrez prendre l’apéritif ou le petit déjeuner. Il y a aussi tout ce qu’il faut pour démarrer votre séjour. Vous pouvez visiter Bologne à pied. Il y a plein de restaurants autour . Je recommande vraiment cette location et je remercie Simona pour son accueil et son magnifique sourire.

Diese Wohnung erfüllt alle Ansprüche. Ich habe mich sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Marco und Chiara haben zu Beginn, als ich noch ein oder zwei Fragen hatte, sofort geantwortet und hilfreiche Tipps ipps gegeben. Die Wohnung ist hell, hat Morgen- und Abendsonne und ist gut gelegen - 7-8‘ von der Porta Maggiore und damit der sehr schönen Strada Maggiore mit vielen Geschäften, Bars und Einkausmöglichkeiten entfernt. Die Wohnung ist auch ruhig, die Nachbarn sehr freundlich, wenn man sich sieht. Auch die Strasse, in welcher die Wohnung liegt, ist sehr schön und hat Zonenparkplätze, die sich über eine app bezahlen lassen. Fazit: Gastgeber topp, Wohnung super (ich werde zurückkommen) und die Stadt grosse Klasse! Es war alles perfekt.

Per una persona sola , l'appartamento era anche troppo grande, e forse ol prezzo è dipeso anche da questo, ma sono stata benissimo. Arredato con gusto, pulito, con tutto quello che occorreva, con condizionatori ben funzionanti in ogni stanza e terrazzino dove prendere un po' d'aria la sera e la mattina. Renato ha subito risposto ad ogni mia domanda e per me l'appartamento è risultato in posizione strategica dato che mi è stato possibile raggiungere a piedi la clinica dove dovevo andare. Supermercati nelle vicinanze ed anche pizzeria ed osteria.

Luciana’s place was perfect for my stay in Bologna. The apartment has a very comfortable living space and the location is only a short 10 min walk to the main piazza and many other attractions. Luciana was excellent at communicating and made me feel very welcome.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location was wonderful. In the center of everything and walkable to everywhere. There are dozens of stores and restaurants surrounding it and we felt part of the city. The balcony was a huge plus! We enjoyed sitting out there and taking in the sights and sounds of the street. Even during the hot summer, the balcony was cool and shaded later in the day, just in time for a glass of wine. The air conditioner cooled the apartment down well. Enrico was very quick to respond to us and answer our questions. He went out of his was to help us and we appreciated it!
