Apartment holiday rentals in Bologna

We had a great time in the Home32 Snc Apartment in Bologna. The accommodation matched the photos: simple, modern, clean, and practical, with everything needed for a few days in the city – from cookware to a washing machine, which we found particularly handy. The hosts were always very responsive and friendly and communication was transparent and helpful. The sleeping area, separated by a curtain, felt cozy. The flat is on the ground floor with a glass door to the street, which seemed unusual but worked fine. The location was also great for us, as it's a 15-20 minute walk from the train station and the same applies to the city centre. If you don't have a problem with a lot of walking, it's ideal! It was also relatively quiet. The only thing that was a pity was that there was no real classic window - either a skylight or frosted glass, but we mostly stayed outside anyway. We would definitely recommend this relaxed accommodation and thank you for a great stay!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay with Giulia. The apartment was very close (2 minute walk) to the train station which meant we could go on a day trip to Venice. However, to Bologna city Centre it is around a 20-25 minute walk, so be prepared for lots of walking. Apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The only issue was the boiler taking a while to heat water for showers and the toilet was very slow to fill with water so often had to flush with a bucket of water from the bathroom tap. Overall a very nice apartment.

Great apartment, super central and lovely interiors. Walkable to everything and in the thick of it but felt very secure and quiet at night. Sara&Gabriele were very responsive and let us leave our luggage early and late as we were only there one night - also gave local recos. Thank you!

Andrea’s apartment is wonderful and perfect for a few days in Modena. Close to everything, from Piazza Maggiore to Piazza Sto Stefano or the train station and also with very nice places nearby. The flat was clean, bright, spacious and the internet was excellent. A+

We loved Anthony’s care, his recommendations and care about our stay. He recommended us many places to have breakfast and dinner and we tried them and loved them! All were local. He replied fast, provided us with easy instructions of how to get to the apartment and how to check in smoothly. He brought me a hair dryer which was so kind and sweet. He offered to store our luggage if we leave the city late. With air conditioning we slept so well all night. Apartment is in the old city, walkable everywhere with a great terrace - calm and spacious where I spent evenings. Area is very calm so you can sleep whole night without any noises from the street. I will definitely come back again!

Our stay at the apartment was great. Our host had everything prepared for us including breakfast, snacks and juice for the kid. They were super polite and reacted right away to everything we asked. Everything was super clean and stuffed with everything you could imagine. The apartment is in great location - super close to the city center and 150m away from a nice area with many restaurants, bara and coffees. Close to the University, the neighborhood is full of young people. I would totally recommend the place and if we come back to Bologna, will surely book it again if free!

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment right in the heart of Bologna. The flat is spacious, and very comfortable. The terrace is absolutely perfect, a lovely spot to relax. Everything was well-equipped, and the location couldn’t be better. Highly recommended, we’d love to come back!

Nicoletta's accommodation was perfect for us. Everything was as described and recognizable in the pictures. The kitchen was well equipped above average for an Airbnb. As we were traveling with a small child, Nicoletta provided us with a baby crib and a high chair. Check in and check out was uncomplicated. The location of the apartment was perfect, the distances to the sights and to the city center were very short and easy to walk. We would definitely come back.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, l’appartamento è in pieno centro, facilmente raggiungibile dalla stazione e in una posizione ottima per spostarsi a piedi. Ivana è sempre veloce e cordiale nelle indicazioni.

Andrea and the apartment were beyond our expectations. Andrea was so helpful and had the best recommendations for food and drink. It was absolutely beautiful in a great part of the city. Everything is walkable. AMAZING bed that was so comfy. Every Amenity we could think of she had in place. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to have a great stay in Bologna.

Davide war sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem jungen bunten Viertel und ist ideal für 2 Personen. Der Bahnhof Bologna Centrale liegt etwa 25 Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt, das Zentrum etwa 15 Gehminuten. In der Wohnung ist alles wie beschrieben vorhanden, ein Mini Supermarkt ist auch ganz in der Nähe. Gleich um die Ecke findet man eine tolle Straße voller Bars und Restaurants. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit in Bologna, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

This is a very spacious flat, which is beautifully furnished and has a lovely outside seating area. It is walkable distance to the old town and has a number of good cafes close by for breakfast. Plenty of room for everyone and the kitchen was very well equipped. Communication with the hosts was excellent and they were quick to respond. Our group was a couple in their 60s and 2 in their 70s. We could not have walked from the station but Carolina described where it was best to catch a taxi and the whole process was very easy. Carolina then ordered us a taxi for our return to the airport, which worked very well. It was a great stay and I would thoroughly recommend this flat!

We had a wonderful stay at Matteo’s place, really beautiful apartment, super sweet balcony. The perfect location, city center in walkable distance and beautiful neighborhood. Communication with Matteo was super nice, we could even check in two hours before the indicated check in time, which was really convenient! Thank you, we had a great time in Bologna!

We had a lovely 4-night stay in this beautiful apartment while my husband participated in a nearby tournament. The apartment is modern, clean, and beautifully decorated, exactly as pictured. The neighborhood is peaceful and still conveniently close to the city center. The host was very responsive and provided clear instructions throughout our stay. Everything went smoothly, and we truly enjoyed our time in Bologna. Highly recommend!

The location is perfect, the property and the building are classic Bologna architecture, the beds are very comfortable (sheets are super soft), and the apartment is very quiet. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

This airbnb is at a great location from which you can reach everywhere in the city by walking. Host is very warm hearted and always responded quickly. Kitchen and bathroom offer all the basic things you need. Apartment is on the ground floor. Air conditioning works well too. I really enjoyed my stay!

FABULOUS, FABULOUS, FABULOUS location! Bars, restaurants and cafes were right outside of the front door. If you want to be in the heart of old town, in the most superior location, you need to stay here. We would definitely come back.

We highly recommend this flat! It was all we could ask for. Went there with our grown up children and loved every second. Especially appreciated the kind welcome and good communication since this was our first visit.
