This was a great place to stay. place was roomie and clean and had all of the necessities both indoor and out to have a stay!

Love this house/location. Perfect to dock the boat all week. The canal is set in an ideal spot for travel to the flats and beyond to the Gulf and also lots of beaches filled with wildlife and seashells! Great trout fishing- super convenient. Our kids enjoyed their own little space and a plus was definitely not having to travel with our Firestick because Katie has everything set up for streaming. Also, not having to come home to a bunch of laundry was significant for us! She provided all of the necessities for our week long stay (TP, dish detergent/etc). It’s a great place to enjoy a lot of family bonding time, as we brought most of our meals to cook. Winn Dixie is right down the street, too! Thanks! Until next year!..

Charly was extremely helpful and answered all our questions! It is a beautiful home, with beautiful views. The pool was an amazing place to relax and watch the peacocks roam the property. Has plenty of room inside to come back and relax too. We had one rainy day and was able to relax in the porch and take in the weather. Awesome place to stay and highly recommend.

Wonderful location and peaceful neighborhood! Our fishing charter picked us up right from the dock as well. Other than getting live bait to fish with, and the occasional trip for groceries, we stayed in, relaxed, and enjoyed just being away. This location is definitely on our short list for next year's trip.

Fantastic home and great location!!! Everything you need is there for outdoor fun if you can't bring it. 5 Bikes, 2 paddle boards, 2 kayaks, & fishing gear. Pictures do not do the home justice. The boat lift is great as well as the kayak launch and floating dock. The lanai is much larger than I thought and there is a huge pass through window from the kitchen to the lanai. To hot to use this trip but would be nice when it is cooler. The kitchen is very large with plenty of cabinets. Beds were comfortable and all three bedrooms were good sized. The garage is great to have to leave things in it that you don't need to bring in the house and I was able to put my small trailer in there as well. The pool area is set up with all the pool toys you need. There is a large 6 burner propane grill by the pool for all your grilling needs. Questions were promptly answered within a couple of minutes. Publix is 5 minutes away . My only recommendation would be a 3.5 cu ft freezer for boaters.

Great service by Jeanie. She brought a pack and play and high chair to the unit for our daughter! Amenities were perfect for small family.

Perfect place for our spring break destination. From booking to check out and everything in between we could not have asked for a better place to spend spring break. Even with less than ideal fishing weather, this great space made the week restful and relaxing. Boat lift was ideal, dock was HUGE, neighbors were friendly, and hot tub was a huge bonus after a day on the boat. House was amazingly spacious which allowed for an open feel. The decor had this cool vibe of old Florida with modern. Clean, well equipped and can’t wait to go back! Thanks Dana!

Kevins house was nothing short of amazing and as others have stated, the photos don't it justice. We loved the outdoor space and the pool was bigger than appeared in photos. The inside of the house was very open and we were able to feel "at home". Kevin was very responsive before and during, although we didn't have any issues during our stay, but we did have to call him upon our arrival as we went to the wrong address (our fault!). It is in an "up and coming area" of Cape Coral, but it is a very quiet and nice area, and Publix is right down the road. Even Target, Aldis, and a farmers market store is within 10 minutes. We decided to drive to Naples area beaches, as we prefer those, and it was an hour drive, which we didn't mind. Lots of restaurants within 10-25 minutes. Only my husband and I stayed, but it would be great with the kids or other couples, and would definitely love to stay in this house in the future.

I had a wonderful time at Michelle's house. The place is beautiful and very clean, but we definitely fell in love with the pool area. Its beautiful design, along with the tiki bar, will make you spend hours without getting bored. You'll also find plenty of utensils to prepare your meals. If there's something I should point out, it's that they don't allow you to use the grill and the sink in the tiki bar, which I found a bit disappointing. I also want to point out that the house has 5 bedrooms, but only two are actually equipped for adults. The other two are children's rooms, and the third is a living room. In two of the bedrooms, my family had to sleep on inflatable mattresses. As a recommendation, it would be nice if all the rooms were equipped with conventional beds. Also, on the last day of our stay, a neighbor came over with a bad attitude to ask me to turn down the music; it was 6:00 PM and not even the music was that loud. Other than that, my overall rating is wonderful. Thanks.

Carina was an amazing host and communicated well! Her place is located in the perfect spot on the water: not too far from restaurants, grocery store, etc. We would enjoy staying here again!

Favorite family vacation to date! Leila was a wonderful and responsive host. I asked about the condition of beach chairs prior to arrival (we have stayed in prior houses that have advertised chairs only to arrive and them be unusable) Leila went out of her way to provide brand new chairs despite the current ones being in great condition. The house was very clean and well stocked with supplies, we felt right at home! The island is absolutely amazing. If you’re looking for a relaxing trip with pristine beaches and ocean this is your sign to book now. It’s the perfect escape from reality!

Brody was very responsive, helpful and friendly. The unit was extremely clean. There was anything you could want in the kitchen, from silverware, pots and pans, cutting boards, mixing bowls, potholders, glasses, plates, etc. Back patio was quite comfortable. I have to say the bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in for quite some time. Quality appliances and hardware. Plenty of wooden hangars. He even had a clothes steamer to use! I highly recommend this place and will look for it on my next visit to Fort Myers!

This condo was in a great location. Right on the beach and close to the pool. Close to Bailey’s and restaurants. Very clean and nicely decorated. Great communication with the owner while making reservations, during our stay and after checking out. I will definitely be back.

absolutely stunning villa. pictures don't do it justice. lovely peaceful location. the pool is just amazing and the beautiful kitchen was just a pleasure to cook in. Marco was always responsive in anything we needed. we will most definitely be coming back. Thank you for a wonderful 2 weeks

Chris was hands down the most responsive and proactive host ever. House was clean and the amenities and house matched the photos. Fishing was good. Nearby restaurants were good. We will definitely be back.

The house was beautiful and had a great layout! Everything you may need was available. I am a bit of a neat freak and had no worries walking into this house. It was very clean and well maintained. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all!! Terry was very helpful with all instructions and recommendations. You definitely don’t want to miss this diamond in the rough!!

I’m so glad that several other properties failed to respond to a boat question we had, which led me to finding Villa Agua Vista. Tonya responded to all my questions quickly or would always get back to me when she didn’t have an immediate answer. From start to finish Tonya was super easy to work with. Always helpful and very quick to respond. Definitely delightful and personable - a super host for sure! The property and its amenities were amazing. We used the kayaks a couple times and some of the fishing gear came in handy. The spa and pool were rarely lonely. We decided to replace our usual spring break on the sand with some place to moor a boat and it was great. The house was top notch, all the basic simple things were waiting for us. If you want to find something to complain about, I seriously doubt you can or would. The photos don’t do the home justice but they also don’t lie. So don’t over think it and just book with Tonya.

Wonderful place—spotless and well-maintained. Our family of five felt at home and very comfortable in the luxurious accommodations at Cape Haven. We drove to the beaches in Fort Myers (about 50 minutes) and Naples (around an hour), both an easy trip. We loved the outdoor pool area! You can tell this is a newer build with thoughtful touches throughout.

Enjoyed our 2 night stay. Caleb was very helpful and responsive. We had an AMAZING time and can’t wait to book again. Thank you guys for a great stay.
