The property is well located, near the Iguatemi mall and with several dining options and supermarkets (Tauste, Carrefour). Parking included, very easy to use. Well-equipped apartment with a large smart TV and well-equipped kitchen, including a washer and dryer. I highly recommend the space.

Beautiful house, perfectly clean, with great care garden, a lot of privacy, inside a very safe condominium. Perfect description of the site. Clean, smelling and high quality linens. Complete kitchen in utensils and equipment. The internet worked perfectly and smarttv with all channels for us to add our accounts. Kind, responsive host with perfect guidance. Attention to those who need accessibility: The place where we parked the car inside the property is at a level above the social area, needing to go down a staircase.

Great stay, Jorge is very attentive, sends the information clearly, easy access location close to the center, bus station, supermarkets, squares, There was a lot of equipment for us to use, cleaning products, the internet works very well, the host was kind enough to free up the parking space, the only point to note before is that if you want more privacy, there will be another guest, the apartment has two rooms.

I had to go to the city at the last minute and Karoll was super understanding and helpful. The place is wonderful and very cozy, just like the photos and with a super complete kitchen. The condominium is very safe and quiet.

Chayene's place was great! We spent 2 months there and were very comfortable. We cooked most nights but there are some great restaurants. There are a few walkable options for groceries. Every time we needed something Chayene was responsive and attentive. The neighborhood is good and safe and we felt secure in the building that has a 24 hour security guard who were all friendly. The place was a great value and we would definitely stay there again.

Very complete AP, super clean (without the smell of mold or dust). The building has a swimming pool and game room and is great for spending time. The surroundings are great for walking. Rosangela was very attentive at all times and the check in/check out was excellent.

I took a course during the month of July in Sorocaba and chose Dani's apartment to be my home during the month. The apartment is beautiful, well planned and super cozy. It was very nice to be able to come back at the end of the day and stay in such a pleasant environment. The location is excellent, close to the main avenue of the neighborhood, with supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, shopping. By having acoustic windows, bed and pillows super comfortable the quiet sleep was guaranteed. Dani is a super attentive, polite and kind person. I recommend to everyone who has the opportunity to stay there.

My family and I loved every detail, we were 04 adults (2 couples), super well accommodated, everything new, extremely clean. It was my husband's birthday, and we found a treat in bed (wine, glasses and chocolates), super cute! The host seemed to be a family member, and left us several folders with Recommendations for tours, restaurants.
