Mauro was an above-average host... More than 15 years ago, my family and I rented listings for the end and the beginning of the year and undoubtedly he was one of the best if not the best host. The house is even more special than the pictures show, having a high right foot, plenty of space, airy, surrounded by a very tasty balcony. The weather helped, we had 7 days without a drop of rain and we were able to enjoy all the amenities of the space, pool, barbecue, kitchen and its utensils. We do not have to take practically anything from home: a very complete kitchen, fans in every room and in the area of the barbecue. I definitely recommend the space and if we can we will be back for sure.

We were received by Carlos and his girlfriend in a gentle and friendly manner, the space exactly matches the photos, for those who want to escape from crowds is a great place, my dogs have taken advantage of the outside space a lot. The container is spacious and has everything for a quiet stay. Pega little dirt road, about 5 minutes.. just follow the location sent by Carlos that works super well. Carlos lives near the container and offered help for whatever it took. A very good differential is ctz the tub.

Very beautiful place! The house is spectacular, you have to be careful with the entrance but if it is arranged it will be easy! The house is very good! It has all the amenities, it has a wonderful sunset, and the staff is super attentive, we really liked the house! Leo and his wife helped us from the beginning of the reservation. Since we had our daughter's 1st birthday party there, Léo was practically our event advisor. He helped and intermediated the part of the drinks, decoration, rental of tables and even beauty salon for my wife. Always very cordial and clear in the information, he did much more than was expected. The house, in the rustic style we like, was impeccable, and the fireplace, which we never let go out, brought the family together around it. Our little one loved it too and had a lot of fun. Incredible experience! From check-in, you can already see the care and attention to every detail. The accommodation is super cozy, well equipped and very well cared for. And I was even surprised with a welcome anthill cake — a detail that makes all the difference and shows the affection of those who really care about the guest experience. Mr. Ilco was always very helpful, he responded very quickly, the house is excellent, very spacious, the biggest highlight was certainly the pool that is really heated, it had an automatic temperature adjustment that made it ideal, my family enjoyed the many days we stayed there, very quiet and safe condominium, we will certainly be back soon!

The house is great! The house is super new, the kitchen super equipped, with everything very clean. The house offers a lot of comfort. Lud's service is excellent and our stay was perfect. We brought our pet, who felt super comfortable in the space, and received several amenities from the host!

The stay was spectacular. We were 6 people (3 couples) + 1 puppy. We were all very well accommodated. Everything works perfectly, beautiful, spacious, well-equipped and airy house. More than enough kitchen utensils. Eduardo was a great host, extremely kind and quick to answer questions.

My family and I love staying at Petri's house. The house has a BBQ area, with pizza oven and wood stove, all equipped with refrigerator and is in front of the swimming pool, great for enjoying! The pool is great, the accommodations are great, the kitchen has plenty of utensils! The house is very well located within the condominium, you can do everything on foot: go to the convenience area, concierge, in the fishing area and is a few steps away from the house that sells ice cream and açaí. At night they held a foodtruck feirinha with lots of hot foodtruck. We adore! Petri is very kind, gave us all the guidelines and coordinates and always responded very quickly. I want to go back more often and highly recommend!

Clean and cozy house, new furniture and appliances. good bedding structure all suites and a bathroom next to the pool that makes it easy. Real heated pool, which allowed you to enjoy well even in moments of a little colder weather.

We were in the house of Luciano and Silvia in mid-May, and really the house is beautiful, super spacious, very well distributed furniture, all the house super clean, large and airy rooms.The leisure area of a show by part, warm pool, barbecue and big oven, ambient sound, in short, exceeded our expectations. the chácara dos esquilos offers everything it promises and a little more. it has a very helpful support team. Lucas and Ana are very present, helpful, kind. the space is beautiful. my family loved everything. the children enjoyed the space safely. The guests of the party were very well received. just compliments!

The house is new and was extremely clean. Well-decorated rooms make the stay very enjoyable. Everything was exactly as in the pictures. Pool and foosball table helped ensure the family's fun. A point of attention for trip planning is that you need to bring not only bed and bath linens, but all the items you need to cook, including oil, salt, spices, detergent, sponge, dishcloth to dry the dishes. There's a good supermarket nearby, but if you're unlucky to go in a rainy season, you're going to need a lot of attention and care on the dirt road. The section is not long, but it is quite bumpy. It was important to plan well and make a very complete list to buy everything at once and avoid leaving the house after we were installed.

Sonia’s house was perfect for me and my friends. We couldn’t swim in the pool because it was too cold, but otherwise we really enjoyed the property! Definitely recommend.

It was a wonderful weekend, great house has everything in the kitchen, extremely clean, super comfortable living room, aTv great in the living room and in one of the rooms... the great swimming pool, you can finally go without fear !!!
