Holiday rentals with a patio in Bohol

Great place to stay to get away, close to everything, a pool you can dip into to cool down and relax. Beach vibes. recommend dumaluan beach resort over oceanica resort which is close by. Staff/ caretakers also take care of you well here .

John was very responsive from pre-booking until we arrived at the place. He gave recommendations as to where we can buy some groceries, transportation and what places to visit in the area. The house was clean. There are cooking utensils, condiments, water heater and the bed was so comfortable. Definitely, the place is perfect for a quick timeout from city life. It is a bit far and requires a lot of transfers (if you prefer to save) yet it is worth it. Time in the island is so slow and you can visit a lot of places, take time swimming, snorkeling and visit the Punta Buluarte lighthouse. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

check in and out time were flexible, the whole place was clean, the staff was very hospitable, the place was a walking distance from their public beach. We rented the place out for our thanksgiving party and it was very worth it. Overall, the place is perfect and I can recommend it for gatherings.

Great stay. the only caveat is its very hard to find when you don't have your own transportation. The internet is slow, but its not a big issue for us. Overall, we wished we stayed more.

Great location and a nice room in a good building with all the amenities. We made good use of the pool but the beach a d shared pool is very nice also. it will cost you 350 pesos but it's worth the 15 minute walk. Make sure you ask about the pool pass at the front desk because we only found out about it a week later when we got asked at the pool.

We traveled from Southern Leyte to Cebu to celebrate my Master’s Degree graduation, and finding this place on Airbnb made everything even more memorable. From the moment we arrived, the host was warm, kind, and truly accommodating — I knew I made the right choice. The space was spotless, cozy, and fresh-smelling, making us feel at home even away from home. After long days exploring the city, it was the perfect place to rest. One touching detail was the WiFi password — it included a surname from a well-known political family in Pintuyan, Southern Leyte. That small but meaningful moment made us feel even more connected. Everything is great. The place is superb and good for WFH. Just the comfort room cause it is detached from the house. But all in all it was a great stay.

We stayed for 3 weeks at La Bonita and would highly recommend it. It's such a beautiful, peaceful space to relax and recharge in. The Kind bed was so comfy that we spent most of the time sleeping 😂 My fiancée is pregnant, so that suited her just fine. The pool is a great place to cool down and long enough to swim lengths if you want to keep fit. But best of all is Mei, who's the most generous Airbnb host we've ever dealt with. She's such a kind and helpful women. She changed our bed sheets, did our laundry (and hung it), and even shared some of her delicious cooking with us! We really can't recommend La Bonita more highly!

Feels like your in the province with a big front yard where you can play or run around and with friendly dogs guarding. Overall it was a nice stay.

The host Renilo was great & very responsive. It’s a comfortable & nice house to stay in if you’re visiting Bohol.

The unit was as described and very cozy. Comfortable bed and good location. The host was very responsive and helpful. I had an issue that she helped me work out and was very accommodating with. I would stay here again but the neighbours were extremely noisy, so keep that in mind. Nothing the host can do about that though.

We celebrated my beat friend’s intimate bridal at Maam Lala’s place. The place is so huge, clean, and well maintained, plus stunning view. We had a comfortable stay in their unit. It’s near the airport so less hassle.

This is a recommended place to stay for those who want to enjoy a private and quiet resort for adults. Everything was as described. There were detailed and accurate instructions on how to get there from the airport and how to check in. There were plenty of towels and a gift of snacks in the room. The clean kitchen was spacious and well-equipped. The bed was also very comfortable. The resort staff were all friendly, and the area was very calm and quiet. The resort building is quite far from the entrance, so you need a taxi to get out. You can purchase a one-day pass at the resort for $1,800, but the maximum you can use for meals is $1,100, and breakfast was $1,000. There are not many fish on the compact private beach. If you want to enjoy the beach, I recommend joined an island hopping tour.

Paid for 2 nights (my flight was delayed by a day) informed them and they understood and didn’t give me any hassle whatsoever when i did make it check in was smooth just like they said in the welcome message it felt like home away from home the bed was comfortable only thing it looks like a king but its a double but its still a big place i was not there to long but everything was nice and cozy downstairs u have kids playing in the playground but in the room its nice and quiet u dont hear anything and its peaceful i would definitely come back and visit next time im in town thank u for having me

Kelvin was a great host. Very responsive. Has a great apartment and super affordable for long stays. The only issue I had wasn’t Kelvin’s fault but the company that owns the condos charges a fee on the weekends to use the pool and then on mondays the pool is closed for cleaning so technically you only get 4 days to use the pool. the weekends definitely feel more like children from the neighborhood get to use the pool that don’t live at the condos the guards are usually on their phones or napping not paying attention unless you are a foreigner walking into the pool area and then they’ll ask you for money to use the pool.

Good clean apartment the communal pool is typical of Philippines with missing or loose tiles only thing I felt was missing from apartment was 2 chairs for the balcony
