A Perfect Stay in Mandaue! I had an incredible stay at this beautifully maintained condo. The space was spotlessly clean and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable visit. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were cozy, and the washer and dryer were convenient. Taking out the trash was easy and nearby. And security was friendly and very helpful. The condo’s location is unbeatable—close to the malls and restaurants. The balcony, seaside view, pool, gym, and secure parking made the stay even more enjoyable. Mary was a great host, always quick to respond and very accommodating. She provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out, making the whole process seamless. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Mandaue or Cebu City. I’ll definitely be returning next time I’m in town!

The host was good. The place was clean and nice. Internet was fast! Good restaurants and Convenience Stores surrounding the place. However, there were few instructions/rules by the establishment that we had to comply (swimming pool pass and ids for check-in even for my child) and we were not told by the host. Maybe these were new rules. But it wasn't a hassle, we just did what we ask for then everything went smoothly.

The host are very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. Although the place is in the City, the place was quiet and peaceful. Transpo: It's easy to go around. You want wait for a trike or book a ride through Maxim. After a tiring day we went to Tubig Dako which is just a few minutes walk. Overall, the price for our stay was really worth it.

The place is very spacious and beautiful. Every corner is a hangout spot. We love the living room. The place feels so cozy. It is relaxing every time we go back after a long and tiring day. The balcony is also a great place to hang out—we had a chill breakfast in there before preparing for the day. We also appreciated the inclusion of drinking water and coffee. This place is indeed highly recommended.

Elmer’s place was great. He really knows how to make the most of the space and had an impressive range of amenities. It’s also in a lovely area with a nice community of people. He clearly understands what Airbnb guests need and delivers it really well. Would definitely recommend!

I had a very pleasant stay. The apartment is super clean and - in contrast to other places - without any insects or other little animals. You also find a hot and powerful shower. Another advantage is that the entrance to the studio is directly near an asphalt street. At other places you often have to use adventurous patches. There are no other guests, only a nearly unvisible Australian pensioner. The garden is very beautiful. However the pool is not here but in a neighbours garden. If you don't want to walk one kilometer to the White Beach (where you can't really swim) during sunshine it's better to have a bike what the owner offers to rent. My favourite beach was at Oceanic Resort where the water is deeper and the beach very clean. There are some mini shops around but it's better to drive to a real supermarket. The famous Alona beach was very disappointing because of the traffic. Be aware that electricity, water and gas is to be paid separately, in my case around one € per day.

The place is clean, cozy and perfectly located. The owner is very welcoming and responsive to our requests and concerns. Also, the place is equipped with home appliances that is very much needed since we used to cook food for breakfast and dinner. One minor note I noticed is that the toilet has no bidet, but no problem though- we bought dipper. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a place to stay that’s near the restaurants, massage spa and walking distance to Alona Beach.

Our stay here last June 4 was indeed one of the highlights of our Cebu trip. The room is very techy, elegant, and relaxing. Every essential was complete. It was worth it. We were looking forward to the pool, but unfortunately, it was under renovation, which was okay. Ma'am Rina and Kate are also very kind and accommodating. Looking forward to staying here again, once we visit Cebu in the future.

Definitely a bang for the buck. Sir John's home was very cozy— indeed, a home away from home! Even though an unexpected issue arose, he handled it very quickly and professionally. He was also very responsive and very accommodating. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and we appreciated the gifts ❤️ We 1000/10 recommend Sir John's home to those who want to visit Cebu!

We would definitely book this place again when we go to Bohol. The internet is super fast, it’s very quiet. The bed and pillows are comfy and it had everything we needed. Kuya Gil is so friendly and accommodating.

My family and I loved the place — simple yet classy (at least for us 😉). All the appliances were working well, except for the digital door lock when entering the room. However, it worked fine from the inside, and a key was provided just in case, so it wasn’t a problem. If I may suggest, perhaps consider a slightly later checkout time — 10 AM feels a bit early. Extending it to at least 12 noon would be more convenient for guests. Overall, we had a great stay and would highly recommend the place!

We enjoyed our stay at Golda’s. We loved the huge apartment with a big living room, kitchen space, big bedroom, bathroom with a bathtub, walk in closet, vanity and little terrace area out front. The views from the pool were beautiful. It’s a very peaceful place. The staff were very helpful and fun, they have a very nice little community there. :) They helped us rent a bike and plan trips when we needed. We just wish we had gotten the list of restaurants sooner. There is food available to order at the place, but eating out will take some planning due to the location. If you’re a rollerskater, talk to Harold, he’s got some good stories and there’s a nice skate spot by the pool. There is also a pool table near the entrance for a chill eve. The wifi worked well for working remotely. Overall, we had a great and relaxing time.

Location and quality is worth the price

We had a fantastic stay at Victoria's Mactan Cebu condo! The place was impeccably clean and conveniently located right next to a variety of shops and restaurants, making our experience even more enjoyable. Victoria, was incredibly responsive and professional, ensuring that all our needs were met with a warm smile. We couldn’t have asked for a better host! We are absolutely looking forward to our next visit to Cebu and will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend!

Andy is a great host and is responsive. Breezy check-in and no hassles during my 2 nights stay. All appliances in the room are in great condition. Overall, it was an amazing short stay.

We stayed at Julie's place as a family of 7 and the place was perfect for our stay in Cebu. We particularly liked the shops for the convenience of being able to pop downstairs for something to eat. Having the pools was fantastic for the kids in the hot afternoons. I would definitely recommend staying here. Thanks Julie:)

Since we checked in into a neat and tidy Airbnb, we also left it neat and tidy. The unit is good as advertised. Clean and modern interior, very accessible. Parking though is not free. Overall, our stay was excellent.

Nice place to stay and highly recommended to the other guests. Host and Co Host are responsive all the time when needed and the place was describe as what on the Airbnb platform.

we stayed at Tony's place for a long period of time and it was well worth it. Easy to find once you arrive. A good location if one wants to go on an excursion due to the transporthub nearby at Ayala mall. Tony's apartment is modern, clean, has all the comforts that a home needs. And upon contacting Tony, he is quick to reply, presenting himself to help you with instructions, information and etc The staff present at the building complex are very friendly and helpful. All in all, we highly recommend Tony's place and we will definitely come back again!!
