Great stay for my family and two dogs. Ashley was quick and easy to text with. Ideal location. Easily walk to beach. Would stay again and hope to do so.

My wife and I wanted to try somewhere different since we normally go to the beach in Atlantic Beach. We decided to try Topsail. What a great decision. Missy's place was fantastic!! We found it to be exactly as advertised. It was very clean and comfortable. Conveniently located to local restaurants and activities. It was a very short walk to the pool and beach. And the VIEWS WERE SPECTACULAR!! Missy was a great host. She was very responsive and friendly. We would highly recommend it and will for sure be back ourselves. The only negative from our stay was having to leave!!

A place at the beach is a wonderful place to stay. There is great activities for families of all ages. The back room has beds for the kiddos and even a pull out couch if you want to split up the kids. The resort has incredible amenities highlighted by the outdoor pool slide. What makes this unit special over other options is the view of the pool and slide, as well as the ease and proximity to getting to the beach itself. The property has several DoorDash options as well as food trucks onsite (check with front desk on food truck schedule) which make for ease for families who want to skip cooking one night. My family of four (ages 4, and 1) had a fabulous time! This unit accommodated us very comfortably and the resort is top notch and very well maintained. I would highly recommend Paul and Deb’s Unit!

My family really enjoyed our stay! The location was an easy walk to the beach, and the beach was private, quiet, and family friendly. The listing was very accurate, and the kitchen had everything that we needed to feel at home during our stay. Donald was easy to get in touch with and answered questions quickly. We would come back again!

Terri and David's marina townhome is fantastic. Very spacious, comfortable and clean. The location by the marina and views from the decks are beautiful. We especially enjoyed exploring New Bern and the neighboring areas. Hope to return.

easy beach access. had a little problem that was addressed right away. Our experience was very nice. would stay there again without hesitation. all 3 couples commented on how comfortable the beds were.

My husband and I spent 3 nights here, exploring local beaches and restaurants, as well as to use it as a jump off place to visit Cape Lookout lighthouse. If that interests you, plan ahead and buy ferry tickets the day before. The local beaches were nice, but not a lot of beach, especially at or close to high tide. The condo was nice, beds comfy, easy access to the beach. Used the back deck a lot to enjoy the ocean view, which is limited, but still nice.

5 Star stay for long weekend. Pictures display a truly classy comfy townhouse that smells lovely and has everything you need. Bedrooms are spacious and linens are very comfortable. Perfect home with perfect location to beaches, restaurants, and shopping. Easy and clear instructions for check in and check out. Thank you John and Katie for our enjoyable experience. Looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend.

Rose & Gary’s place was well worth the price. I felt at home. She provided so much more than expected too. If I’m back to the area I will definitely stay at this location. The beds were comfy too. Everything was perfect.

Half Shell was a great place for us to stay for The Big Rock tournament. Close to all the festivities, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Don was a great host!

We had a great family vacation with our kiddos! The house is exactly as described and as shown in the pictures. The outdoor shower and easy access to the beach were perfect! We instantly felt at home and Ronnie was a great host. Would recommend this spot to anyone wanting a relaxing, low-key, beach vacation.

Our stay in Beaufort was GREAT. We were there for the "Big Rock" Tournament. During the day we hung out by the pool, rode the golf cart down town Beaufort, ate on the waterfront each night, and went to the weigh in in Morehead when a Blue Marlin was coming in. This was a different vacation for us but we enjoyed every minute of it. Our host, Dave, was top notch. We noticed the batteries were low in the thermostats, called him and he IMMEDIATELY came over and changed the batteries and called the HVAC guy to come over and double check the AC, just to be on the safe side (everything checked out great and we didn't spend a second without the AC). From check in to check out, Dave was very informative and available for any questions. He also provided us with a number for golf cart rental. We will rent his place again for sure!! Oh, and the house was super clean!!!

Nice newly renovated unit very close to the beach access 2 minutes walking distance. Some of the beds are more comfortable then the others so choose your rooms wisely :) BUT they were all clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful time and would definitely come back!

This was our second time staying at Nathan and Wendy’s Airbnb, and we had another great trip! The location is convenient to the beach and the house is comfortable and clean. Nathan and Wendy are proactive in their communication and very responsive. My friends and I had a great time here!

Robin and her place were awesome! Had everything you need for a trip, she was super communicative and the place was super clean!

The home was exactly what we were looking for! With having a handicap child travel can be difficult, however the elevator in the home made this a non issue! The home was new and in great condition. The furniture was very comfortable and well appointed. The management company/ host was very responsive, however we were disappointed that when there was a problem with the AC they didn’t take the request serious because of the units being new and didn’t check the system the first time they came out. After a second time coming out they added the proper Freon and we never had any future issues. The downfall was we were there for a quick trip and 25% of the time there the AC didn’t work correct, however don’t see that being an issue in the future. We would absolutely still consider this home for futures stays knowing that the issue was most likely a one time/ new home issue.

We had a great stay! The place was exactly as described, perfect location, clean, and private. You definitely need to bring or buy extra toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, hand towels, etc. Would stay here again!

We stayed at Priscilla’s place to celebrate our senior graduating with a girls trip to Emerald Isle over the weekend. We had the best time. The space was so clean and felt just like home. We all slept like babies. The beds were all so comfy. We enjoyed not having to drive forever to get to the beach. I was so very thankful for the Tupperware that was in the cabinets. It made taking our snacks to the beach so much easier. The neighborhood was so quiet and conveniently located to just about anything we needed to get to. We just had everything we needed! It was a wonderful time!

We loved staying here for the weekend. It was so clean and well maintained. It’s the perfect location between the beach and the sound. More than enough linens, towels, and amenities were there for our family. The binder full of recommendations was such a great touch. We loved it so much we booked it again for next year. What a perfect location for families!! Andy's place is perfect for families with children of all ages. It was close enough that we felt comfortable letting our teens explore the beach on their own and easy for me to take our toddler back to the house for a nap. The upstairs loft was spacious and had beds for everyone. They had lots of thoughful details including a "in case you forgot" bin in each bathroom. The outdoor space is adorable and great to visit and enjoy the salty air. My husbands favorite spot was the well stocked outdoor shower. So, whether you are traveling with young or older kiddos, this place is perfect!!

Nicole’s place is super cute, tastefully decorated. It was stocked with every utensil we needed to be cooking in most all our meals PLUS containers for leftovers. Linens were cotton, no poly itchy junk. Loads of beach towels to borrow and all fun stuff like boogie boards and chairs and a CART to pull it all! Laundry was awesome to be able to do and she has a vacuum to clean up anything that got into the house even after we could use the outdoor shower below. The dead end street with a private view of the marsh was gorgeous. Think cranes and blue herons to drink your coffee with. Walk to the beach was close enough to run home and use the bathroom if needed. So convenient! The house was spotless, thank god. One and only downside for our teens was that there really isn’t anything close to “do” aside from beach. Which was exactly why WE loved it. They rode bikes for fun. Restaurants are a drive. Cute Tiki Bar that’s family friendly a block away. Grocery 15-30. Skip Rick’s!

The view is impeccable, the house is spacious as well as spotless, the atmosphere is serene. My mother and I wanted a quiet getaway, and we got exactly that. On an interesting note, there is some occasional noise of a very particular type. Camp Lejeune is right across the bay so you may hear some distant artillery testing and fly-bys of military helicopters. The sounds from these were infrequent and non intrusive, being pretty distant. I found it intriguing and even entertaining. My mother and I brought our own cooking ingredients and we appreciated the well stocked kitchen supplies such as pots and various cooking utensils. We never wanted for anything. My mother would sit by the window to enjoy the view while doing her embroidery. I used one of the kayaks twice, and appreciated the supplied life jackets. I thoroughly enjoyed the calm waters. My favorite thing to do during my stay was to sit by the water watching the birds catching fish and reading books. We hope to come again!

We had an amazing weekend at Jonathan’s townhouse. He was one of the best hosts we’ve had and the description was 100% accurate. Only complaint is the beach erosion on that part of the island created a steep drop off which was challenging for our family with 3 children. Will definitely be back ! Thanks again!
