Modern wooden chalet with fantastic view over the whole valley and into the stunning austrian Alps. 3 floors with supercomfy charme, located above Schwarzenberg and a 5 minute drive to the Bödele ski resort. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Vacation on the vineyard

Our accommodation is in Lindau in the center of Schönau with connection to public transport (bus). The island is 3 km The apartment is spacious and very bright in a separate house (on the upper floor). Consist of 2 bedrooms and a kitchen-living room, small terrace. The toilet/bathroom is also spacious with bathtub. Parking and Wi-Fi are provided. If you have any questions and wishes, we are at your disposal in the neighboring hut house.

Loy Guest Apartment

Since we love to travel ourselves and are on the go a lot, we decided to rent out part of our completely renovated house. The apartment enchants with a large balcony (23 square meters), from which you can often see the mountains. The way to beautiful Lake Constance can be combined with a wonderful walk through the orchards. In four minutes (on foot) you are at Edeka, as is Lidl just around the corner.

Vacation home with private garden

Our beautiful cottage is about 135 square meters. From a small entrance area, you enter the main house on the left with a large bathroom with shower and bathtub as well as 3 bedrooms. In the spacious conservatory with Swedish stove, summer and winter evenings can be spent perfectly. The completely new kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine, stove with 4 plates, oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher.

The high-quality furnished 38 square meter apartment offers 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, living room and kitchen. You can start your day with a delicious NESPRESSO coffee and enjoy all the nice amenities of this apartment. The bedroom has a cozy 1.60 m double bed. In the living room you will find a dining area for 3 people as well as a cozy seating area with a sofa and large 55-inch smart TV.

You are living in a very charming residence with blending refined elements of the past with stylish and modern features. The building is situated right in the old town on the island of Lindau. Very calm due to location on the backyard side, museums, market place, churches, shops and restaurants are just around the corner. The port and the train station is only at 3 minutes walk.

Our cozy apartment is located in Lindau on Lake Constance only about 2 km from the city center. You can reach the city center in a few minutes by car, bike or bus. A fireplace, the organic pool in the garden and an outdoor hot tub with a constant 36°C ensure relaxation in any weather. Bicycles can be stored in our garage.
