Spotless Apartment Everything is clean and functional Bathroom with excellent shower The only detail is the building, which is old and poorly maintained, and only has 1 scrapped elevator for all apartments and floors. On my floor, the smell of cigarettes 🍁 permeated the air, but unfortunately it is already “cultural”. It has a very good kitchen for meals, very good mattresses and sheets, the air conditioning is very cold... Worth every penny paid.

We are super satisfied. A great facility for families. Fabiano is super nice and communication is easy. We will be back :)

My stay was simply wonderful! The apartment is exactly as in the photos, clean, cozy and very well located. The hostess was super polite, attentive and always ready to help with whatever was needed. I felt very well received and I will definitely come back more often. I recommend it with my eyes closed!

I loved it!! You can see the sea, it has a cute little balcony. A beautiful view. And it's very close to the beach. The condominium has a great swimming pool.

The house is very pleasant, airy, spacious, quiet with urban noises, although near the main street. Commerce nearby. Beautiful and cozy garden, well flowered and with lots of birds. Well manicured and very tasty pool. Large rooms. Quantity of beds and bathrooms ideal for the number of guests possible. All beds with clean and well-maintained bedding, clean and sufficient towels for the number of guests. Alexandre was always very receptive, allowed us to visit the house before we closed the rent, was flexible regarding check-in and check-out, treated us with great cordiality, enthusiasm and education. Indico the stay!

Amazing house in the colonial style with beautiful decor and paintings. WiFi worked extremely well, also in the pool area. The pool was lovely and the towels for the pool were excellent quality. The kitchen was very well equipped with all the kitchen utensils you could need. Very nice and well maintained garden area with plants. Everything was really great. We loved our stay at the house. The only thing we missed was a barbecue in the pool area, that would have made it even better. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for the house and for Maria Cecilia and Janaína who welcomed us. Communication was great. Carla and Mrs Jael were amazing in hospitality, helping us in everything we need during the stay, with very agile communication both before lodging and during, providing extra mattresses to additional members and even helped us with some kk fantasies, as well as giving local tips about nearby blocks and trades. It is a great place to stay during the carnival due to the cost-benefit, with nearby market and pharmacy, but access to the house needs to be done by the main street (not by the lake street).

A beautiful and very cozy house, the location is excellent and I think we will return other times, the communication was always assertive and quick and the hosts were kind and always helpful.

Great service and stay. A good place for those of Recife to have a barbecue with the family and friends or, for those who come from outside, located strategically close to the historic city (you can walk) and relatively close to Recife (you can get a cheap uber).

Great place, full of interesting art and walking distance to everywhere in old town Olinda. The balcony had a lovely view and a nice breeze perfect for hanging out in the hammock after a day of exploring.

The stay was amazing, Tessa, Graça and Rita were very hospitable, person loves and always readiness. I wanted to thank Tessa very much, who introduced the house to us and was always available! The apartment was perfect, the doormen were always ready to help and guide us when we had questions, and the person responsible for giving us the password was very clear in saying everything that would be necessary for check-in, which made it easy to enter the apartment.

I stayed 1 month and a half, from February to March including the carnival. The apartment is very pleasant, very comfortable beds and pillows, good shower also, air conditioning that works well and helps in the heat, the condominium is nice and safe as well. Unico is the least positive point is the difficulty of returning home from Uber after 10 pm, many drivers refuse, in these cases I would return by bus through the Tancredo Neves station because there are at least 5 direct options and the stop is near the condominium street that is just 5-10 min walking. Everything went well for me. It was great, so grateful for the hospitality of Joelma and Bruno.

Large, airy apartment, much bigger than it appears in the photos. Stunning view of the room . Espaço was clean , has household utensils for meal preparation, excellent quality bedding and bath, split air conditioning in all bedrooms, 1 suite, + 2 Canadian suite. Hostel, was kind , polite, quickly answered questions. Educated ,helpful and resolutive condominium employees.

A stopover in Recife that was worth the night. Great apartment, complete! With a beautiful view from the balcony, which has a hammock and a small barbecue, full kitchen, comfortable bed and clean bathroom. It was perfect for one night, there was even a barbecue with the moon rising over the sea. Close to shops and close to the airport. When I return to Recife, I will certainly look for this listing!
