Simply sensational! No words to describe the view of Vasconcelos' flat. Flat cozy, clean, very well furnished, all working perfectly. It is certainly an excellent place to rest up and enjoy the surroundings. My only recommendation would be to make available in addition to the microwave, a sandwich maker and an air fryer. No more, simply impeccable! I want to come back more often whenever I want to recharge!

I rented the apartment for my parents and they simply loved it, the description is totally true, the location is very good, it has everything nearby. The apartment was very clean, especially the bed linen, which was very clean and fragrant.

My stay was very good. Adriana was very helpful, suggesting beaches to enjoy. The apartment is very beautiful, organized and clean! It has an excellent location, in a quiet region and close to everything (beauty salon, supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, Piedade beach). There was nothing to be desired. Adriana left clean towels and a hygiene kit (soap and shampoo). The place is well equipped, with all the appliances and utensils you can think of using. I only stayed 2 nights, but I made good use of the space and, when I return to Recife, this apartment will certainly be on my list of choices.

The flat complies with the photos, super organized, everything was clean, and what facilitates the stay is automation with Alexa, Matheus is attentive and always seeks to help with whatever is possible. I highly recommend! Thank you Matheus!

It was wonderful, the view is really indecipherable, you have to see it in person to understand. It has a terrace with an infinity pool facing the sea that is simply perfect. There is a market and a gym on the roof terrace as well. A few minutes' walk from the apartment, there is a beach bar with snacks, a charming old church and a McDonalds. If you don't mind walking a little further, there is a shopping mall and supermarkets. You can visit tourist spots such as Uber's Ground Zero. The apartment is great and functional, it has everything you need to prepare something quick if you need to. Juliana was very charming, she helped us a lot on the last day of the trip with all the support and sympathy. She made up for every minute!

the only contra (which does not depend on Marcelo), are the elevators that are constantly defective. in addition, the place is identical to the pictures. Marcelo always attentive and willing to resolve the issue. i loved it, recommend it, and if possible, I will return.

we were in Brazill for 4-1/2 months and this was, without doubt, the nicest apartment that we rented. Good neighborhood, big and spacious living area, good beds, well equipped kitchen, beautiful and huge TV. The photos don't do it justice. Highly recommended.

Excellent option for those who want to spend a few days in Recife with an excellent cost-benefit. The property is worth every penny paid. I also highlight Reginaldo's FRIENDLINESS, AFFECTION, and HOSPITALITY. An enlightened person, with an inner and outer happiness that infects the environment and the people around. I talked to him for 20 minutes, but I felt like spending the whole day chatting! An educated, intelligent person with an indescribable light of his own! I went to spend a day, but I liked it so much that I'll be back soon to stay a few days in the apartment and enjoy the city! Book here, I'm sure you won't regret it!

The place is exactly as described and matches the photos of the listing. Parking is available on-site. The property is spacious and ventilated. The location is good and has a kiosk in front of the building. There is a little noise on the avenue outside, but nothing that compromises. Price is good for everything you offer. In short, I would stay again for sure.
