Hostess Ana Maria is extremely attentive, kind, and left everything tidy according to the photos. New bed linen, more than one towel for each person. Minibar, electric kettle to heat water, box of sachets with various teas, pampering candy, air-conditioning working. Parking. Honest price. Great location. We walked to see the Octoberfest parade, as it is close to XV de Novembro Street. It's the second time we've stayed and we'll definitely be back. I recommend it.

Great apartment, with all the descriptions of the listing. Very safe, beautiful private condominium, safe garage, easy access and location. Host Anderson was accessible from the beginning to the end of the stay. He recommended places to visit in Blumenau, where we were able to fully enjoy ourselves with the family and children. On another occasion, we would undoubtedly return to this apartment.

The stay at André's accommodation was excellent. It exceeded my expectations. Clean space, large, well lit, easy location and a quiet region, despite being in the center. I requested that there be a blender and iron and promptly served us, even before starting the stay. The village also offered a bathtub for baby as I was with my 1 year old baby. I only have compliments for the host and the listing. I would definitely stay back in town. I would recommend it!

It was our 1st Airbnb Experience. My partner and I love it. All the description and images are consistent with what we found. All access is by password and digital. This gives extra security. Tamara informs, before check-in, what we need to know, in order to have a good stay or stay. The location is central and on foot you reach several typical and famous cafes and restaurants. 2 min drive is Alles Park. The building is brand new, the hygienic, functional and comfortable apartment. Super recommend!
