Hostess Ana Maria is extremely attentive, kind, and left everything tidy according to the photos. New bed linen, more than one towel for each person. Minibar, electric kettle to heat water, box of sachets with various teas, pampering candy, air-conditioning working. Parking. Honest price. Great location. We walked to see the Octoberfest parade, as it is close to XV de Novembro Street. It's the second time we've stayed and we'll definitely be back. I recommend it.

The location is central and on foot you reach several typical and famous cafes and restaurants. 2 min drive is Alles Park. The building is brand new, the hygienic, functional and comfortable apartment. Super recommend!
