Hostess Ana Maria is extremely attentive, kind, and left everything tidy according to the photos. New bed linen, more than one towel for each person. Minibar, electric kettle to heat water, box of sachets with various teas, pampering candy, air-conditioning working. Parking. Honest price. Great location. We walked to see the Octoberfest parade, as it is close to XV de Novembro Street. It's the second time we've stayed and we'll definitely be back. I recommend it.

This Airbnb was great! The host was the nicest I’ve ever experienced—truly welcoming and helpful. The building is new and very clean, adding to the overall comfort. You can easily walk out to the main street and catch a bus that takes you to most places in the city for just a small fare. The area is very peaceful and quiet. Definitely a 5-star stay!

When you propose to do something thematic, the expectation increases and Felipe was able to meet this very well. Every detail was very well thought out. I've stayed at Airbnbs where the house was full of old things and stained sheets, as if it were a lot of used things that the owner brought from his house. The apartment is old but has been renovated and is new. And because it's old, it has the advantage of the rooms being huge. The beds and the duvet, the dishes, the refrigerator, the utensils matching, everything very new and in very good taste. Each room designed for us to have a lot of comfort. It's really very close to the German village, so the beer theme is all about it. It will definitely be the first option when I get back. I felt right at home.

I've known the place since it was a hotel. Despite the years, the apartment in question is well maintained. It is extremely well located and a very pleasant space. The only exception is the stairwell environment of the building, as my wife does not use the elevator. They need attention and cleaning.
