Excellent vacation spot for Ohioans on a school fall break; outdoor pools are heated and the resort is close to attractions (fun new mountain rollercoaster) and yummy restaurants. Only 1 hr from Clingmans Dome! Hosts had excellent communication

We loved this place. Downtown was so accessible by walking. Restaurants are numerous and excellent. The room was quiet and very easy to enter. The furnishings were very up to date and clean. We will definitely stay there again. Thank you Paula.

The Airbnb was great, but all the help I got from the staff was what really made this place worth it. The place was also really nice, but there were minor things that could be better. Such as also having a normal shower head and not only a rain shower, and the water pressure in the shower was not the best. Overall it was a really good stay.

Julia and Rob’s place is the perfect little getaway in Fairfield Glade! Stay there if you can!

I had to give 5 stars all around ONLY because there was an apparent issue with this hotel that the hotel staff did not disclose. We could not stay in this hotel so they instead paid for us to stay in a Hilton hotel that was closer to Chattanooga which worked in our favor. Since we did not stay in this hotel I cannot comment about the location, the cleanliness or anything like that. The only downside is that whoever is responsible for this listing (the owner’s name is Deb but Bill is the name in the messages) did not communicate through the app messages at all other than the scheduled messages and did not acknowledge my messages that I sent. Which is the reason for 4 stars on communication. Other than that, the manager of the hotel, who I communicated with directly about the accommodations, was very nice and thorough. Though we didn’t get to stay in this facility, it was a 10/10 experience.

Great place to stay ... location is fantastic, very walkable, and close to bars/restaurants/activities in and around downtown Raleigh. Accommodations were nice and modern, all spaces were clean and well-maintained, and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils/plates/cups. Also appreciated having the washer and dryer to do laundry during the stay. FYI, we took a ride share to the location, so we didn't have to park a vehicle. Highly recommended!

Location was very easy to find. It is located right off of I-85. Everything is within 30 mins of driving to get where you want to go. I love that there was a starbucks right outside of the property and a gas station. The room was very clean and comfortable. It definitely felt like a home vs hotel. The pictures are very accurate. I would recommend asking for a room on the first floor as they do not have any elevators. Lugging luggage upstairs with a toddler was a bit much but it wasn't too bad once we were settled in. Front desk staff and housekeeping were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be staying here again.

This was a perfect set-up for two colleagues traveling. Private areas for both. Restaurants close by. Be aware that there is a club close by that turns out some pretty noisy people into the streets on Saturday nights

Location is great right off of the main roads with easy access. Everything was basic but clean. Access card is needed to get past the lobby so security is great. There is a nice courtyard area with seating and grills available
