Great spot! Had a wonderful bachelorette weekend there for my sister.

This was a great experience for myself and some college friends. We stayed during the summer and while the normal attractions like skiing and tubing weren’t open we enjoyed the beautiful view, golf courses nearby, indoor pool and hot tub, and the fire pit. Highly recommended even in the offseason from skiing!

The place is so quaint and charming tucked back into the woods with a beautiful view. The decor is dated but in excellent condition. The kids loved the intercom system ;) We absolutely loved our stay here. It was clean and the beds (including the futon) were comfortable. The pool table and hot tub were great entertainment for all. It worked so well for us all to be together after our daughter's graduation from UPJ. Would highly recommend it and would definitely stay again if in the area.

The pictures don’t do this place justice! Tucked off the beaten path this is a true gem on the outskirts of Johnstown. Next time we are in town we’ll be staying again!

Had a wonderful weekend at a beautiful lodge. The house was clean with a great hot tub. We were able to use the kitchen to cook as it had most kitchenware. Keurig was a plus! Beds were comfortable and plenty of towels! Thank you EldwinJen!

We had a wonderful time staying at the Rustic Relaxation! It was the perfect getaway to relax and connect with nature. Abram was helpful and responsive throughout the checkin period. We definitely would stay there again.

Everything was amazing. I would have liked if the cell signal was better but im camping so that's not a big deal. it would be nice if there were more trails onsight. only a few fishing spots u could reach. And a boat would cost 800 a day which I couldn't afford. But all that said, litteraly everything else was perfect. Beautiful location, great ppl and they provided everything you need for a camping trip. I will definitely be back.

My wife and I stayed a couple nights to enjoy some local lake activities. We found this cottage to be exactly as described. It was clean, private and had modern appliances. We would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at The Fox Den with our host, Janine. From start to finish, Janine was incredibly communicative, making the check-in and check-out process effortless. She clearly cares about creating a great guest experience, and it shows in every thoughtful detail of the home. The house itself feels like it was designed specifically for your stay—everything is intuitive, well-organized, and comfortable. We stayed with my wife and I, both sets of our parents, and our two toddlers, and it was the perfect setup for a multi-generational family trip. The backyard is spacious and relaxing, and the creek and nearby river gave our kids endless opportunities to explore and play. The location is fantastic: just 5 minutes from town for any last-minute essentials, and about 15 minutes from the marina and a resort on the lake. We’d absolutely return and recommend The Fox Den to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-appointed getaway.

This is the second time that I’ve stayed at Michael’s Lake House. My family and I had another wonderful trip. This time we were able to enjoy the peaceful lake. In the short time, we made four trips to it and it was so relaxing and serene. We all enjoyed dipping our feet in and having a picnic by the lake!! Michael is always responsive to whatever we need, although we never need much because it’s all right there. It was so nice for us to enjoy our time and each other, whether it was playing ping pong, darts or games. The house is immaculate!!! It is so peaceful to go outside on the deck or take a walk. Thank you again for another great stay!!!!

We really enjoyed our peaceful stay at the Spruce Creek Cabin. It exceeded our expectation of having a peaceful and beautiful location. I would highly recommend Spruce Creek Cabin for a relaxing retreat.

This was a beautiful place! It was out in the country with no one around. The cabin has an old time feel and decor. It had everything we need with so much room. We couldn’t have been more happy! We had a little bbq and enjoyed the area. Johnny was very friendly and responsive.

Excellent site for a three-generation family gathering for a graduation at Juniata College, just 15 minutes away. Grandma, with a walker, was comfortable on the first floor, ample bedroom for another couple, plus loft area and beds upstairs for younger generation. Beautiful setting, especially in rhododendron season, and wonderful deck and fire ring.

What a quiet and relaxing weekend surrounded by nature and all its beauty. Elizabeth’s little cabin tucked deep in the woods was a great get away from the hustle and bustle of life. We arrived at the garage as stated and then traveled back past everything up the trail to the beautiful cabin that was welcoming us with a beautiful wildflower bouquet. Stepping inside, we instantly felt at peace and relaxed. Took a minute to find the lights and how to work the AC but that’s nothing abnormal for a new place anyway. Fridge was stocked with water and we filled an ice cube tray for the next guests as well using the bottles. The bed was very very cozy, great sunrise through the windows in the morning and if your up to making a small fire in the pit outside, it’s perfect watching the sunrise with a hot cup of coffee as everything wakes up around you. Shower and bathroom is rustic but enjoyable, and plenty of cookware if you so choose to cook. Great time was had. Thank you!

I loved the place, having the river in front of the cabin was amazing, it was quit, fresh, nice experience. What they doing with the campsite looks amazing on the long way. They are still under construction, but that didn’t stop us from having a great time.. this places is definitely on our favorite places..

We highly recommend staying at this beautiful log cabin. The kitchen was fully stocked and then some. The entire cabin was well stocked with anything that a family could need. The views are breathtaking. This home was spacious enough for our large family. The owners were responsive and available at all times. We will definitely be coming back!

this is the absolute cutest 😍 most perfect cabin!! such a peaceful, serene escape. I found this little gem and could not believe just how perfect it is!! I was up there for graduation. my son graduated from Penn and this was the perfect place away from all the hassle and bussle i hope to go again .Amber was so kind and helpful. absolutely recommend this place!!

We loved staying in the Beaverdam cabin! The fireplace and steps going up to the loft is such a wonderful feature. It was clean with all the usual amenities you’d need. We really loved the look and feel of the cabin and the surroundings were just secluded and wooded enough that you didn’t care or notice the other houses, you still felt private. The entire place was cozy and warm, we didn’t leave except to have dinner at the Green Gables Restaurant which was very good. The restaurant has the same cozy, quaint atmosphere as the cabin and the food was fantastic; would highly suggest if you don’t mind splurging a bit for a fancier dinner. We will probably come back again for another stay.

Our first stay at an AirBNB and we are so glad it was at Chad's cottage. It was perfect for our family. A cute little cottage with river views! Chad was an exceptional host and was very attentive and kind. They offered coffee, hot chocolate, water, candy, fire wood and best of all fresh farm eggs! We cant wait to book again with Chad. I'm not one who likes to stay away from home and Chad's place felt like my home away from home! Thank you for EVERYTHING! It truly was more than I had imagined!
