The high-quality 3-bedroom Smart-Home-Apartment on the Illufer, 98 m2 furnished, is located directly on the cycle path in Bludenz. Shopping/ shopping facilities are very close. The bike path outside the front door, which leads to the Motafon shower, invites you to cycle and exercise. The city center, Val Blu (free and indoor swimming pool) and the Muttersberg our local mountain can be reached in a few minutes. The Brandnertal, which you can see from the window, can be reached in 20 minutes by bus or car.

Apartment close to the city center

The apartment on the second floor of the house is located in the middle of Schruns, on the Litzpromenade (river). The center can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot. The apartment can be entered contactlessly at any time after 3 PM through the key safe (to the right of the entrance door of the apartment). You will receive the key safe code 1-3 days before your arrival. Guest card available on request and payment of the guest tax. Parking space for 1 car available max. 2 meters wide and 4 meters long!

The apartment is located on the sunny balcony of the Montafon in a very quiet location. It is perfect for peaceful, sporty guests (near Silvretta Montafon). The apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail with materials from the region. Only untreated pine was used in the bedroom, so sleeping after a sporty day in nature is particularly deep and relaxing. The views are breathtaking; the natural pond is a powerhouse right next to the house.

We stayed with four people and a dog in the beautiful apartment of Annette with very good amenities. The apartment was very spacious and clean, there is also an infrared sauna in the basement. Upon request, there are fresh rolls in the morning, pizza and drinks in the evening. We were there for a week and by the middle of the week we even got fresh towels and the apartment was vacuumed. A ski route leads directly to the in-house ski cellar. The toboggan route also starts there. You can also take a free bus. Overall, we were very satisfied.

We had a very nice stay in Annette's apartment. The apartment is nice and well equipped and has a fantastic view from the balcony. Bread and pizza service are great! Annette provided us with all the important and current information for the area on a printout right at the beginning (e.g. which huts, restaurants and cable cars are already open). Thank you.
