Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Bludenz District

The house is an architectural gem with great views. The clear line and the reduction to a few materials (wood) is complemented by high-quality furniture. The upholstered furniture and textiles such as pillows and carpet, but also the pictures and books give the living room a feel-good atmosphere. An additional plus is the cleverly integrated sauna in the basement with a loggia that is not visible from the outside. We felt very comfortable in the house and would be happy to come back.

We had rented the cabin with two families with toddlers for a week and got our money's worth. The cottage has everything our heart desires and also the nearby restaurant was in particular a large playground every day with a large playground. Only the separate settlement of the final cleaning and the energy flat rate were surprised by us, since it was uncommon for Airbnb. Nevertheless, 5 stars in all, as we were able to fully enjoy the week. We will be happy to come back!

The communication with Gerda before and during the stay is fine. Upon arrival, she showed us everything and explained everything. Gerda is very kind and very helpful. She insists not to ask for anything. She responds quickly to our questions and check in between if everything is to your liking. The apartment is beautifully decorated and in impeccable condition. You can feel right at home. The rooms are large and modern. There is a very large garden with stunning mountain views. All in all, highly recommend.

Great house with plenty of space and cozy seating areas. Well-maintained garden with pool, sauna in the basement. Well suited for families and groups of friends. We will come back as a group next year!

Had a great stay. The cabin and especially the location is even more beautiful than can be seen in the pictures - secluded, in the middle of magnificent alpine scenery, quiet and perfect as a starting point for hikes. Getting there was uncomplicated, but a car should be available. The cabin itself was well equipped, extremely cozy, and reminded us a bit of old times. We felt completely comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped and we would have loved to stay longer. A great stay. Thanks for that!

All in all, we felt very comfortable and had a great time. The accommodation is child-friendly and ideally located in the beautiful Brandnertal. Especially in spring, the area offers numerous varied hiking trails that can be explored wonderfully. The operator, A-Appartments, was easily accessible at all times and always responded quickly and kindly to our inquiries.

We spent our annual girls weekend in the HUS and were able to enjoy it to the fullest. The house is beautiful, very stylishly furnished and leaves nothing to be desired (from the fireplace to the barbecue) . Communication went smoothly and the area is also a dream come true for those who like to hike! We would definitely book again!

Absolutely great and recommended accommodation! Super clean, everything available, very good location right on the ski bus, great ski cellar and even 2 parking spaces - the apartment leaves nothing to be desired. 1:1 as in the photos. And then super flexible at check-in and very nice personal welcome and even pretzel sticks and a sparkling wine were there - we will definitely come back!

There were two of us with a dog on site. The entire property seemed fully booked from our second day there, yet it was not crowded or noisy. Both Alexander and his colleagues were very nice and helpful, even with questions about excursions in the area. The accommodation is very nice, on the first evening we even had the sauna all to ourselves, but I could imagine that you have to coordinate well there if the house is fully booked. In front of the house there are an incredible number of possibilities for children to play, Kettcars, trampoline, toys of all kinds. We would therefore recommend the accommodation to both couples and families. However, it is a bit difficult with a dog, as you only have one room that is a living room, bedroom and kitchen in one and it is also difficult to go for a short walk with the dog within walking distance. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and would love to come back!

We loved being here as a family for the week. Unbelievable views and great access to the slopes. Mari was very welcoming and on hand if needed. The apartment has absolutely everything you need and is spotless. We look forward to coming back. Thank you very much.

Very nice place, complete with all the basics you need. Clean, cool location in the old city centre. The only disadvantage is the toilet that is located behind the bathroom. Otherwise a very good location and host! Highly recommend!

Perfect place to stay for a ski vacation at Arlberg! We had a fantastic week in Sandra's apartment. Thanks to perfect weather and top snow conditions, we were able to fully enjoy the ski resorts on the Arlberg. The location of the apartment is ideal: ski rental in 5 minutes, the lift in Stuben only 10 minutes by car – and from there you can easily reach St. Anton, St. Christoph, Zürs, Lech and Warth. The apartment is modern and cozy, without unnecessary frills, but with practical details such as an extra closet for ski boots and helmets. The curtains provide complete darkening, and the kitchen is well equipped. Sandra is an attentive and warm Superhost. We felt very comfortable and always looked forward to the relaxing time in the apartment in the evening. Absolutely recommended!

Everything was fine. We were very satisfied in the nicely furnished and bright apartment. All necessary utensils for cooking are available in the kitchen. Supermarkets/discount stores, electronics market, etc. all close by. I'm sure we'll be back.

Sylvia's apartment makes you feel "at home" from the first minute. This is how it happened to us and our boys from the beginning. You enter the spacious "dining room" from which all rooms are accessible and can explore the very large apartment from here. Everyone quickly found their favorite place. The apartment offers a great mix between traditional craftsmanship with cassette ceiling and intarsient tables as well as a beautiful parquet floor, coupled with a modern kitchen and actually three bathrooms PLUS a "wellness area" with sauna. In addition, a fireplace, so you want to spend cozy hours indoors, although the surrounding landscape and views make up the true charm of the apartment. Sylvia is incredibly helpful as a host and is always available to help, for example, if ALL cable cars are closed and hiking is difficult. Thanks for the great tips, we will be happy to come back.

Great appartment with enough space for a large family with 3 bedrooms. Separate and complete kitchen, cozy living room and spacious bathroom with a bath and separate shower. Close to the ski lift, basement for ski’s and shoes. Walking distance to the centre of Schruns. All in all we had a great vacation.

Beautiful accommodation in the middle of the countryside :) we felt right at home during our stay with the dog. The amenities were great, we'd love to come back!

Small warm apartment, very centrally located. The apartment offers everything you need. 😊 Super nice host. Everything very clearly communicated and accommodating. We were able to get in earlier so we could leave our luggage and continue skiing. In addition, the three of us (2 adults and 6-year-old child) could easily stay there. We had a very nice time in Frastanz. The apartment is very well equipped, in the kitchen there are all the appliances and utensils you need. The rooms are very comfortably furnished. The apartment is a good starting point for hikes in the area. Feldkirch and Lichtenstein can be reached quickly by bus and train. We liked Gurtis for hiking (accessible by bus from the Mühlegasse stop).
